I tried meal for 2 worth 899/- plus taxes which includes One medium Non veg pizza we selected chicken tikka pizza , One Veg starter supreme garlic bread and Two beverages of any choice which is Mint mojito and one dessert Choco lava cake. Pizza and garlic bread were decent and mojito is refreshing finally Choco lava cake is really tasty. Staff were responsive and quick.Pricing seems to be little expensive but yeah this is pizza hut . Ambience is decent . You can give a shot easily

The taste of pizza is good, but they didn't had machine for cold drinks. First they agreed to give pet bottle instead, then they were like "we can't provide bottle for dine-in customers". They gave us the pet bottle later, but thr glasses given along with unclean. Some time after placing the order, we asked about the status, them they were again asking about our choice of pizza as they missed to start baking previous time. Though the restaurant wasn't too crowded, they were taking little longer to serve. Even the AC wasn't working well. They switched it on or changed the temperature when we & another customer complained about the warm room. In short, we didn't have a good experience there and so won't visit this outlet ever again.

Worst service. They took 35 minutes to take the order they and even give you proper response good also not that good compared to other pizzahut, I gave my feedback that I didn't like cheesy bread and lemon mint mojito he didn't bothered about that he just gave me the bill when I asked is this the way you treat you costumer his reply was like I have a bulk orders so thats y it got delayed while saying he didn't even felt are said atleast sorry for my bad experience he shows that full of attitude look seriously worst Customer service. Very poor pizzahut they can't even provide you single tissue paper after asking so many times.

They offer flavour pizza starting @79 it's kind of mini pizza . Affordable prices @ great offers.. Nice ambience. Previously I tried one veg nd one non veg pizza . Non veg pizza doesn't tastes great . So this time I preferred only veg pizzas. They are taking long to serve. Even at the billing taking long time.

Worst experience ever with pizza hut Madhapur branch Hyderabad. Two times I ordered online and the first time it came late by more than 20 minutes and the second time the order never arrived. I ordered a couple of items at 5.17pm and followed up till 7.00 with 3 calls to the customer care number. Every time I was told that the store would call me which it never did. So very disappointed. And at 9.34pm I get a message that sorry we couldn't service your order.. Wow what customer service!!!

The person at pizza hut says they delivered our order to someone else by mistake and ask us to reorder and wait for another 1 hour after already waiting one hour. Such a bad manager and service. Giving 4 star due to the cost of pizza and waiters are not with presence mind (while ordering they r not concentrating properly and while servicing they swapped the dishes with other table by creating a confusion). But chef and managers are very supportive. Apart from that for food I'll give 5 star, especially Taste of pizza, starters and desserts are very good. Mostly garlic bread and choco chip sundae... Its heaven for dessert lovers(though I'm not a dessert lover). Good for groups.

Reviewing the new San Francisco style crust. The best crust I have had in any quick service restaurant pizza chain. This crust is a revolution. Thick enough to be filling, yet has a great lightness of texture to it. And so crispy! Fabulous new introduction from Pizza Hut. Potato pops not all that great. So avoiding much review about anything other than the new pizza crust.

3 words: "OH THE HORROR" i wish i didn't have to write such a long review, but apparently there's a minimum word limit. Since they have captured the market, they think they can get away with anything. Size of the pizza inversely proportional to the price of the pizza. Taste is terrible. The stuffed crust cheese was like chewing on rubber. The picture describes it all. i think i have reached the minimum required word limit. Is the pizza even round bro!

Pizza Hut, a well known pizza brand near madhapur locality. Good place for quick snacks, parties and fun with delicious Italian food. Enjoy a varieties of pizza, bread, cold drinks and shakes. Easily visible from main road and opposite to karachi bakery. Staff is professional and friendly. It has limited parking and mostly for bike and for car depends on roadside parking. Quite famous in youngster for quick bite and parties

Even after 2 and half hours of placing the order, it hasn't been delivered. There is no way to contact the store directly. I called the customer care and they just say the store manager will contact you and there isn't a single call yet. There is no option for order tracking, order cancelling or even to submit a feedback on the website or the app. No wonder people prefer the competition with such a pathetic customer service.

I would say Pizza Hut has the best garlic bread supreme and masala lemonade out of all other fast food chains for a really decent price. Both are a must-have each time you visit Pizza Hut. Pizzas are pretty flavourless and priced really high against other competitors. Ambience is nice and staff service is good.

We ordered unlimited pizza on Friday. We had and few pieces are left out .we asked for parcel .they say it's our company policy not to give parcel even if left out in the unlimited plan. The company should consider revise this policy of giving package if asked by customers rather than throwing away.. It's where the customer loyalty is gained. Nothing comes if they thrown in dust bin.

The pizzas were amazing, the service was okayish, it seemed understaffed,tables were not cleaned after service and AC was at high temp even during a hot sunny day.Was disappointing in that part

My order was delayed by 1:30 hr. And when I called to store no one responded my calls, then reached to the delivery agent and spoke with the store people, they said order has been given to the other person for delivering, so irresponsible people, don't give proper response to customer.. never order anything from this branch..

Wow simply loved the taste of Pizza hut. The service so good. Take away and having available. Cool place to have pizza hut foodies. You can find two wheeler parking also in front of the pizza hut. They will take service upto 10PM only :(. Hope they will provide till 12pm. Finally got good experience on madhapur pizza hut.

Very bad service. Housefly were everywhere. Pizza taste wasn't good it was very dry like we ere eating dry bread. Staff was not good. They were ignoring us while we callec them.totally waste of money

Love for pizza never ends. Great place to taste a good pizza along with good sides. Ambiance is good. If you are in and around Banjara Hills area you can visit and try some good variety of pizzas. Usually the wait time is not longer.

If you guys are so impatient to serve customers during closing time, you should stop taking orders as per your convenience. Don't serve burnt food and expect humans to eat; we aren't mongrels. Also, try using your eyes next time.
