I am a regular customer of this particular Pizza Pizza location. Most of the time, the pizza is of acceptable quality. However, for the last 3 times, the experience has been worse of all. For two times, I ignored. I too work in a restaurant and know the rush - therefore ignored it. For the third time, it was too much. Found two hairs - one on the pizza and one on the dipping sauce. I asked for Well Done and it was not even Done properly. It wasn’t even properly cooked. The dough was really uncooked. Please take these issues into consideration. Spending a considerable sum on food and getting this quality - simply not acceptable. Please respond!

I couldn't get a remarkable service from here and the food was pretty average. I had one of their unique dishes SMOKEY BBQ CHICKEN STROMBOLI. I am not satisfied with it as the taste is nowhere similar to the product name. It is simple a baked bread with lots of cheese and some chicken in a paste like consistency. There was no taste of bbq and I even unrapped to to see if there is actually any chicken in it. Not going to eat from here again. Also the customer service needs to be improved.

I ordered medium two pizzas 1 was uncooked, unchewable and the other one was overcooked and the quality of cheese was less than the original quantity and they added too much Kalamata olives the pizza taste was too salty . I am really disappointed with this service. Beside that i just founded peice of pepperoni sticked outside the box and I am 100% vegetarian that was really worst thing ever happen to me from pizza pizza .

My partner and I usually order our customized pizza here. They've been really good at ensuring our pizza is accurate. this pizza pizza turns into a different setting as soon as the sun goes down. i felt unsafe with the amount of crackheads there and the restaurant is filthy. the worker handling my pizza looked like his gloves were dragged through the dirt, and then touched my pizza with his bare hands to check if it was ready. nasty. don’t come here before sun down you’ll regret it.

This is the first time I recall eating at Pizza Pizza, although I've had their pizza many times, either as pickup or delivery. I have to admit, this was one of the better pizzas I've had in a very long time. The crust was crispy, not soggy. The guys behind the counter could have been friendlier but the pizza was good.

Workers here are always so quick and nice never have any issues at all. Pizza nice and yummy and super fresh. One of the good pizza pizzas. <3

This place only operates well when the manager is in. He seems like a good guy and I have respect for him. But when he’s not there, the service goes down hill. Lots of orders backed up , 4-5 staff members in the back while no one is manning the cash. They don’t put the dips in bags even if I order 3+.
