If I could, I would even give zero stars, but I can't since I don't have this option. The worst gym I've ever been to, so many kids what are they doing there I don't understand. All machines are always busy. You have to wait 30 minutes to do anything. Many things don't work. I do not recommend anyone better look for something better.

My experience with Planet Fitness has been great. Management is very friendly and helpful, they always remember my name and are very accommodating. Facilities are kept clean and equipment is maintained at a very high standard. I would gladly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone, especially the Canal street location.

Very large and open space gym. Pretty clean and bathrooms are modern/renovated. Shower areas are clean too. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to get a good workout in. They could have less cardio equipment and add in more frequently used weight training equipment

The two managers in the black shirts, the one with the gadges and dread locks and the other one with the black mask and black cap have EXTREMELY POOR customer service. The rest of the staff are pleasant. The managers should be learning from the lower level staff in the purple shirts.

I love that they have new machines and are only 4 blocks away from my job. Also, I was very impressed with the awesome customer service I received my first time visiting that location. I would definitely recommend this Planet Fitness to my friends, family and coworkers.
