So yesterday I went to the gym with my husband. He has the black card at planet fitness and I have the 10$ membership because we both don't need a black card. I usually go to the one close to my house unless I go with my hubby or my sister (she also has the black card) so we decided to go to the location on Eastern and Owens, and the manager there for some reason always tries to make me pay the 5$ because being that I only have the 10$ membership I can't go to other gyms and that is fine I understand that BUT when we signed up for the gym they told us I can come in as a guest with any member who has the black card to avoid paying the fee. So the last two times I went she was trying to say I had to pay and couldn't be a guest so we got mad started asking her to show us where in the contract does it say I couldn't be a guest with my husband, we got upset and we told her I've been to that location a lot of times and no one has ever told me anything and that the manager at my location told me I had the right to go to other locations as a guest with a BC member, so then she asked us to leave and we did I was very mad because at this point I feel like she has a personal problem with me so then later I get a call from a PF employee they apologized and told me I was able to go to any other gym as a guest and as a courtesy they waived my October monthly fee. I seriously can't believe the manager was acting that way towards me

I really would have loved if this was my new favorite home gym, the location is great and it's opened 24 hours which is a big plus for me. My previous home gym was the one on Maryland and Silverado Ranch which I loved and never had any problems there for the year I was a member. This review and rating reflects the lack of better customer service at this location not the gym facilities. I must note the gym is a good size it does not feel small, and it's decently spacious. Overall the gym looks alright. Unfortunately, I have been having trouble updating my payment method and now they want to charge me a $10 late fee. I called before my payment was due and was told to come in but, I have been out of town. I also attempted several times to update my payment method on their app and keep getting an error message. I showed up today to take care of the situation and was offered minimal help other than to come back sometime during the week. No managers were around and their other staff member was "busy". I could not even cancel my membership on the spot given the staff member at the time did not know how to do that. I have been a gym member at numerous (ones that at not Planet Fitness) within Las Vegas including California and staff or management are always able to help me in person, over the phone or via email. Rather disappointing =(

I went in to get a membership for my daughter but can't seem to understand why Planet Fitness needs to make a "copy" of her birth certificate when "presenting" the BC should be sufficient. I presented banking information and routing numbers for billing, my daughter has a State of Nevada REAL ID driver's license and PF still needs to have a "copy". I was told it's to make sure I was her mother. What if my last name isn't the same as on the certificate? What hoop do I have to jump through then? I've been a member for several years now and this was not a requirement previously when she joined. I've emailed twice about this issue and only received a form letter to "join Planet Fitness" . If Planet Fitness can't respond to a member's complaint/question, how can I be assured Planet Fitness will protect us members from identity theft from your needing a "copy" of a sensitive document.

I was enjoying my workouts daily everyone was so nice but people are people and people are very mean and cruel and judging so when it says no judgment zone it should be just that. Also upon my visit today I was going to workout in the 30 min express which i normally do and it's never crowded, I was told by the supposed trainer I can't be there ig I don't follow the start. So i went to use the other machines on the outside then I noticed others just walk in and use whatever machine they wanted and were told nothing. That upset me but me being the kind person I am I said nothing because when I am mad I get really mad. Point is That was not right and I pay my money like eveyone else and should not be singled out and compassion training should go with the position of working there and compasion either comes naturally really can't be thought.

I give it one star becuase upon signing up was one of the worst customer service I've ever had! Very unprofessional and the management didn't make it any better. I felt totally disrespected. You get what you pay for. If i get ANY dirty looks I'm going to corporate. Nobody deserves bad treatment like we did for any reason. There where so many errors ,she didnt know how to read ,took my information and took my husbands picture,she got mad becuase i didnt want to give my email address, she said all her errors where my fault, nobody apologized, didn't bother to give me a shirt, didn't bother to give me a tour, everytime we asked her a question she didn't know the answer she would get more upset, I ended up apologizing just so she could shut up and stop arguing with us.

Staff is helpful and the members are trustworthy, I've left my wallet here twice and it was brought to the front desk, allowing me to be able to retrieve it both times. The massage chairs do seem to constantly have the arm part not inflating correctly and that's not just for this location. It is really clean most of the time except for the occasional cleaning paper towel being left around by some members. The membership is reasonably priced and you can cancel at anytime, unlike Anytime Fitness with whom I'm contractually stuck dealing with untill the end of their 2 year contract. If they get the massage chair problems fixed, I will revise my review and give them full stars. I cannot speak for the state of the restroom as I haven't used it before.

Have to give this one a single star because of the guy who works at the weekday noon shift; he is this little kid maybe 20 at most, dark hair, terrible attitude. He seems to have a little bit of power in his youth by telling me that I will have to pay $5 every time I come in. No other person who works there harasses me like this guy. He said that I need to transfer my membership and then offers no way of helping me to solve the dilemma except to pay him $5. I pay my monthly fee and I am a black card member and I haven't even hit my 10 time monthly limit yet? what is the issue??!! I probably wouldn't be upset if the attitude of disdain wasn't present in his colloquy towards me. I just go to a different planet fitness now..

I like this place, close to my residence, smells reasonable, equipment is ok, and the price is fair. Alot of normies come here but I dont mind. As an elite lifter i Iike to help them out offering lifting advice, and telling them how to do it the right way The staff is nice they clean in the day, sometimes lazy at night. Sometimes they stare at me as I enter and leave... They can probably sense the angels and demons that I carry in with me. But they fuel me through my work out so I can't do nothing about it. Overall it's a good place for a decent workout, to sit on machines while on your phone wasting time, to pass the time, or to just hang out. Like most kids do here. I miss the pizza

As an employee of Planet Fitness, I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality shown to me at this club during the overnight shift. After spending 10+ hours of driving from Boise, Idaho to Las Vegas, Keisha, the overnight front desk member service representative was unable to allow me to use the gym for several hours while I rested during my trip heading to California. She told me to leave for laying on a couch and hydromassage bed in the spa... and refused to call a manager for an explanation of the policy to me. Thankfully there are multiple clubs in the area and I found another PF that was a bit more tolerant.

I visited PF gyms all over the country. This one, by far, is the dirtiest I’ve ever been too. The staff was pretty friendly but they can definitely use some help with cleaning. The floors, surfaces look like they haven’t been wiped for weeks. There is paper towels all over the place in the restrooms floors, washbasins, showers, like everywhere. They also have some super weird smell. They definitely need some deep cleaning here. It is so ironic when they have “ be cleansiderate” signs , announcements nonstop but they themselves don’t follow that. Comon PF, you can do better.

Completely appalling gym, just moved here. I'm allergic to dogs I tell the front desk that a guy in here has his dog walking everywhere and I'm allergic do you please have a Benadryl. No but you can go next door and get some if it bothers you. Watch your cameras at 230pm. I guess if you also have a service dog you don't have to wear your mask in or out of the gym and don't have to wipe down any of your equipment. Because of this appalling experience I'm leaving planet fitness and reporting this to the owner and corporate. Been a member for years no more.

Great absolutely great. I am always there at around 3 am. And it's always just me and 3 other people. And $10 a month is not bad at all. Also, I don't know how to use a free weight so the fact that this gym as so many Smith machines made it a lot easier to go in and focus on obtaining these grains. The front desk is nice as well. And if you're just dedicated to your core. Well, they have an area just for that. I love it here. And it's my first time at a gym. This gym makes me feel comfortable and I feel like I've always been going to the gym.

Planet fitness is the best gym around in Las Vegas, but they are lacking in machine. I wish there was more planet fitnesses with more dumbbells because they only have one pairs and that's not enough. especially if you get the black card. Because if you had black card you can go anywhere you want and that means you can go to any planet fitness around town out of town and more in a recommended to anyone that once I get into shape. But be aware because they are a small complex and they do not have enough room, so beware.

terrible experience with manager ana. she followed me to the bathroom waited till i came out and asked me to go take a pic for my membership i felt harrased and embared i told her i would and that i didnt appreciate the tension she was giving me. so the lady decided to cancel my membership 2 days after me joining without my permission and not caring about me loosing my enrollment fee, ive never been treated this way and im upset theres no one that can help me restore my membership or get my money back

There is a guy named Carlos who is very unprofessional he is in the front desk early mornings lately. He thinks he is so funny pulling his pants down and showing his underwear to his co-workers. Today it was bagel day and he grabbed like 3 plus an entire cream cheese container and took it to the desk laughing. I get it he is young but it used to be only professional people taking care of the gym users... plus the gym in general is always dirty and messy NOT HAPPY!!

Only about 90% of the people are wearing their mask correctly, the other 10% have it around their chins, dangling around their ears or under their noses, staff seems not to care about this since these people work out with out mask in front of the mirrors where staff can clearly see them and they still don't tell them anything. I dont want to confront these people not wearing their mask correctly since it's not my job but I do wish staff would step up and say something.

They make the same mistakes as any other gym. Too many cardio machines and very few Smith machines, especially when member are inconsiderate and be occupying without using them, they even leave water bottles in the machine so nobody uses them. Staff doesn't address members dropping weights or leaving dumbbells everywhere. Cleanliness has improved and environment is friendly. But seriously guys, stop spitting your bubblegums in the toilet, it's GROSS.

I've been to Planet Fitness before at a different location and my complaint isn't about this location specially. My problem is with Planet Fitness in general. I was told that I needed to provide a bank account number and routing number to become a member. With all this identity theft going on the last thing I want to do is give someone my banking information for a gym membership. Not cool. A debit card or credit card should be sufficient enough.

One of worst gyms ive been to. There motto is very wierd i fully understand you giys dont want to make people starting feel safe anf all but at the expense of making others eho have been there feel bad for working out a diffrent way. You arent allowed to wear fitness equipment like a training mask. Very happy once i keft anf started going to lvac over there they treat you with respect and help you set up ways to meet the right trainers

Truly the best rec center I've been to. I have an EOS enrollment I actually come here over that one. Individuals who work there are exceptionally kind and polite and genuineness they cause me to feel right comfortable and are consistently there when something should be taken care of. This rec center might not have every one of the machines you would need yet it unquestionably has what you need to get results. I love this spot.

After COVID-19 I almost died but I made it... But my body went from 190 to 158 in amatter of 16 days .when they finally released me.. I was so weak. I need oxygen. And my heat was bad... But as I got better.. I realized I need to get back some strength so ,I used to go LVAC but it's always packed... Here it's always a pleasant work out.. no body screaming trying to get that one more rep in.... So yeah that's why I like pf

I'm just wondering why your gyms are even open if people have to wear masks the whole time, imagine doing a sprint on a treadmill with a mask on your face and every time you inhale the mask gets sucked into your face, makes it extremely difficult to breathe and kind of impossible to get a real workout. I've already sent a request to cancel my membership, no point in paying for something I cant even use properly

I dont recommend this location in particular. Rude staff and incorrect info in computer. I had to pay extra money today and I have been going for months. The man at the counter was rude and had poor people skills. I gave then a second chance today after not wanting to come back in June. You should go to either their Nelli's/Sahara or Decatur/95 locations those are the best. They should rethink the Owens staff.

If I could give it no stars I would staff rude and just talk amongst each other. I believe they should be fired because as a first time member I was not taught how to use the equipment and did not even get shown around the facility. When you talk to them they get disrespectful and don’t bother to treat you with any kindness. It’s a bunch of kids who work in here! Try somewhere else!

Honestly the best gym I've been to. I have an EOS membership and i still come here over that one. The people who work there are very kind and courteous and honesty they make me feel right at home and are always there when something needs to be attended to. This gym may not have all the machines you would want but it definitely has what you need to get results. I love this place.

Great place for cardio treadmills, stair masters, stationary bikes. Free Weights. Nice Friendly Staff members. Usually really awesome. Pretty clean, well lit inside and welcoming instructor. Occasionally the men's bathroom has a flooding problem, but not so much that they close down or anything. You can tell the staff is trying to be awesome. So it's way cool most of the time.

Most ghetto location I've gone to. Lunk alarm needs to be at the front counter 4 male employees just standing around being loud while 1 female employee doing everything all spray bottles were empty. Really sad... i'll drive the extra miles to go to a different location. Planet Fitness is the best place to work out just that location needs help.

While I love my usual Planet Fitness locations that I visit, I came to this location today that I had not visited before and was quite disappointed. The locker room was filthy, littered with trash and paper towels all over the floor. This despite two staff members (male and female) on duty who could/should have observed and taken care of it.

I’ve been coming to planet fitness for almost 3 years now and I’m a black card member. I like the fact that I can go to any PF club nationwide. My home gym is on Eastern and Owens, and the staff most of the staff anyway are helpful and polite. They have a huge variety of equipment, and most of all I love the tanning beds!

Great place to work out. It has all the essential equipment you need to get in shape. Prices are super affordable and the staff is so friendly! I gave it four stars cause old men tend to prey on the women. Even when you're in the middle of a workout with your headphones on! So just watch yourself girls :)

I can't go to the gym because of medical issues I called planet fitness they told me that it was free to cancel then when I tried to call they told me 50 to cancel. I haven't even been here once. I'm passing through Las Vegas. This Planet Fitness visited on the evening of Tuesday, March 21st. Apparently the institution is popular, because there were a lot of people. Large selection of exercise equipment, the gym and other facilities are clean, the staff is polite and helpful. I recommend.

Very disappointed! The girl working and I say girl because grown women don’t act like that! I gave y’all one star as a credit for being to able to stay open while having employees like that girl. This was the worst experience I hope you get fired! I wish I remembered your name!

Most of my reviews are positive this is not one of them. I have visited many PF locations in the Valley but this location takes the last place. This location is always crowded , people occupy the machines only to be on their phones . The staff isn’t that great either.

This place has a lot of people behind the counter but none of them clean the bathroom. There is always a over flow of trash and paper towels on the floor smh. You should just go over to the nelis location, they actually keep things clean there and have a nice staff.

There is still a mask mandate and almost no one is wearing a mask. Let’s keep our numbers down not contribute to the problem. This gym use to be my jam but with them not enforcing masks they obviously do not care about your health, I will not be coming back.

First of all they are very rude! if you move here dont go to this gym. Its SMALL and the showers are dirty. The pale face trainer is racist and love saying No. The mixed manager girl rude she didnt understand that future customer matter lol.. HORRIBLE …

Regular gym, with regular folks. Fairly clean, can get very busy, use to like going early to avoid crowds. Only negative, some people will hog the Smith machines for over 1 hour! No gym manners! Other than that it's a good place to do your workout and go.

Fine print. They require you to keep your membership active for a year or pay a hefty fee. At 11 months, I wanted to cancel as my circumstances changed and I could no longer afford it. Staff were NOT helpful or friendly.

They NEED to bump up the AC its been so hot in this gym for months already. I remember it wasn't this hot. I checked the thermostats that are located in this gym and it said that it is at 85 degrees! Unbelievable

If you you like jump rope dont sign up here they dont allow the use of rope anywhere in the building i was in a hall way out of the space of anyones and they made it apparent that no ropes are allowed

Me and my girlfriend go to this gym and on the weekends there is never no toliet paper in any of the stalls ! someone needs to talk the crew about putting some toliet paper in the stall , unexceptable

The place is always clean and fresh. The people there greet you with a smile. And then leave you alone to do what you're going to do. The way gym should be. But they're also there if you need them.

The staff is great but I think it should be more cleaner especially around the evening. Trashcans are overfilled everytime, and the woman's bathroom has paper towels or toilet papers on the ground.

When i signed up, i did it in person, the staff was awesome, and polite and very very helpful, my first day experience was the best, the energy was so chilled and relaxed, just what i needed.

My fav. location to go to, clean, well kept & friendly staff. Busy some days but nothing too crazy like in other locations. Honestly peaceful if you’re getting started on your gym journey.

I enjoy working out at the Eastern @ Searles Avenue gym! Staff there are always courteous and professional. I come to use the treadmill and life fitness machines 4-5 times a week.

Most disgusting planet fitness I ever been in staff is lazy instead of cleaning equipment is dirty and the floor is lifting bathrooms are dirty overall I will not be returning...

Layout and staff are nice but there's not a red light therapy machine (beauty angel) here. I primarily come to Planet Fitness to use this so I will not be back to this location.

If you value your time, do not go to this PF. They do not monitor the circuit training area so people will literally take 10 minutes on one machine which wastes so much time.

So far so good. just moved here and had no problem getting a machine even during covid. I just wish the massage chairs and tables were more like 15-20 minutes instead of 10.

The club's kept clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and they understand great customer service. I do highly recommend anyone wanting to get or stay fit check them out.

The lockers don't fit locks on them. They are these tiny little holes that you can't even fit a small pad lock it's the dumbest thing. I have 2 locks, can use neither.
