I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for over three years, consistently enjoying excellent service from a friendly staff. Previously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed. Today, I ordered my go-to choice, the spicy potato pizza, a dish I've enjoyed on numerous occasions. I was asked if I want cheese and sauce on my pizza. I said yes because a pizza automatically comes with cheese and sauce. The spicy potato pizza comes with as you can tell, potatoes and onions on it. When I collected my order, I was in disbelief because I did not get what I ordered. My pizza had just sauce, cheese and scanty potato slices on it. The pizza itself did not taste good. If I had to compare it, NoFrills frozen pizza tastes better than this and at half the cost. Upon addressing the issue with the staff, I encountered resistance and immediate blame, with the assertion that I had failed to use the keyword "gourmet" when placing my order. This left me puzzled, as I had never been informed about such a requirement before. I believe it's reasonable to expect cheese and sauce on a pizza without having to specify. In fact I have never had to mention anywhere else that when I order a pizza I would like to have cheese and sauce on it. This was a letdown, particularly considering Pizzaville's reputation for excellent service. There is no clear communication regarding the need to use specific terms when ordering, and it was disheartening to be portrayed as the one at fault. I questioned why the person who took my order didn't guide me through the terminology, especially knowing my familiarity with the menu. To remain silent during the order and then attribute the error to me afterward felt unfair and reflected poorly on their customer service. Regrettably, the overall quality of service and food at this location has significantly declined. The woman who works there, her demeanor has become less accommodating, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I sincerely hope this message reaches the management, prompting them to make positive changes and restore the reputation of Pizzaville. It's my wish that the employee in question rediscovers the passion she once had, as her current attitude and treatment of customers may drive people away.

2 stars because I actually like the pizza. Or else it would be 1 star. Why so rude? Terrible experiences on several occasions. Just trying to get pizza. Simple day to day mannerisms these women lack! I’ve been here to get the pizza many times because it’s good but today was my last. I rather wait in the long timmies line now or get something else because time and time again it’s just passive aggression. More than once they’ve tried to serve other ppl before me even tho I’m in front of the glass..other customers had to tell her that I’m next? I don’t know if it’s because I’m short and she could not tell but we definitely made eye contact because she’s tall. So What’s the issue? Then there’s the unpleasant attitude with all of them, then today one of them burns my pizza slice. She saw it before giving it to me but yet she thought it was good enough to send out. I work in the kitchen ..actual restaurant and this I can say is not a good representation of Pizzaville. Just careless and if it was well done I’d be fine but those black bits do not taste good, it tastes burnt and now I’m at work and I cannot go back. And after her rude attitude not even saying anything when I said thank you take care, I never will never go back. If she was nice I’d feel like it was an honest mistake but instead it felt deliberate because why not heat up another? It wasn’t busy it was this morning. I’m never going back to that location.

Need to read went the the pizzaville at the Humber River Hosital and had an issue with my order as it was the first time ordering a gluten free pizza but when I received it was so small that I wouldn't of been able to feed everyone so I asked if they could please help me out and give me an original large size pizza instead. Well they called there manager and instead of providing good customer service he completely shut me down and said no as he could not take it back as he could of sold it in slices instead and made more money off of it anyway. I felt like wow I've made pizzaville my goto pizza place as I like there pizza's and never had an issue but this guy's an idiot and for a few dollars will lose a loyal customer that would never go back. I returned my entire order as I had no choice being that it would not feed everyone. This location manager needs schooling on business as sometimes you can make exceptions and lose a little being that the I didn't realize how small the pizza was. In the end he took it all back anyway???. Don't recommend ordering at this particular location as there customer service sucks on such a small issue that the manager could of been gracious enough to fix but instead told me to purchase another one after telling him that we had no more money to order. So many other places would have been understanding of the situation and fixed it. Thank you.

Horrible place. The lady or manager as other reviews have indicated is rude!!!! I have never left a negative review even if my experience is bad but I had to for this. Save your money. The pasta is so hard, warm at the top cold at the bottom. Not to mention Burnt. Pasta looks stale and like it has been sitting there for a long time. After a few bites couldnt eat it anymore even though I tried to force myself . I returned it, the owner, the lady or manager offered to heat it again. I just wanted a refund as it would only get harder and more Burnt. She refused and just wanted to yell and argue with racists undertone. Avoid this place at all cost.!!!!!! Also theh didn’t give me any receipt.

This Pizzaville is located inside of a hospital where I have been visiting my dad for the past 2 weeks. Admittedly, my expectations were low, just because it is in a hospital, but it really blew me away. The lady that works there is very friendly and courteous, and the pizza has been terrific. I haven’t eaten a slice from there that I haven’t enjoyed. While there does appear to be some markup on prices, it is expected because it is inside of a hospital and every place within that food court has that same level of markup on their prices.

The quality of this Pizzaville location has decreased dramatically over the years. This location already charges a premium due to being located inside a hospital and prices have only gone up further since management has changed. Pizza on display is either burnt or undercooked with other options being out of stock entirely. The area above the station where Pizza's are prepared is ridden with dust that has been left unattended since mentioning it to management. Avoid.

Pizzaville Humber River Hospital - we need to give a huge shoutout and a huge hug to Lily. We are here unfortunately visiting our Mom who is in palliative care. We went down to the food court not realizing that many Eateries close at 7pm. We approached Pizzaville and Lily provided excellent and courteous customer service 15 minutes before closing time. Absolutely the BEST PIZZA anywhere. Ask for your crust extra crispy and they will not disappoint. Perfect amount of sauce and veggies. A two year hospital stay was made so much better with my daily intake of pizza. I kid you not it's all my husband and I ate Tell them Gina sent you and they'll treat you right.

The Pizzaville is located inside of the hospital. Best place to park is at the South entrance C once you enter the building if you walk to the right you're going to see some stairs leading down to the food court with signage that seats the same.

It's a Pizzaville in a hospital. Expectations were low and was pleasantly surprised that it's actually quite great. Always nice service and very affordable slices of pizza. Plenty of variety and the best sundried tomatoes on a pizza I have had.

A small hidden gem in the food court of Humber river hospital the meat lovers slice I had wasn’t to bad it was quite delicious not over cooked nor doughy simply well done alongside a Diet Coke all for $7

The pizza is on point and cheaper then pizza nova with the dipping sauce. 1 party size pizza half vegetarian and the other meat eater with 4 dipping sauce for 41 with tip. Thanks for a good pizza.
