Apparently anybody nowadays can represent the pizza hut franchise with zero quality control or customer service knowledge This photo shows what is meant to be a "chicken roll" but it's just bread as you can see The biggest issue isn't the fact that this order was sent out like this to begin with without anyone noticing It's the fact that when i complained and the manager called me he didn't even apologize and made me feel like he is replacing my order out of his generosity as if I'm someone who is asking for charity rathet than someone who wants to get their order right ,simply the order i paid for .not to mention i waited more than 45 minutes as if it's a new order not THEIR MISTAKE that they should apologize for and be eager to fix asap ,so total waiting time was more than an hour and a half just to get my meal. They need to understand that when people eat out or order fast food we want a fun,quick experience not a humiliating blood pressure raising one And to top it off when i returned the order that was almost not touched so they saw the pathetic quality, yet the manager didn't even call again to see if it was right this time or if I'm satisfied like any self respecting institution that knows a thing or two about customer service would have done

المستوى الاسوأ للخدمة فى هذا الفرع اولا الجارسون لم يقدم المنيو الا بعد ان تم طلبها منه ، ثانيا الجارسون لم يدع لنا وقت كاف لاختيار طلبنا وانما وقف متعجلا لاخذ الطلب ، ثالثا لم يتم تنظيف المائدة من الاتربة عليها ، رابعا وهذا الأسوأ تم تقديم الطعام قبل ان يتم وضع السرفيس على المائدة بالرغم من تأخر الطعام مما يعنى انه كان هناك وقت كاف تماما لوضع السرفيس. تقدمت بشكوى لمدير الفرع الذى وعد باتخاذ اللازم فأرجو ان يتم تلافى هذه الشكاوى من الآن فصاعدا.

I am not sure what has happened to pizza hut, but this pizza tastes just like the box it came in. The dough is tasteless and toooo fluffy to eat. the sauce has no flavor. The Pizzas were extremley undercooked.. this is just bad bad bad for an international brand like this.

the service is so bad and disrespectful. the pizza looked disgusting and raw. the delivery man took more money than whats stated. after i contacted them and clearly justified that i need my money back, since i got the wrong order, there was no longer a reply from the restaurant.

Pizza hut the oldest pizza in town..you can find meat, chicken and vegetarian pizzas in there! Also some pastas and desserts. There's also the option of a stuffed crust if you like your pizza extra cheesy on the sides. The staff are good and quick. It's considered expensive compared to local pizza stores.

فرع مدينتي سيئ جدا طلبت العرض ٢ وسط + ١ بيبسي، وصلني البيتزا بدون البيبسي. البيتزا كانت سيئة اتصلت و اشتكيت قالي الموظف ان الفرع هيتواصل معايا في خلال دقيقة، و بعد نصف ساعة اجريت نفس الشكوا لأن محدش تواصل معايا و النتيجة واحدة محدش عبرني و حجتي مجتش

It was not good and the ingredients were so poor and cheap. I will never this branch again.

Best branch ever, Pizza always delivered fresh and hot, happened once that the order delivered wrong, they sent the right one and insisted to keep the wrong pizza and not to take it back.

It’s a good pizza place but it’s dough is really thick and of course you can order it “thin” but is anyone gonna really eating sliced crackers with sauce and cheese?

Very bad pizza mostly dough and its the same at the foodhall branch and the pizza sauce was too much and it covered the taste of the cheese and the potatoes are dry
