Update 29/07/2023 I visited this location and order x-large pizza with one topping, and I asked them to have black olives on one half, and the other half just cheese. The photos show how much black olives was used on one half. It's even less than usually used, almost one or two slices barely has any, nevertheless I paid for the topping, which they didn't use. They are trying to save few cents and cut corners by providing low quality pizzas. **************** Food is standard, well prepared for any pizza pizza location. The service is really a story. They don't retain employees long enough, and you can see the owner, or the long- standing guy in back, teaching or giving instructions to all other staff, on how to do things, including the front, on how to take the order. They give bigger priority to orders through appls and on the phone, over walk-in orders. I had to wait over 90 minutes to get my order, even though I was initially told it's going to take 40 minutes. They totally forgot my order until I inquired about it after 40 minutes, then they realized it was missing. The same happened one time when they claimed that my order was not printed in the kitchen. The last episode they did get on order on time, but they messed up the toppings. Because the girl in the front taking the orders appears new on the job. Part of the fault is on me, since I didn't check the receipt, nor I checked the pizza when it was ready. I had to drive back to the store so they can fix it. You will mostly not find store today and clean, and tablets and floor need attention, you don't feel like it's a spot for dinning in. Oh, enough writing, it used to be much better than now, and they know that for a fact.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Pizzeria, and I must say it was a culinary disaster of epic proportions. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance screamed "dismal" – dim lighting, peeling wallpaper, and a strange odor that left me questioning the cleanliness. The menu offered a sad selection of toppings, and the pizza itself was a soggy, tasteless mess. The crust resembled cardboard more than any authentic Italian creation, and I wouldn't be surprised if the cheese was merely a low-budget imposter. The overall lack of flavor left me wondering if they had forgotten to include essential ingredients in the recipe. The service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and disheveled, as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. My pizza arrived after an eternity, and it was lukewarm at best. When I attempted to address my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that only added insult to injury. To make matters worse, the restroom facilities were in a state of decay, with a broken faucet and a flickering light that added a horror movie vibe to the entire experience. I wouldn't wish this dining catastrophe upon my worst enemy. In conclusion, SliceFiasco Pizzeria is a place to avoid at all costs. The lackluster food, subpar service, and dismal ambiance make it a contender for the worst pizza joint in town. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other dining options that prioritize quality over mediocrity.

Would have given 0.5 or 0 star if i have the option. The very first thing I would say is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went there at 1:15AM and ordered as we were tired and just wanted to have our food but the girl working over there intentionally delayed the food waiting back side with pizza just because she did not want us to sit there and have our food and when we asked our food ( we can see that it’s ready) she just slammed boxes on the counter and refused us to dine in at 1:40AM, still we were being polite and asked to give us just 10 minutes and she agreed. But then the other guy came in and started being rude and told us to get out ( confirmed with head office that we can sut there), he called security and we explained that lady everything and she agreed but that guy was full of attitude. Then we show them the food that was raw and we said if we cannot have our food then give us freash food or money back as we haven’t had that pizza. That girl refused and started being rude again and when we refused to take that food she literally threw that on us. So I would say they really need training on customer service after that experience and looking at the reviews about the food as well.

Have been numerous times here and I have never had any issues with any of the staff here. Almost all the times I walk in, order and drive home to eat. I watch the staff closely as and I haven’t experienced any odd behaviour of the staff with me other customers and also within the kitchen they seem to follow protocol of washing hands if they come from the back and I not seen them play with food. Having said that, I eat plant based foods I am so glad that they have non dairy cheeze. It is my go to place to satisfy my pizza craving. Kids love this place as they get to choose different pizza base rather than the plain old tomato sauce. Picked up a medium Green Pepper and non dairy cheeze (a vegan pizza) and creamy garlic sauce as the base and green olives and mushrooms extra large pizza. Ready in less than 20 minutes as promised and pizzas great. The crust of the pizza needs to be worked on by PP. too dry by the time you Pizza comes to room temperature.

Horrible service at this pizza pizza. We went to dine in at 1.15 am. The girl intentionally delayed the food so that we cannot dine in. So the food was all cold and uncooked,got our food at 1.40 am. Then the girl refused us to dine in, we requested her to allow us, that we just gonna take 10 min even after getting cold and uncooked food. Then the other guy from pizza pizza came and ask us to leave in really rude manner. We agreed to go out and but we want our food to be replaced with something cooked. The girl there throw the whole pizza on us and ask us to leave! If you are really want to have this kind of customer service experience you should definitely go there! This Pizza Pizza location treats caucasian customers very poorly. I went to this location yesterday and ordered a large 3 topping pizza. 10 mins later some south Asian guys placed an order. Theirs was ready within 20 mins and I waited 45 mins for mine. I also noticed they are very polite to Indian customers but very cold and disrespectful to white people. I live in the condo's across the street and am in the condo board. I will ensure everyone in my condo and others in the area will be aware of the poor service exercised at this Pizza Pizza location.

Tried this Pizza Pizza location and it was ok compared to the one on Dundas Street. Pie was a bit thicker than expected, toppings were sparse compared to other location but better than the Domino's on Erin Centre. Staff was friendly, didn't have any issues but then again I didn't show up 30 mins before closing time. Now I worked at Pizza Pizza many years ago while at university and nothing more annoying than having customers show up eating in after you just cleaned the tables and dining area. I'll order again from this location as pie was decent.

Delicious pizza, but indoor seating and decor needs a much needed revamp. Inside of the store looks very empty and unlike other pizza pizza’s this one has barely any seating and the floor + Wall colour + ceiling colour do not match and gives a very unpleasant experience, this place is not for dine in at all and for takeout only, so unfortunately I’ll be avoiding this place at most times. You can never go wrong with pizza.... its all time favorite of all age group people. Go for combo... that saves you some bucks. Plus pop will be included. Sitting arrangement is not that great though. Also tables are not clean everytime. Garlic bread, chicken wings, poutine etc is also available here. Reasonable price.

Usually I don’t like pizza pizza but I decided to give it a chance at this location. We had tried the new tandoori paneer pizza as it was recommended by the cashier. The pizza was delicious and one of the best pizzas I have had from this chain in a while!! Along with the pizza the service was great, the cashier was super nice and helpful. The actual store itself was very clean as well. Great experience!!

Since they now have new management they added toppings and cheese generously, infact alot more than usual, overall making the eating experience much better. They have nice christmas decorations making it feel cozy and shows they go above and beyond normal. The service was nice since they came and asked us themselves if everything was fine. Overall a much better than average pizza pizza and was outstanding.

I ordered a pizza and they gave me an ice cream. Need I say more? Will not be ordering from here again. The ice cream flavor was half baked if anyone wants to know. Our pizza was literally raw. We felt uncooked dough in mouth and kidz trew right after first bite. As per picture one can tell how small layer from bottom is cooked and rest is raw and for that reason it did not even rise properly.
