I must say I am very disappointed....normally this pizza hut has everything perfect from the food to the customer service...I've been wanting some delicious pizza hut pizza for a while so I finally order it from the pizza hut I thought would make that happen...NOT!!!... first pizza was very Skimpy on the cheese....so I decided to order another pizza with extra cheese after I saw how skimpy the cheese was on the 1st because my daughter loves cheese...but the supposed to had been pizza was still skimpy and made incorrectly.... being that the customer service was poor and I did not want to come off as a nightmare of the employees night or a pain in their ass I just took the remade pizza.....I guess the young man was trying to make it right by giving me the first pizza which I didn't care to have but it was good effort, I guess...but I am sooooooooooo very disappointed and upset....I thought my cheesesticks would help me look pass the matter with the pizza....NOPE....they tasted gummy and undercooked...16.76 WASTED....MY kids wouldn't eat the pizza....its bad when kids don't eat pizza....especially when they are like lil mikey ....I'm hurt

Didn't care much for this location. Tried to phone in order 1st but some Call Center in another city that you get when you call W. Holcombe store decided to connect me to the store to take my order but the skinny guy working there 10/08/20 10:30pm didn't want to take my order saying it's the Call Centers job to do that and insisted I hang up and call back so a call center could do their job but since I was only 4 minutes away I just pulled in to find only 2 customers there and only employee just standing there. I asked what specials they had and reply was to "Look on the wall". I inquired about another special I heard about but wasn't on the wall so he took my order that he could've taken over phone 5 minutes ago. Time wasted! *Hire employees who want to work while so many ppl are out of work. *Hire ppl who want to help the customers and not just get a check. I'm giving 3 Stars here because at least they made a good pizza.

Watch out if in Medical Center!!!! Ordered my food at 9pm, computer said 35 minutes before my food would be delivered (putting it around 9:30pm and 9:40pm. The driver did not show up until 10:20pm and then called me through my cell phone when he pulled up to the hotel. He told me that I had to come down to him instead of delivering it to my room. The driver then gave me a receipt to sign, but they had removed the $5 coupon that I added to my order when I placed it. The driver called the manager at the restaurant who then had me run the credit card again (now the third time my card was run, since the first order was voided out to get rid of the coupon). After all of this, all of my food was cold, no warmth at all!!! Avoid this location!!

The front cashier lady (big fat horrible attitude having) is the worse . Especially if you change your order , she gets so mad . I almost told her if she don't like dealing with people go find another job. While I was waiting she was calling people to remind them they had to pay for tomorrow's orders or to confirm them . She started scream at them so they cancelled the order lol I sure hope the owner sees this post and looks at the cameras . The time was 4:20 pm . You guys can watch the video and probably will fire her ass for losing the company alot of money.

So, whenever I order delivery, drivers call me to ask me to meet them downstairs. I asked once why they can’t just go up since we don’t live in a busy street and they can park their car for a few minutes or use the gate code to enter the garage. The guy said he can’t risk getting a ticket. When I told him that they can park their car safely in the garage and take the elevator he said he can’t get into the garage as well. Well, I tip you guys every time I order, but if you all will be lazy then I will reconsider next time.

These guys refunded me as soon as I found out they couldn't deliver to a patient's room at Hermann Memorial. Totally hospital staffs fault for not informing family of this. My niece who is paralyzed and just had a partial amputation to her right leg, couldn't go get it herself. I called the nurses station and asked if someone could get it for her and they said, we will try and hung up in my face. Thanks to the oh so patient delivery driver. I will def order again from this pizza hut...great customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible! Ordered pizza at 7:34 they said it would be delivered by 8:19. 9:00 came still no pizza, called the number and got connected to a call center. The call center transferred me twice, then called the store directly. The store said that the delivery guy was out front waiting on me. Got to the lobby of the hospital and waited another 10 minutes for the guy to show up with my COLD, and RUBBERY pizza. I was nice enough to even leave a tip. I will never ever ever order from here again

This is a walk up Pizza Hut with no inside dining. I ordered a dozen wings with the Cajun rub which were pretty good. The charge for a dozen wings and two dipping sauces ($1 each) was $25. Keep in mind, these are wing segments, not the whole wing. A wing has three segments so that’s an insane $5 per wing. Also, what kind of business gives you a receipt without the line item charges? A shady franchisee who wants to obscure their prices. My receipt had the lump sum plus tax but no individual charges.

Ordered the big flavor dipper pizza box. They called n said they couldn't find me. I told them not to worry about it. I called almost 2 hours later and ordered the same thing. Got my order delivered and the pizza was cold, hard, stale, nothing but bread and no ingredients, I ordered extra cheese and barely got any. Hateful, rude people who care nothing about a customer. They might as well sit at home with their thumb in their mouth. Probably not even good at that. Ridiculous crap and people.

I ordered my pizza online as carry out, when I asked for hot pepper and cheese packets they said 2$ for cheese and 1$ for hot pepper flakes!!! Another customer walked in and it seems he ordered in store for what he wanted and they messed up his order and were trying to rip him off because he didn't like it and requested a different one.... when I looked at it not only did they mess up his order but they focused the topping in the middle of the pizza and didn't put much on it. Stay away

I had a minor quality issue with my medium toppings sliding off, but Pizza Hut manager/supervisor Michquel promptly resolved it by replacing it with a large pizza. The replacement was delivered quickly, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, a positive and great experience!

If you're in the medical center area - reliant ORDER SARPINOS or anyone else for that matter Pizza Hut is a joke! Why would I want to talk to the manager of a call center in San Antonio? You can't tell me why my pizza I ordered 1 hr and a half ago now has a two hr wait. Now the manager says they called me... Order cancelled.... Pizza Hut didn't need a rebrand with "fancy" ingredients they need to work on their customer service and local management instead of outsourcing.

Believe the reviews on service and delivery times. It was our mistake not investigating this location before ordering. Three phone calls, two hours late on delivery (<1/4 mile away), three stone cold pizzas. No explanation, no apologies, no attempt to make it right, all for less than $50.00. What a great deal!! If you are in the medical center, do yourself a favor....eat the hospital food!

This is not the first time that pizza was sloppy. I don’t know where it goes wrong, either the pizza maker or the delivery driver. The toppings and cheese were sliding off. Like I said I don’t know if it was from too much pizza sauce or poor handling from the driver. It’s ridiculous. Stuffed Crust is not worth it here, it’ll only make your pizza extremely thin and disproportionate.

second time I order at pizza Hut, never again. horrible service and my order wasn't ready after 60 min! they said 15 over the phone.... they didn't have the courtesy of telling me that they made a mistake, asked me to wait for another 10 min!! I had ordered two large pizzas on special for in-store pick up from the Pizza Hut app. When I arrived a few minutes after stated time available, the pizzas were hot and ready, and made to order. The employee is welcoming and friendly. It appears that he may have been working alone, so that would indicate he is a hard worker as well.

Ordered a pizza and some cinnamon rolls. The pizza was lacking in sauce and the pepperoni was not as crispy as usual. However, the cinnamon rolls were a religious experience. Also wish you would serve the pizza in the old school white boxes - like the one the cinnamon rolls came in. Would get the cinnamon rolls again.

Order a pizza at 8 pm. At 930 pm the pizza still hadn't showed up so I called the store they then informed me that all they're drivers were done for the night and that I could come pick it up of I still wanted it. I am never ordering pizza Hut again, I have never be treated so disrepectfuly as a customer before.

I've seen multiple poor/fair reviews of this location and can't understand why. We tend to pickup after ordering and most of the time, things have been as ordered. The waiting area in the store is crazy small but people are in and out. The staff have been really nice every time and the food is good.

We ordered 2 pizzas cheese and pepperoni. The cheese was fine But the pepperoni was Horrible! It was greasy and so was the box Whoever boxed didn’t notice??? It’s called quality control or is this there way of serving pizza. Any error or quality issues always goes back to the manager....

The person that was on called thr day i went, was getting upset because we didn't know what we wanted to order at the moment we walked in, and when we asked for a menu, he began pushing us into making up our mind on a pizza. We were only there for 1 minute and we were the only customers.

I would not recommend it Because EVERY time I order there, there is ALWAYS something missing from my order. Having a child at the hospital makes it hard to get back to the restaurant and get the thing you are missing!! The worse pat is they tell you EVERYTHING is in there and it is NOT!!

Walked down to get a pizza while family was in the hospital Memorial Day weekend. Got a medium supreme and added jalapeños. The lady and gentlemen were extremely polite. The pizza was cooked perfectly and done how I asked. I’ll get another pizza from then the next time I’m in the area.

Great customer service. Loved the selection of music playing. The cashier made known the money you could save by using the coupon on the back of the receipt. Very helpful! And if you haven't tried the s'mores cookie cake, you should do so. It was delicious and bigger than I expected.

I'm a huge pizza hut fan but this location is terrible No one was at the cash register for 10 to 15 minutes when I went to pick up my pizza. Worse yet, one worker walked by, looked at me, and then turned and walked away. The manager today was rude and had no people skills.

One of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had... pizza was almost burnt and paid extra for extra toppings and on 1 pizza it was 2 slices without any of that topping at all! Delivery was fast but now i know why cause they take no time and pride in preparing and cooking.

We have ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut for the last three Saturday’s during our stay at the Rotary House Hotel. The pizza always comes faster than promised, this could be because we ordered on Saturday afternoon. Pizza is hot and well cut, and taste Great.

Our order came out exactly on time and it was delicious. They must have changed their sauce in the 10 years since I've had it and it was awesome. Could have been left in the oven just a couple minutes longer for a golden crust but I'll be back again soon!

I accidently ordered twice online. I called the store on Holcomb. Explained the problem. They charged me and delivered the double order with 2 separate delivery drivers within minutes of each other. They even used the same gate code. Inexcusable!

Lots of reviews about botched orders. I arrived for pick up to find they had put in the wrong crust for my order. To make it up to me they gave me both large pizzas with only about 8 more minute wait time! Friendly service.

Pizza and pasta were extremely overcooked. Pepperoni on pizza was burned. Pasta was dry due to being overcooked. Cheese bread appeared to be stale. We threw it out. I would not recommend Pizza Hut and will not order again!
