Not once, not twice but Everytime we order a pizza (usually party size squares).. forget about ordering extra cheese. They don't even put regular cheese so paying for extra is a complete waste of time. Many many slices in the box have complete areas with NO cheese much less the regular standard amount.. and forget about paying for extra.. it goes nowhere. Whoever runs/owns it.. you may save 1$ or 2$ in cheese.. but it is short sighted thinking.. because in the long run you lose a customer who regularly buys pizza for a large family. Places like Vito's don't hesitate to give a fair value for what you pay. Last order at this Bellshire location.. absolutely unfair.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a the last Canadian slice and a Pepperoni. There were to people ordering behind me. What ended up happening was the cook cooked their pizza first, and he ended up giving the Canadian to the guy behind me. I was on lunch break from work, and in a rush so I had no time to wait for another full pizza to be cooked to wait for a slice. I ended up not getting the slice wanted and my food later than the people behind me. They did not offer any free sauce or drink either to make up for their mistake. Very disappointed.

Worst pizza nova place. I ordered pickup from this place about 4 times and every time I order thick crust and every single time I get the thinnest crust. Finally went in person and ordered the usual with thick crust. I heard the cashier even yell out to the cook that they need to be thick crust. Finally I'm thinking what can go wrong? Took my pizzas home and what do I get? The thinnest pizza in the world. The sauce is practically leaking through the crust. I think the owner is cheap and trying to conserve dough.

Ordered takeout. Made orders over the phone. It was easy to make the orders and the pizzas was exactly as ordered. We had no problems getting our pizzas and they were hot when we ate them. It's our first time ordering from this establishment. We found it to be quite delicious. We enjoyed eating the pizza with three different meats. The supreme was pretty good and just pepperoni. I think we're going to order from them whenever we're in the area or there's one in the area we're at. The service was good and pizzas made good.

Pizza Nova is usually the best but today it wasn't. I called customer service and they saved the day. Customer service was very professional and satisfied me. You pay a premium to get a Pizza Nova pizza and it is worth the price when it is made and cooked to their high standards. It usually is, except for today. Pizza Nova's customer service is also premium and they did take care of my issue and satisfied me so I am leaving another positive review for this fine company.

Place an order online for pick and came to the store 30min later for pick up. Although I was guaranteed that the order was in the over when I was paying. I later found that they have to make it all over again simply because it wasn’t made! so I had to wait an extra 20min for my order. This will be my first and last time at this Pizza Nova.

Love the service we receive from Sanjana. She remembers us and always gives us a warm welcome. Our order always turns out perfectly and would recommend this location.

Tried a pepperoni medium pizza yesterday night after a very long time from Pizza Nova, and it was amazing. I don't think I can go to any other place for a pizza while in Brampton. Loved it.. The gentleman who made it knew what he was doing :-), the cheese and pepperoni had the perfect flavors.. Thank you!

I have had pizza from pizza nova multiple times and it’s always super good but this location doesn’t seem so good. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and every time the pizza is super oily. It also feels like the pizza is not cooked properly. I will not recommend this location ever.

The best place to have a superlicious pizza, clean environment, amicable service and the fresh ingredients. I would suggest everyone to try the pizza made by this store. The feeling you get when you dine is like a homely feeling.

Have been getting pizza from here for many years as it is so close and convenient. The pizza is great, but I’m giving it four stars as the location it’s self could use some updating. Such as the menu board, which has some items with outdated prices.

I have had very delicious pizza at their locations. This location doesn't meet the standard. Burned wedges everytime i ordered. Overcooked pizza.

Love the fresh pizza from this location! So cheesy and yummy. The place is always clean and staff is fast in service and accommodating. Although i dont buy pizza often I'd say this place is good and recommended when you have pizza cravings!

I really appreciate the customer service over here. I ordered pizza right before 7 minutes of closing time if store today and went there at 12:05 (after store close) but still smiling face and excellent customer service just amazed me.

Perfect little place for the single slice. It has delicious pizza especially when you eat it straight out of the oven. Garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, crushed red peppers and salt. You name it, they have it.

Pizza = Nova there is no real competition in town. Pizza Nova may be $22 for a single pizza where as others offer 2 for 20 but the $22 is much better than the cardboard at other establishments.

Good place to have the freshest and the outstanding service. The staff is very friendly, delivery service is good and the clean environment always attracts me to come again and again. More
