Horrible experience with cancelling a membership, management clearly doesn’t care. I froze my membership for medical reasons prior to the most recent COVID closure in November, specially travelled to the gym and signed to do so. Called the day they reopened about cancelling and was told I had a few days to come in and sign, which I did. Then I was told my cutoff to cancel was the day I called (aka the first day open) so I’d be charged anyway, but I was not given this information on the phone. I was given a business card to contact the manager to process a refund and never heard back, it’s been at least a week. Had to go through my bank to get a refund and block them from charging me and now I got the charge on my credit card. Called and spoke to a manager who avoided the entire situation of the first charge and their failure to reply or help me at all, and they told me this charge is for a month they were CLOSED and my membership was FROZEN. Told me I’m not likely to get my money back because it’s a backend system issue. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for customer service and I will never resume a membership at any Planet Fitness again. Update: in response to their reply, I specifically called the day you reopened and was told I had multiple days to come in and cancel before I’d be charged and that was clearly a lie. You also fail to address not replying to my email which is clear negligence on your part, and on your website it also says memberships were proactively frozen during the closure, so even if I hadn’t come in and frozen my membership (which I did) there is no reasonable explanation for charging me for the months you were closed. It’s also horrifying to me that I was told by a manager to not expect a refund for this. Horrendous all around, never coming here again and intend to tell my experience to everyone I know.

The service that I was provided was inadequate compared to all the other customer service that I was provided at other gyms such as the YMCA and Good Life. Though I can agree that the promotions that Planet Fitness have a great, it’s considerable whether you should go here when the staff member with a tattoo and wearing glasses without a name-tag is talking down to you like he is superior. I believe he was speaking to us that way was due to him being older and just because we were younger than him, he likely thought we were far less educated and don’t understand how companies function. I can’t even fathom the way he behaved. Since this is my first time here, the following first impressions I’ve made are: Exhibit A, poor and unprofessional customer service such as making snark comments where he complained about how annoying customers are to his co-worker while we stood right on front of him. Exhibit B, where he made false claims addressing that we could not sign up for the summer fitness challenge claiming that we need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian despite the the fact that we were 18 years old to begin with. Lastly, even though Planet Fitness has amazing offers of promotions, I would reconsider the wide variety of options of gyms to choose from due to the service that you will be receiving.

Staff are so friendly, super willing to answer any questions and totally nonjudgmental! Place is very clean both workout areas and locker rooms/ washrooms are constantly being cleaned. Lots of cardio machines including stair climbers, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and rowers, the only downside is that there is not a ton of strength training equipment (PF360, weights, cable machines, smith machines, strength machines for abs, legs, triceps, biceps, lats, rowing, chest, shoulder and back) compared to the amount of cardio equipment but they do take up a lot more space so overall very nice selection just expect a bit of a wait to use the equipment you want when coming during a busy time. Very good for beginner’s as there is a lot less of an intimidation factor compared to regular gyms, the staff are happy to show you how to use any of the equipment, if you are looking for a gym to try for the first time I would recommend visiting PF especially for the price ($10/m for basic 1 location only or $25/m for “black card” which lets you use any PF location as well as the massage chairs and tanning beds) which is about half or less of what you would pay for a competitor.

An extremely friendly atmosphere and a very clean facility (coming from a cleaning company owner). . I was so impressed with the amount of value delivered to each visitor that I went ahead and offered paid-for black card memberships to my employees. We have already registered 4 and we will be registering another 5-10 in the next month. My only issue is that I personally do not like bringing my business credit card to the gym (for safety purposes) and prefer to manually enter the numbers into the system, when signing up my employees. However, there seems to be a disconnect in the training protocol, as it seems that only 1 member (Charmaine) has been able to manually enter my card information and 2 have denied the possibility of doing so. Hopefully this hole in the training is tended to as I've watched 2 other people get told the same thing last week and walk out saying they will return with their card on another day (which they may or may not). To me this seems like an unnecessary, and very fixable, decrease in conversion. Overall, Planet Fitness is an awesome experience in a super-welcoming environment at an incredible price.

If I could Rate 0 star , I would do that. 4 member of their Team told for some charges that they said i will not get charged for those . I still got charged, Called back , still Their team member said you should have not got charged , asked me to email manager, No response for 10 days, called again, spoke to manager again , she said email again , emailed again , No response, called again , then some manager put me on hold for 20 mins by saying hold on for a min, i ended call and called back, Team member told me the manager i spoke to before cant come on the phone now , I asked then why she put me on hold , he had no answer, she purposely put me on hold as she don’t want to deal with it and ignore like everyone else. Then Finally manager replied without giving any explanation. I called to maanger to explain about their staff memebers word of mouth, He hung up while i was talking in very respectful manner, Round of applause to him, Literally noone want to listen to a simple complaint ,who hired him as a manager , I wonder ?

Love love this gym. Atmosphere is great, machines are state of the are and easy to use plus I don't feel judged or uncomfortable as it's a co-ed. My daughter and myself really love coming here, not only to get those gains but to bond as well. Change rooms are beautiful, t hey have a waterfall style shower system that's totally private and if you join the Black Card Membership you get full use of a selection of tanning beds both lay down and stand up (one is a hybrid so you get to both tan and utilize RED light therapy with a floor that vibrated to work out your body). There's also several hydro massage chairs (incline or lay down) as well as regular massage chairs, which is all included in the Black card Membership. Either way, my daughter and myself adore this gym and are very happy we joined. No locked in contracts and a great environment. Plus it's never super crazy busy to the point you cant get a machine. They literally have everything. PS: THIS IS FOR THE LEILA LOCATION

Very pleasantly surprised. The place is huge and there is an extensive collection of equipment, so you're not likely to be bothered by too many people, although I have yet to see it at its busiest time so that might change. The basic membership is great (around 10$/month), the changing rooms are massive and feel very luxe, everything is well-lit and inviting, music isn't too loud, and there is a nice well-rounded inclusive policy, which is not necessarily the case in gyms. Extremely clean as well, and the personnel I've seen so far is professional, pleasant and accomodating, and there are options to have a guest come with you if you're a member, and there also is a drop-in rate (although a bit steep). Had the chance to be near a training session that started as I was doing my workout and had no bad things to say. Trainer was fun, motivating and personable which is nice at 7:00 am in the morning. All in all, based on my experience so far, it's been great all around.

Well first of all a big shout out to all the ladies that work the morning shift. Their attention to detail is so impressive when it comes to cleanliness, customer service and their normal day to day duties. Please continue to work hard and strive to do your best. Myself and so many other members are so appreciative of everything you do so we can enjoy a safe a friendly workout. I would like to mention also that the new member you hired recently name Casper he is fitting in with your team so well. His infectious smile and determination to do an amazing job at this location is spectacular. Casper is always finding time to chat with myself and other clients. This gentleman is so full of energy he makes my workouts so enjoyable to see him interact with everyone and clean clean clean. Loved this gym when it first opened up… Now it is crawling with obnoxious weightlifters. The reason I signed up for this gym is that they were against the “lunkheads” and gym bros who are intimidating to be around at other gyms. Now when you go, you get to see all of the roided up weightlifters and their barely dressed girlfriends who like to stare at themselves and take pictures of each other in the mirrors while they monopolize the weight machines and high five all their bros between sets and save machines with their water jugs. Thought that was what this gym was against?? It’s a great facility with lots of great perks which is why I gave it a higher rating…unfortunately money seems to be PFs priority as they seem to allow anyone in even if they go against their “codes of conduct or dress code” they proudly have posted on their walls when you go to the change rooms.

As shared in many other reviews I also had a horrible experience cancelling my membership. They will not process any cancellations without you coming in person or sending mail. This resulted in me being charged an additional month worth of a membership I did not use. Not one, not two but three staff members neglected to warn me about this when attempting to cancel. They claim they cannot process refunds and will use this as an excuse to continue to bill you for service you do not use. They also mentioned in their reply here that it is outlined in your contract however, when you sign up this is not mentioned to you. The contract is rushed through with a staff member who doesn't give you the opportunity to clearly read it.

Pros:- Bang for the buck, membership starts at about $15 per month Very Beginner Friendly, has most machines with built in safety. Offer free training sessions that you can register for via the app Cons:- Very Crowded, at pretty much any point of the day even the night the gym always has people filled Lacks actual weight training machines, more than half of the gym is filled with repetitive cardio equipment and the other half is amenities a very small portion is dedicated for actual gym equipments They shame you for wearing tank tops, having one of those gallon water jug, or even if you try to hit them prs and drop the weight a little too loud which isn't the kind of gym environment I like

Confirming that the company is not as transparent as it claims to be and will not let you cancel your membership until you pay your outstanding fees. If someone cannot pay fees (and never used their services) then there is a reason as to why they can’t pay them. They confirmed that they will not cancel no matter what circumstance and will keep billing a customer indefinitely. So if you for some reason cannot afford the service anymore and failed to cancel, they do not care. You will probably have a bill even after your death. They do not care about customer service or experience and falsify expectations. Would recommend nobody goes here or trusts them.

Of the three locations that I have visited I'd say this was the cream of the crop; The staff are friendly and welcoming each morning that I am on-site. The cleanliness is amazing considering the amount of traffic this location sees. The amount of machines and the fact they are always in working condition is great for those busy days. My only con, which will see fairly minimal, is I wish that the mens locker room doors would be replaced that seem to be missing forever. It gets busy and sometimes you go locker to locker and wish those doorless units were available. I highly recommend this location for all Black Members that can swap between locations.

Great price, clean facility, and the location is close to me BUT you definitely need trainers that work with the scheduled classes offered. I like doing the stretch classes before any workouts and was told by the trainer at this Ellice location that he does not want to stretch for 30 minutes, therefore does not do the class. First of all the classes are for the public - not for the trainer's personal preference. I'm paying to use all resources offered by this franchise, not to be told I can't take a class offered by the gym because a worker doesn't like it. For that reason I stopped going to the Ellice location and go to Garden City.

Honestly I was unsure of the review I wanted to give here. But I’ve now had multiple bad experiences. Between one incredibly rude staff(black hair & big earring) to just the lack of anything from the staff. I come on my lunch hour so I understand it can be busy but today I requested to tan and was told 2 beds were finishing up in 4 minutes and I could get in afterwards I watched 4 rooms become available and when I asked the staff who had come in she ignored me and took a guy to the bathroom area at this point I had waited 15 minutes and had no time left to tan. It’s just crummy that this keeps happening.

Good clean location. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Even at a busy time I didn't have to wait too long for a machine or to get access to the weights I needed. Definitely like having a black card membership. Those hydro chairs are very nice! I like the fact that I brought up to the manager that someone was filming with a tripod setup and that he was going to take care of it and was told that filming like that is not allowed on the gym floor, a definite thumbs up for them getting ahead of the problems that other gyms are facing with influencers posting clickbait to social media.

Affordable and generally decent, but had a bad experience with the woman with the purple curly hair at the desk tonight in relation to some broken equipment. She was not courteous to say the least. This is the second employee I have encountered here who has absolutely zero customer service skills and appears to dislike dealing with the public. I see Planet Fitness has replied to other negative reviews saying they should contact the manager. If you’re reading this, please provide the name and contact information for the manager, as I have no idea who that is.

The experience of working out in the gym has been good. However, disappointed in the customer service by the manager today. I went in about 5 days ago to demote my membership to the basic. Turns out it never went through. And the manager didn't at the very least apologize for this membership change not even going through, and that worker ultimately wasting my time. I asked what he suggested we should do, and he said he didn't know. It's just disappointing and annoying. Was going to pause my membership, now I'm thinking I'll cancel it and go elsewhere.

On march 31 i signed up of their membership and i asked about the policies that they have regarding masks. The manager stated to me very clearly that one of the exemptions to their mask policy is if you have trouble breathing. I happen to have a medical condition and i cant wear a mask while working out this is why i asked. Later on while working out i got harassed multiple times by staff because i was not wearing a mask properly apparently. Eventually the employees told me they banned me from the gym and told me to “get the f*ck out”.

Always a great place to go. Never had any problems with planet fitness. They are very easy with cancellations if you ever want to opt out, also the prices are amazing and pretty unbeatable! Everyone is always so helpful whenever I have questions and they are always professional. Great place, friendly staff, and never too busy when I go after work. Love how you can tan and get a massage after your work out as well. Would suggest this to friends and family, close to Polo Park very convenient location.

First time being there tonight. Was impressed. Lots of machines and free weights. Yet they are still obeying the Covid mandates of social distancing. However, they do force everyone to wear mask even while working out. Not their rules, but the Province. They have a "black card" membership, which gives you some pretty cool perks, such as being able to use any Planet Fitness worldwide and free use of their tanning beds/standing units. Best of all is the price, especially compared to other gyms.

So I started here being the closest gym to where I live. Upon reaching here I was excited to start back gym. So I rushed to sign up without taking a walk around. After I signed up, I started to warmup on the stationary bicycle. As I looked around I realized that there is no free weight squat rack. As well as the fixed barbells only go up to 60lbs. With all that being said, it does have everything else you need and the staff is very friendly and professional. Very clean environment.

The Planet Fitness Team are approachable, friendly and always visible if needed. I like that I can work at my own speed, no pressure to move on, or use only specific equipment. There are always plenty of equipment choices available , allowing me to target my workout. This gym is always spotless, and well maintained. Plenty of Cleaning Stations set up for users to wipe down the equipment. I certainly feel safe attending this location. True to the "Judgement Free" claims.

Joining this gym has brought my weight loss to the next level. The atmosphere is great, there are numerous machines for cardio and weight training. The place is always clean, although you do have some gym goes that don't seem to think they need to wipe down there machines after they use them, yuck, but you seem to get that everywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I hope to try more classes in the new year. The couple I did were amazing. Daniel is awesome!

I enjoy coming to Planet Fitness. The facility is clean and there are always machines available to use. Weekdays are busy but the weekends are pretty slow. The hydro massage tables/tanning beds/massage chairs/total body are a great after a session of training. Staff are great and are always cleaning. This place is pretty spotless. FYI: Download the app to track your exercises. It's kinda of finicky but I also use mine to sign into the gym, it doubles as my pass!

I go to planet fitness about three to four times a week. well the equipment is all in great shape and the gym is huge and often easy to get the machine you want, there's a lack of free weights. I understand that this isn't a hardcore gym but believe they could still have some more options. the biggest thing keeping us from being a five-star is the men's shower has the water pressure of a kitten slowly drooling over a can of tuna. *******They fixed the showers!

I've checked out all other gyms and bang for ur buck this is the place to be. No hero flexing in the mirror, noone taking selfies. Everyone comes to workout. There are alot of assisted machines, heaviest free weight is 70lbs, and tons of cardio machines. People talk bad about this place and I'm not sure why. The place is super clean and very cheap. You pay monthly what you would pay bi weekly at other places. And there is no commitment. How could you go wrong

I was pleasantly surprised it's very clean and spacious! Since they just opened up everything is brand new. Soooo many cardio machines, and a good number of weight machines. The black membership spa equipment is so worth it. They have a red light machine that elsewhere, people pay hundreds of dollars to use. With the black membership you also can bring a buddy free every single time you work out. $25 a month no commitment? Cheap good bang for your buck.

My first time here and I loved it..!! The atmosphere was great, everyone else was in much better shape than me but I felt welcome . The girl who signed me up was very friendly and helpful, she explained everything very thoroughly. I like the bonus of having a spa accessible for the upgraded membership. There was alot of people there but many machines were readily available. Also was my first time tanning and that was nice as well .

Planet Fitness is an awesome gym. They have tanning, red light therapy and hydromassage. The only thing that is bad is that we are not allowed to use the lockers in the change rooms. We have to cram 60 people into an area that has 30 lockers the that are not big enough to put your jacket and bag in one, so you have to use two lockers. What about social distancing, that is the spot where there is NONE.... Go figure.

Facility is clean and accessible, but not for my liking as you cannot use your own skipping rope or have area to stretch or warm up , and very limited In free weights. Also was told I couldn't use own equipment but seen other people using there own equipment. Was told to read the policy s and in my opinion I do not recommend going . If plant fitness doesn't like review s then don't respond and close your doors .

I go to Planet fitness on the regular. Pretty good atmosphere. People going about their business at their own pace. No real toxic gym culture there. People just their to become a better version of themselves. Locker rooms are clean and so are the showers and restrooms. Decent membership options and cheap price points for monthly memberships! First time being back in a bit still a good place to get your sweat on.

Love the gym. Especially the massage beds. Big and has lots of machines available. Downsize is this location is brand new , and one of the massage beds werent working properly and the employee basically said they wont fix the machine as than all the machines in the spa will need to be shut down. And they wont want customers upset. But we are still paying for the service...so..... but regardless really like it. .

I LOVE Planet Fitness. The gym is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, the trainers are patient and encouraging, there are enough machines so I don't have to wait for a certain machine to work out. The best is the 30 minute express - I get a complete full body work out with a minimal time commitment. And other members are nice - there is no "fitness snobbery" or judgement there, so I feel safe and welcome as I am.

I have the black membership which is great if you travel often as I do. Though my membership is in Miami no issues getting in. The only difference is you have to show proof of vaccination. Mask is required for now oct 23, 2021. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the equipment was well maintained. Plenty of parking and easy to find everything. Other than that it's a well stocked standard planet fitness.

Unfortunately per my experience between this location and another planet fitness location this one seems to be taking the public health the most relaxed and it's definitely disappointing, 3 out of the 4 easily seen hand sanitizer stations were empty (at 8am) and there's no one encouraging hand sanitization at the entrance like another location is. Definitely doesn't make you feel as safe as other locations.

Beautiful, spacious, & brand new gym. Not sure how they can offer such an incredible price. There are some negative things to note: no shoe/boot rack so people wear in outdoor wet n dirty boots which can be pretty gross in the dressing room when you're changing & in bare feet on gritty floors, no dry sauna ☹, although they do have other awesome features, like hydro massage beds, n free tanning beds.

Great experience, amazing staff minus one staff member that gives dirty looks to me, and doesn't make the place feel inviting at all but beside him. All the other staff make up for his actions. Even the people that go there are very helpful when you ask questions. Good selections of equipment. I rarely see that guy that seems to have a problem with me so I'm giving this a good review, regardless.

Easy and accessible. I love how it’s 24/7. Staff are always very friendly and nice. Staff keeps the facility VERY CLEAN, I always see someone cleaning up the place. I’m all about cleanliness and the staff do a very good job. They always have workouts available all throughout the day. And don’t forget it’s $10 a month, worth every penny! 10/10 I would recommend to everyone!

Its a very lovely place to be, I guess the place is filled with adequate equipment for workout just remaining one thing, which is the punching bag. And there is one thing I noticed, people seems to be distancing themselves from each other, I guess it should be a place for social gathering and networking; maybe its just me or maybe its still the Covid 19 season.

This is seriously THE BEST gym in the city! They have a wide variety of equipment, the staff are friendly, it's always (and I mean ALWAYS) clean, the tanning/massage beds are a great bonus AND the classes are PHENOMENAL! Shirine is the best class trainer. 30 minutes in her class is all you need to feel rejuvenated and strengthened to the core! Love this place!

Very nice facility with a strong emphasis on cardio vascular training, a plethora of resistance machines and more. Staff was friendly, facility was clean. I'm sure members will be very happy with this club. Not for me personally, I'm perpetually nervous about being judged for borderline lunkishness (lol) but I can see the appeal. I love this gym. There are loads of machines and weights. It’s super clean and the overall atmosphere is lovely. The locker rooms are also nice. They have 2 different kinds of lockers, smaller and longer ones for your long coats. Love that. And… so clean again. The clientele is nice and so are the staff. There’s no other gym I would rather be a member of.

Super Clean!! They have staff wiping down and dusting the equipment pretty much the entire time I was there (3 hours). The equipment is all top notch and in excellent condition. The change rooms are also very clean and modern. The showers resemble something from an upscale boutique hotel. Lots of hot water with a rainfall showerhead. I'm glad I joined!!

The staff here are super helpful, and the membership rates are incredibly competitive! The machines are always clean and in good repair, and have qr codes in case you don't know how to use them. I typically find most of the other gym-goers super friendly and respectful! And the Black Card spa?? Highly recommend the aqua massage chairs ❤️❤️

The temperature of this gym is intolerable. You'll be soaked in sweat before you even start working out. It doesn't smell great. At any given time you'll see 30+ people on their phones tying up equipment. You can bring these issues up to staff all you want nothing will change. I've tried many times to no avail. They'll barely even listen.

I love this gym. They really are what they advertise. They are affordable, friendly and cater to the fitness needs of all different body types, fitness levels and ages. They are constantly cleaning and giving potential new clients tours. If you have any questions they are eager to help. I would like to remain a lifetime member here!

Total scam - do not trust them with your information. They rack up charges on your account during a pandemic while they are CLOSED, without even sending you any notice. Just an email would have been nice. Then, in order to 'reactivate' your membership it costs $600+ now that they re-open. No thanks, never going back again.

Clean facility. Always available staff. They are very polite and accommodating. Tons of machines, all working! The Hydro Water Massage after a workout is mint! Facility has free and pay lockers, full showers, tanning beds, Body Enhancement Machine, massage beds, drink machines. Affordable membership with 2 options.

Lots of machines to choose from. Please monitor the circuit room more closely to remind members what it is for so that it doesn’t disrupt my rounds. Also you should not be allowing people to simply wear a scarf instead of a mask during these times. Please hold your members accountable to a safe place for everyone.

Free weights zone is pretty small, but provides more than enough equipment and space for any training session. More or less enough machines. Cardio section is huge. This particular gym doesn't meet my needs as a bodybuilder, but I guess that PT Black card will save the day. Especially with it's unbeatable price.

Loving this place. Today is their grand opening so you should check it out. The staff are friendly and greet you when you enter. The 6 am instructor is full of energy to help make the class tolerable when all you want to do is go back to bed. But seriously be is full of creative and fun activities.

This is a fantastic gym with a large assortment of weights, machines, and other workout equipment! The hours at this gym are perfect for anyone, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere in the gym is the best I’ve seen since I started lifting weights about 15 years ago. Definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious, judgment free gy, the black card spa room is a bonus, absolutely beautiful at thf end of my workout, tanning abd massage is so relaxing and stress relief-I'm very comfortable at Planet Fitness, this is very important to me to push forward in my healthy lifestyle journey

The facility is clean, well lit and has the equipment for 95% of your requirements. If you need heavy dumbbells (80lbs +) this isn't for you. The showers are amazing and staff friendly. When I go (early AM) there is very few people there so its perfect. I can't speak for other times.

It's always too busy, especially since they're letting teens work out for free. They changed the hours of operation after I got my membership. Total bait and switch. They are no longer 24/7, they close at 7pm on a Saturday. If you want a 24/7 gym go to anytime fitness on Ness.

Love the spaciousness of the Garden City facility. Chris was excellent with my Orientation and Jay the instructor for Core and Circuit was excellent also. The hydro massage beds are so relaxing. The change/washrooms/showers are amazingly clean. An excellent gym to workout.

Somebody broke into my locker today, I know is nobody fault but mine for leaving money in my wallet... I just wanna warn others don't leave everything with value if you don't wanna lose it . That's so bad because I love going to that location but today I lost interest.

Staff are always willing to help best as they can, I recommend black card as u can bring guests and get the extra perks. Only makes sense! ;) cleaning is up to par only issue is the scale in the washroom often is out of battery it seems. Maybe some one needed them?

We always go there after work. Me my friends admitted because of 24hours open, now you are changing the time table which is very disappointing. We strongly disagree with your decision…. We don’t want this we demand the opening time should remain 24hr as it is!

I called in today to cancel membership as I did travel to Toronto from Winnipeg. They are not cancelling membership and it’s funny they say either to come in person or send a letter through Canada post. I say try it and they might say the same to you lols

Good covid 19 cleaning going on lot of space between machines however water machine has been broken for a year. BRING YOUR OWN WATER. They don’t seem to know how to fix it. Any plumbing professionals in the area should go in and give them an estimate !

I like everything about this gym except recently they started closing early on Friday and Saturday. It should be open 24/7 hours just like before. Please take care of this issue and acknowledge it. We want this to be open everyday for everyone.

I love this facility. Great Gym, staff is awesome, clean all the time. They got everything you need, all the equipment, massage chairs, water bed massage, group exercise with trainer, showers, lockers what else do I need to make my morning.

Nagging arthritis robbed me of my former top fitness level. Discouraged and in pain I bought a membership to PF to restore some strength and flexibility. I felt “at home” with their “ judgement free” philosophy as I workout to my capacity.

A nice clean facility at an affordable price whit all the equipment you could ask for. The staff is extremely friendly and it’s a gym that is easy to go to you don’t feel judged and you can do your own thing and feel comfortable doing it.

I was courteous about this gym so I thought I would give it a try. I have never seen so many treadmills and elliptical mechines in my life. What a joke first off there are no barbells just smith machines and the bumbells only go up to 75

None too impressed with the sudden change in procedure. Since Covid started there have been many changes and this I completely understand. However since the gyms have reopened I have had my membership frozen as I have too much anxiety to

Very open and big space, not crowded at all, I like month to month no contact deal. Very clean and equipped with modern machines. 4 different exercises areas are nice. Staff is very friendly and not judgemental at all. I love this place.

With new social distancing protocols in place I was anxious to head back to the gym. Planet fitness has made the sanitizing stations more visible. The PF crew is very visible, constantly wiping down surfaces and cleaning the bathrooms.

Everything is very good in this gym and it’s also affordable which makes it first choice for my individuals like me. But the thing that lack is free weights which they should include as we can’t do every exercise on smith machine.

Good for beginners who wants to try the gym out before committing as they are very cheap in price. Lots of Machines and one membership gives access to all the locations. Just a bit packed for covid. But overall it's a good gym.

Great place to workout. The atmosphere is always friendly. The staff are always helpful and kind. It's only $10 a month. No excuses anymore. I think people should really give the gym a chance. Its $10, you got nothing to lose.

Garden center location is very good and all the staff is very good. All instruments is in very good condition. One staff member Ms. Aarzoo is very helpful, she is very hardworking and help you every time with smiling face.

Friendly staff and it takes care of what you need at a low rate the only thing I’d suggest is make taking out your outdoor shoes mandatory when walking in the building. It’s frustrating when the change rooms have wet snow

Great gym. Reasonably prices. Tons of cardio machines. Great for new gym goers. Hydro massages and tanning beds are included in the VIP membership which is under $30 a month. Open 24 hours a day is a bonus. Friendly staff

Great gym. For the price point the staff are exceptional and and clean, well maintained facility. Plenty of locker space and enough equipment that there isn't much wait time, if any to jump on the machine you want.

The staff are amazing and the place is super clean. Only not giving a 5 star due to the gym always being super hot. The air conditioning does not keep up with the needs of the gym asides in the change room.

Very spacious gym. I almost never have to wait for a machine I want to use. Also the most affordable gym I’ve ever had a membership with. I LOVE the massage chairs and tanning beds! Everything is so clean!

I really like coming to this gym because of the flexible hours. I was informed that the gym will no longer be open 24-7 on the weekends starting in July, if this occurs I will be cancelling my membership.

I got a membership for Christmas and I am loving it. It is clean. There are always enough machines for me to use. They offer many services including massage chairs and beds and suntan beds. Great place.

The gym is spacious with lots of equipment. Has a good parking lot with easy access. Clean gym and equipment. Nice amenities. Being open 24 hours is convenient. For the membership fee it is worth it.

It’s fast and easy after a week . I like the parking , and it’s not as packed as some ppl think it is . 10 years of home workouts and then the black card special happened . I’m Back baby !!

Lots of cardio equipment. Power cages have a very liked range of motion (forward and back) and are slightly shorter. Overall good though, can't really complain at the cost of membership!

They close early on friday and saturday, I used to come on these days earlier on this time, but now I cannot. Unfortunately, if they dont open for 24 hours, then I might change my gym.

We love our Garden City location. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is kept super clean. Lots of machines to use. We are able to work our routine on different machines.

My husband went to get us some passes the worker named John helped him and because of John's help this place gets a 5 star. The place itself is really big, clean, and nice machines.

I am very disappointed with planet fitness center that they close early on the weekends. I leave work @9 pm just at the time they are closing. I hope they will change this schedule.

I really like this gym. It is very clean. The equipment is all in great shape and new. The amenities are top notch and the customer service is very professional and friendly.

Everything is good but if they could also be 24/7 on weekends. That would be great. Some of us are only free at night that would definitely be a good step for us.

Great gym! A bit busy but still able to use all of the equipment. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Next time I’m in Winnipeg I’ll be back!

Love the total body enhancement, 24 hour availability, the hydro massage beds are great and also like that there's very little waiting for equipment I want.

my home gym for quite awhile, clean,friendly non judgmental people and nice staff. A large variety of equipment and space. There app is really helpful also
