When it was called Big Boys, the ONLY thing that was on point was the Nutella pie. I found their red sauce AND cream sauces WAY TOO SALTY. It was literally like eating a palmful of salt so it has been over two years since I ordered from them. I heard good things about the relaunch and said let me try three different slices of pizza. I got a slice of the No Joke Artichoke, a slice of the Mac (which is like a Big Mac in pizza form), and a slice of the Taco pie. ALL WERE SUPERB. The ingredients were fresh , the sauces, seasonings, flavor were outstanding, and the crust....let me say the Mac slice and the Taco slice was piled heavy with toppings and the crust stayed firm. So many times you get a soggy slice when there are toppings, even when there is just sauce and cheese, but not these. I will definitely be ordering from them again and I hope their recipes stay as delicious as they were tonight. ****UPDATED REVIEW**** So its 1/18/2020 and due to the fact that I was "snowed in" (really a dusting but Im being sarcastic) and I was at my boyfriends, I decided to order my dinner from Cuzzin Joes again. I wanted to see if it was just as good as a few months ago....IT WAS. The slice of Taco pie and mac pie were just as delish as the first time, the cheese rice balls were perfect, and the Nutella pie with bananas was JUST WHAT I NEEDED. Sometimes a girl needs some Nutella and bananas on a snowy Saturday night.

I love this place we order a lot here because i live in Lincoln avs like 2blocks away from midland, my family and I always enjoy the pie and esp my favorite calamari, i always place my order over the phone and pick it up one time i ordered my favorite calamari but i wasnt happy about it, twas so rubbery not freshly cooked and looks like twas cooked days ago then sitting there and taste like they only reheated it, not crispy like used to and it taste really different i didnt have the time to complain or give them a call because i was very busy that time i said when i have the chance or will place an order for calamari again i will let them know or good i found this review page and i can write a note here for them to look at it and improve the quality of their foods now I am half hearted to get my fave calamari thinking my bad experience woulf happen again i mighy get a days old sitting in the freezer calamari all the breading were burnt and falling off the squid i can tell if its freshly made bec of its crispiness and taste this one is my top fave i hope they will get to serve only fresh products and not leftovers thank you so with my last order i wasnt happy

I have been coming to this pizzeria since it first opened. I order at least once a week. Lately, this pizzeria has been very stingy on ingredients. Last week I ordered a large house salad with chicken, with no roasted peppers, extra onions and extra olives - I received a small salad with handily any vegetables, cold and old chicken, canned black olives instead of salad olives, lots of roasted peppers and the onions were shredded as if for a sandwich. I let it go. Today, I placed an order for the same salad with grilled chicken, no peppers and extra olives, and extra Italian dressing. Instead, I got a handful of lettuce, 5 grape tomatoes, disgusting, old extremely cold chicken, with oil and vinegar as dressing. I’m sorry but I gave clear instructions and paid for all of my requests and yet they didn’t follow through. I called a few minutes later and spoke to a pizza guy, asked for a manager and the manager refused to come to the phone. No problem, you just lost lots of business. I’m sorry I wasn’t worthy of your busy time. Thanks for not offering a refund or a simple apology. I will not come back!!

I didn't believe all the great reviews, I thought the name of the place was kinda corny and judged it for the wrong reasons - everything but the food! I finally decided to give them a try one day, ordered a cheese pie - half sausage.- They messed up the order... Gave me a pie entirely sausage. But when the delivery guy came, he let me know what happened, and included 4 cheese slices for free to make up for the missing ones!! Excellent customer service from day one. On top of that, the pie is excellent! Someone said old school Brooklyn pizza and it reminds me of just that. It's nothing fancy but it comes together perfectly, a great ratio of cheese to sauce to toppings. Even the crust is pretty good! I ordered a pepperoni pie today and it was just as good! It's a bit of a drive for them, as I live in Oakwood Beach, but delivery has been faster than the places closer to me!! All in all, an easy 5/5

This pizza place was awesome!!! We passed by before heading to the beach and this pizza place came up the closest. The staff were nice and the foods are definitely to go for!!! And its very affordable too.. we got 6 slices different flavors for less than $24We went from one bite to the other and the other only to realize we finished it already. It was so good that we even forgot to take a picture before finishing all of it. The veggie pizza and the ceasar salad pizza are my favorite!! We'll definitely come back for more

"BEST TO THE WORST" I wrote a review a year ago stating that when they delivered my pizza the cheese always stuck to the box. Spoke to the owner he fixed the problem. Been ordering from them for the past 3 year. They had one of the best sicilian pies in the neighborhood. The last 3 times I ordered the sicilian something has changed. The pie is so thick and doughy and again cheese stuck to the box. One of the worst sicilian pies ever. The whole family agreed. Through out most of the pie. Something tells me they changed ownes. What ever the case...bye bye Big Boys. Three strikes! Your Out!

Ordered before couple of times and it was not bad Todays order was i dont want to say that but its horrible. I was craving for chiken wings and what I recieved was not eatable. Chicken wings are over fried too much. Called them to solve the problem but they were sounds like they didnt care about my complain. I didnt ask for money back, but atlease appology would be nice. Will not order from this place again. Very dissapointed. Atleast pizza is ok.

Called twice and asked nicely if a delivery is possible or atleast a pie to pick up. Lady on phone said they couldn’t because they were closing early. I understand you are a new store on the block, which I been living around for years!, but I don’t recommend doing your own hours differently from what is posted online. Lived in kentucky for a while, came back and this was the 6th place i went to, every pizza I had was good! Cheese,buffalo, and Sicilian; Cheese pizza was the best. Personally I dont like square pizzas, but they must put extra yeast or salt in thier dough or something, because the sicilian pizza’s dough was better than most bread from bakeries I’ve been to in brooklyn

This place is a lowkey spot that isn’t well known on the Island. Sometimes it is good and other times it is average pizzeria food. Lately, there seems to be a nice older gentleman making the pizza with a guy helping him and the pizza is pretty good. Give this small business a try, as they are the only pizzeria on this side of Midland Avenue. Suggestion: (Add Ralph’s ice’s to your desert selection menu)

It has been one and a half hours since my money was taken off of my credit card and fourty minutes since food was supposed to arrive. Horrible service. Last time I ordered food from them my mother ordered a salad and got old nasty chicken salad leaves that were turning black and the order was completely botched with all thebwrong items given to us. Horroble place, will never order from again.

Top 5 pizza in nyc, no one in Staten Island can beat them they have the real authentic Brooklyn taste with any slice you get. Once you walk in your greeted with noting but smiles and all the workers are extremely friendly and treat you like family. God bless u guys keep our the great work. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. (Try the stuffed eggplant slice you won’t regret it)

The people are so super nice, especially the cashier girl with dark hair. The even customized a weird order for my keto diet. The food is AWESOME also. Great pizza and everything. Place used to be awesome but just like every other place, it goes through changes for the worst. So sad because their food was incredible once... now it will be incredible if they last another 6 months unless the fix whatever it is they changed. New ownership brought a new taste of pizza to Staten Island. I came in to buy single slices and walked away with the buffalo chicken and chicken marsala slices. Each bite made me crave more. Definitely would recommend stopping by for a slice of authentic NY pizza. Great flavors better taste!

This pizza shop is so good. They have different varieties of pizza and everything tastes so fresh. I've eaten a little bit of everything off of the menu and I have never had a problem. The staff there is very polite and their customer service is very good. I highly recommend this place.
