Pathetic ever service and they just do not bother for their members. Except of machines and other things, i just come straight forward. From a month i took membership and just came 2 times before 21st December 2018. I scanned my card and straight go to lockers room. I put my backpack in a locker which bring my laptop worth 1800$, my iphone 7plus, my 1TB external hard drive as well as some cash and locked my locker with a lock and went for a gym. After about 40mins i went to my locker and shocked to see that there was no lock or a bag inside my locker. I told there staff, and asked to pull up the cameras but they denied to pull up the cameras and told me to come on 26th after long 5 days to have a look of visuals as their manager was on leave. I called 911 and cops did all their basic formalities and provide me case number and asked me to visit on 26th. Not even their security is bad but their staff is also involved in this. When i entered the gym, there were two staff members at counter and when it all happened only one female who refused to go in men locker room. If they pulled up the cameras on the same time, than we will came to know that who left the premises in that 40mins and who went to locker room and came back with my backpack or any other stuff in which he hide my bag and belongings. My laptop kept my very important data and that is also secured one. I kust wish that i got my bag back. Or i will take this caseto the court. Its a matter of security. And what a cheap service they are providing in the name of security or why the put cameras? NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. POOR SECURITY for their members. And above all they are least bothered that they gave metime of 5 days to pull up the cameras. I just wish that they gave my bag and belongings back to me...

Unfortunately, I’m giving the gym a 3 mainly because of the attitude of location manager Charlie. While at the gym today I did not observe any staff members cleaning the gym during my workout. Not a single one. Now, I understand being short staffed but today there was one man at the front desk. His name is Chris and he was awesome. During my work out today there was a member in the stretch area talking on his phone and NOT wearing a mask. This went on for about 20 minutes. No staff members to enforce gym and COVID policy. Because of this and not observing anyone cleaning the gym I decided to call so that I could understand why this happened. Charlie said he was aware of this and that the location is short staffed and he was interviewing applicants. I suggested that he could have possibly managed his schedule better because of failure to uphold the gyms COVID practices. I let him know that I’m addition to the guy on the cell phone not wearing a mask that a few of the cleaning stations did not have enough paper towels available and that these stations should ALWAYS be kept up with available items and this is NOT the time to become sloppy with maintaining at least the appearance and perception of adhering to health guidance. Charlie shared very little sense of urgency. He told me it seems like you (me) just want to tell me how to run his store. This Charlie dude, lacks the empathy and concern that so many people are feeling. We want a place to workout. I want a place to workout. I also want to hold the gym employees and guests accountable for adhering to these policies just as I am. I hold myself accountable. I’ve contacted the CEO Office, Chris Rouden. The attitude needs improvement

Ever since Andrew and Ramiro left, this place has been a dump. The staff of this facility have taken a turn for the worse. They are always at the front desk talking. Using foul language with each other and even when talking to customers (even though the conversations are friendly, it is completely unprofessional and distasteful). Equipment is broken for weeks at a time. It's been over a month and two of the stairmasters are still broken. On one occasion a patron of the facility was grunting and throwing his weights all over the place, not reracking, and trying to get this other patron to max out on his weight in the rowing machine; the trainer was standing right there and didn't say a word. He was too busy chatting away with 5 other guys standing over a machine. When Andrew and Ramiro were in charge that garbage didn't fly. When Andrew and Ramiro were in charge the staff including Andrew and Ramiro were always wiping the machines down, the staff there now hardly does that. The only time I see them actually working is when the manager is around, which seems like hardly ever! The place is filthy, the locker rooms are full of trash. It is disappointing to say the least. I am waiting for the EOS to open down the street so I can switch gyms. The poor customer service and lack of attention for detail and for the rules have turned me off this facility for good. Another thing, I hardly ever see the manager or the assistant manager. Only purple shirts. I miss Andrew, Ramiro, and Jasmine. One last thing, I have been coming to this PF for almost 2 years, my experiences before the new management came in were great.

I honestly feel so dumb because I ended my membership, but I will be back if the new gym I moved to doesn’t make me feel comfortable. I switched to (idk if I’m allowed to mention other gyms, but it’s the one across the street by target ) because it’s closer to me & I thought it would be more convenient. So far it doesn’t compare to Planet Fitness. If you’re debating on where to go just trust me and get a membership at Planet. The equipment & the entirety of the gym is kept clean. Most members do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The employees are nice & helpful! I love how spread out and spacious it is while still having secluded little areas to workout in. I was shy when I first started going to the gym so I stayed in one area & I love how they provide dumbbells in two sections of the gym. That way I was able to stay in one section without having to keep walking over to the free weight area. The way everything is set up is so convenient! The massage chairs & hydromassage are amazing! If you avoid going around 6-8pm you’ll beat the rush. Also when I asked to end my membership it was so easy. I just talked to the person at the front desk & they helped me right away. I had the black card and honestly I’m paying the same amount at the other gym, but this one has more bonuses - I could use the massage chairs (never used the tanning beds) & bring any guest. I have to pay extra if I want to bring a guest at my new gym smh….hmm after typing all this out im most likely gonna come back in a month LOL. Overall this gym gets a 10/10 from me! Love the PF family hope y’all can take me back!!

Left Very disappointed with this place. if i could give a 0 i would. very very rude employee Ismael Rodriguez from the time we walked in he was rude to me and my guest he wasn't friendly or welcoming at all told me I belonged to a diff gym and I had to pay 5 dollars if I wanted to continue going their i asked him a question about the APP and rudely he shut me down saying he dont know anything aboutnthe APP. why was i told if I purchased the black card I can go where ever I wanted if that's not the case .the only reason I was going their was because one of my guest just joined and my other guest was getting ready to join sadly she was with me and decided not to after all she said she didn't wanna join where their was rude employees and felt like we were being attacked .no one ever told me I couldn't use the message chair with my guest he went in their again very rude demanding my card and as his storming out he said he would give me my keys on my way out .can't wait till my membership is up to cancel I will be going elsewhere where I'm treated with some respect and where their more welcoming .i will never again recommend anyone else to this place I'm sorry I recommend my friend . I was very embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of my guest ..I thought planet fitness was a no judge zone .clearly they don't live up to their name .

About a year ago when I started my fitness journey I knew very little about the machines & was intimidated to even be in the building. I began coming as a black card guest but grew to love it so much I joined on my own. This location is always clean & well maintained. This location is so successful because of its employees. Yaharia the manager is always approachable which most managers are not. The staff Is friendly, professional & encouraging. They go above & beyond to help members with anything they need. I lost one AirPod & Chris helped me walk the gym to look for it! Service like that doesn’t happen. Chris, Thomas & Litzy are my go to people. From answering all types of questions to checking on me when I pushed myself to hard. I couldn’t speak more highly of them. The biggest help on my journey is the addition of the trainer. When I started my fitness journey I wanted to learn how to properly use every machine in the gym & he has taught me just that. Christopher is positive & knowledgeable. He has always taken the time to listen to his clients needs & make the training session exactly what they need to obtain their goals. I spend way to much time here every week & the main reason is because this staff.

Worst gym, full of disrespectful staff (with exception of a few), especially the manager, Anthony and Ismael, these two desperately need not interact with clients. On any given day you always find a group of employees upfront, not attending to the facility itself, hasseling members instead maintaining the gym and keeping it clean and safe. This facility is the most filthy and unsafe gym in southwest Phoenix. On multiple occassions I have witnessed components of the gyms' equipment fall off and remain laying around without being re-installed/repaired/replaced for weeks on end or not at all. EVERYTIME I have visited this Desert Sky Planet Fitness I have to organize the 360 area, struggle to locate a pair of free-weights in the dumbbell area, and even search high and low for a suitable bench (this not due to high traffic, but rather unwillingness from the employees to routinely maintain the facility) not to mention there are tripping hazards EVERYWHERE over something not put in its place, and the walls are more filthy than a houshold full of toddlers. Attempting to find resolution eith either of these items ix futile as the employees themselves behave so juvenile.

I like that its open 24 hours a day, i'm a student and work a full time job during the day so its really convinient for me to be a member of a gym where i can go and get my workout without having to worry that it'll close on me. The staff are always friendly and acknowledged me whenever i go. I see absolutely nothing wrong with the kind of service they provide. However the only thing that kept me from rating it a 5 star was their updated policy about having your guest being older than 16 to go workout. I believe the age requirement used to be 13 or older if i'm not mistaken. I always used to take my brother (he is 15) as my workout partner and last time i was there he wasn't able to go workout with me so i just had to leave. Now i'm seriously considering cancelling my membership and looking for another place that will allow him to go in with me. I wish it weren't like that, planet fitness was definitely worth it and not too mention that it was really convinient being able to workout at other locations too. If they only changed the policy it would great and i wouldn't have to worry about moving somewhere else.

The people at the front desk are not kind by any means Rude for sure there is a couple nice ones!! They don't monitor to make sure people are following rules , I don't like listening to someone else's conversation about whatever they did with lisa last night ,they never walk around to check equipment or if the place is clean they hide behind the counter stand around wail being so disrespectful when someone needs help !! The staff messed up We had asked them to change accounts we gave all the information to the new account they were supposed to delet the old one but they never deleted are old account so it ended up costing my husband and I 100$ cause we were no longer using the account thats why we had asked them to delet it , we got every excuse on why this happened you think that they would own up to the mistake and try and make it right but they didn't if they would have just owned up I would be complaining now the management was no help either I recorded all of our encounters wail trying to resolve this and its sad on how they conducted their self from managment to Brandon SHAME on you !!

The only reason this location is getting 2 stars is because any staff member that is a supervisor or above is very helpful. I signed up with PF at their Litchfield location which was new at the time. Obviously being brand new it was a beautiful facility with new equipment. This location is definitely a step down. The facility is obviously older so that’s not the staff’s fault. I feel it’s too dark inside and I wish the water massage table was up to date. One of them is often broken and neither are nearly as powerful as the new ones. I now skip them entirely which is disappointing as they are gentler on my lower back than the traditional chairs. My biggest complaint is that no one at this location ever wipes their equipment after themselves. It’s disgusting and it makes me not want to come to the gym. I watch an average of 4 people per visit just walk away from their machines. I hate it. The staff says something when I bring it to their attention but I’m not getting up 3-5 times every session. Basically, I go here because I have to as it’s the closest one to my house. I would not choose it.

I had a very bad expedience there; I owed money which was not notified about it until after already making my yearly payment for my husband and me, I had already been going there for 3 months, walk in and then get told I can't work out until I pay. I was livid! Why wasn't I told right away? Why couldn't I work out and then pay the next day? Why didn't I get a call or notice? The night shift had no idea how to defuse the situation and it got out of control with Tyler and myself yelling back and forth, unprofessional night crew who didn’t know how to handle the situation and made things worse. I later spoke with Andrew whom did everything in his ability to assist me in getting this issue resolved, but because he was scared of retaliation (not from my end) decided it would be best not to go to that center. I could honestly say he assisted me in getting me to a way better facility, way better staff, cleaner and it’s not a meat market at the facility I’m going to now. If they could only clone the staff to be more like Andrew I’m sure things would be better in that ghetto place.

Well this place is my gym that I goto, when my body tells me to get up, and start moving. I recently had surgery on the bottom of my R-Foot. So it’s been a while since I was even able to walk without some assistance. So with age being a factor to I am differently on my mission. I really enjoy my workouts on my time, and most importantly when I feel like it. Open 24 hours 7 days a week So if you are thinking about joining a gym, I think you would really enjoy going Planet Fitness’s. They works with your health insurance, you may not have to pay a dime. Just call your health insurance company,ask them if you have coverage for Wellness Care. You need to Check with your Doctor first, and then it’s up to You!!!!! Photos provided by me!!!☺️

I just went into the facility to do a tour and I spoke with Chris. He said he's fairly new there but I couldn't tell. He was very knowledgeable. He was so full of positive energy and encouragement. He showed me all of the workout equipment, explained everything to me and also explained how the memberships worked. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and allowed me as a customer to make the best decisions that work for me. After visiting several other gyms in the area I'll definitely be signing up at this PF location. Just great vibes, extremely clean facility and friendly employees. It really does feel like a judgment free zone and that's awesome! I just had to give him my props and the credit he deserves. Thanks again!

I love going to this location the staff are young and they don’t always replace paper towels or fill up the soap dispenser in the ladies locker room. It’s always clean. A lot of people come in and no one is at the front desk some times. I scan my bar code and keep it pushing. I go there every single day almost and I guess it depends on how they are feeling they will literally look at you go out your to another station for paper towels the men will walk over and replace it but the women just stand there. It’s really laid back until the manager gets there at 8:30 or 9 they all get ready to actually work when she’s on her way there and I’ve seen how things are first hand before she gets there and when she arrives.

great gym!! no judgment!! all body types and a dress code :) won't see booty shorts and bra tops here :) put in place so all body types feel welcomed. nice staff and VERY CLEAN! great equipment, great layout. love the 30 min workout section. massage chairs. hydro beds (water massage) tanning beds stand up and lay down. and red light therapy (Google it it's amazing) if you go during slow times and take a class sometimes you get the trainer all to yourself. always can get w a trainer for free tips and workout routines. can't say enough about this gym. only reason I stopped going is cuz I moved too far west and there isn't one by me :( hopefully someday one will come to buckeye. I'll be first in line :)

Very upset with the fact that my year membership with them could have been cancelled in January and I was also not informed when my contract was up in March either. They just kept charging me every month without letting me know. I finally called in May, wondering if maybe my contract was until May not March and they said "no, your contract was up in March but could have been canceled as early as January". So they have been charging me every month since then. I also got charged an annual fee and could not have it refunded. I haven't been to the gym in about 8 months due to moving up north. sweet! Thanks planet Fitness for being so helpful! Never referring a friend here!!!

Coming from a different state, this is by far the nicest Planet Fitness I have been too! Offered different machines that I haven't used at other locations and locker rooms are big and clean! Staff was very helpful in changing my information over to make this my home gym. I liked that the Blackpass area was behind glass doors. Made you feel like you were in a private area (which obviously it is). A little odd that they had hydromassage beds in the same place with the only 2 massage chairs. I had to wait to use a massage chair once so I wish they had more but overall I liked the dimlighted area. Made me feel like I was at a spa or something.

I love Planet Fitness. This is a great working out atmosphere. The employees are very curteous and welcoming. Angie and Alexandra especially. They are always on duty and I can count on them to welcome me into the gym with a huge smile and the friendliest of friendly hellos one can get. They are always professional and knowledgable when it comes to their plans and rules of the gym. The trainer is also really good. Everytime he is available, I immediately ask him to train me because he is really good at what he does. I can expect to be sore the next day after a training session with him. This place is overall, a great place.

This is my gym! I love it here! The live up to the hype! There is no judgement there, people are usually friendly and dont hold up machines/stations. The fee they say you pay monthly will be EXACTLY that! And you dont pay the monthly matinance fee until after 2 to 3 months so it's not all when you sign up! Peak hours (mainly afternoon until 9pm) is usually packed so come before or after if your trying to get to all the equipment easily. Other than that it's an awesome place to be! My main man over there is Anthony Coffin! (Yes! That's his REAL name) he has an awesome personality and very professional.

Apparently there is a 40 maintenance fee that is took on June 1st that I wasnt verbally made aware of. BRIANNA is the worst customer service representative I have came across. How do you not have your corporate number to give to unsatisfied customers. Then to hang up on some because the tell you that retarded for not having it and then to on about someone disrespect you. Learn how to deal with angry guest no one disrespected you. IF you have just emailed me the copy of my contact like I ask so i can go over it. Instead of catching a attitude and being rude you will get a lot farther with upset guest.

I usually go as a regular guest there all the time with my brothers wife and have remembered the staffs faces. i just totally remembered that chick named Minerva by looking at her review. I was sitting at the tables while I watched her verbally abuse the staff, talking over them, and all that. Don't think that guy did too much wrong considering what he had to deal with. Staff deserves all these stars. There should really be something about verbal abuse to customer service representatives. Since I work at a grocery store and get that all the time. But that was wild.

The greeting was good then I went to use the locker room area. There was no toilet paper. Dirty socks on floor. Used Toilet paper in stalls. Changing areas were dirty aswell. I had to leave bc who would want to shower in that. Then Went to speak with the manager. She had no sympathy no care about my experience. No apology. She instead asked me if I wanted to cancel my membership. I pay to use the facility so I expect it to be well kept.No Hospitality at all. I'm a manager and I put customers 1st before my ego. Like u advertise. Leave ur ego at the door

Great gym, started going there a few months ago and I haven’t had any issues. Good people, better service. Very respectful and well organized establishment. Ismael Rodriguez was very helpful and detailed with the entire membership process. He mentioned something about him possibly being a personal trainer, hope to work with him soon. If you’re just starting to get into shape because of health, personal, or other reasons, this is the place. Ask for Ismael Rodriguez, he knows what he’s doing and will answer any questions you may have.

The staff are always kind and helpful. There's a variety of equipment in there; for $10-20 a month, that's really good. If you're somewhat intimidated to go, don't be. The environment is pretty calm. It's an excellent place for beginners. Even when it's packed, everyone is just focusing on their workout for the most part. I have no complaints except for a recent one where they snapped the lock from my locker because I guess you're not allowed to leave it there; however, nobody told me that beforehand. That was pretty disappointing.

This place is just terrible. No weight machines. Tons of ugly purple cardio equipment. Their trainers are a joke. They use this tiny little "circuit" area that's laughable really. They give people pizza candy and ice cream. This place legit was out of toilet paper for several days in a row. How gross. The equipment here has to be filthy. Most people don't clean off the equipment after using it. So glad EOS opened! Their gym is beautiful. Plus employees and other gym goers are extremely nice. Definitely sign up with them instead.

If I could do more then 5 stars I would. Worked with Nicholas, wonderful employee. He helped out my husben with member cancellation and was extremely helpful and professional. He answered additional questions that I had about my membership do to us relocating. Also helped me with purchase of a tanning lotion, let me take my time reading the bottle and did not rush me at all and I really appreciated that. Thank you to Planet Fitness for a wonderful experience and especially a big thank you to Nicholas for helping us.

Love this gym great place to work out at. I've been coming to this gym for quite awhile but I do have to complaint about one of the employees she's very rude so disrespectful wish I knew her name.If your treated awful well checking in your workout goes down the hill not going to this gym anymore thanks to her she's awful and no one should have to deal with a attitude don't know if she's like this to everyone but I don't want nor do I like being treated like I'm not welcomed.Thanks planet fitness for the 2year's.

Employees always chatting takes them 2 to 3 mins to acknowledge me and not just me other people too. There is one of the employee's who's name I can remember very rude and unkind to my guess and me . I have the black card membership and asked her if I could get 2 coins just so I didn't have to get out and wait 5more mins to get another she agreed then 3 mins later b4 I even got my first massage she went in and asked for the coins I didn't appreciate it so now I go nights so I don't see her stupid face

I have been here a total of 5 times and EVERY TIME the showers are cold. I literally let them run for 10minutes before having no choice but to take a cold shower. I have told the front desk EVERY time and get a myriad of excuses. I asked for the email for the GM but, was refused and told they would escalate the issue and put in a work order which I have been told two other times so. There are other ways I can obtain the information I need and will be contacting the Manager and GM for this location.

I've always patronized the facilities of Planet Fitness either as a guest or as a paying member and there has never been a bad experience. Ever. Besides being a great gym to visit and work out in , it's base, color (Purple) is calming for me...mostly because I'm an Aquarius born in February...and my birthstone is amethyst. (Too much info...I know, but hopefully it conveyed to you that its a beautiful place to be...especially when you want to change the way you feel about your health.)

This Planet Fitness location, unfortunately, I came realize, is the worst Planet Fitness Ive visited. It is filthy!!!!! Also, thr staff really nees to improve the manner in which they interact with people. And should probably interact more with executing their duties anyway. EVERYTIME I have visited this location I leave worse than when I went in. Wish they would maintain the facility like the rest of the planet fitness locations do!

I’ve been coming to this location for the last year, recently there’s been an issue with machines being down too long... for example, there’s only 4 stair master machines... 3 are down as of today, and 2 of them have been down for 2 weeks!! Like who is dropping the ball? It’s RIDICULOUS! An EOS is being built nearby, seriously thinking about switching... the people are friendly but that ain’t helping me with my results, just saying.

This has been my main fitness center since I moved here. I appreciate the update they did with new equipment & remodeling in December. I can say the gym has done a complete 180 since I started - that’s with a great change with staff got rid of the miserable employees and now have staff that greets you and talks to you throughout the whole time you’re there making sure you’re not going unnoticed in a positive sense.

Decent, not great. Almost every time the employees only give me minimal attention. Smiles are rare. They aren't bad, they just aren't very good. Equipment is great. If one needs to go to an inexpensive place open 24 hours and this is the closest location, then do it. It will be okay, but if you are closer to any other Planet Fitness, give them a try and see if you find one where you are made to feel more welcome.

Definitely one of the nicest PF’s in the area. I like the set up of the equipment and variety. Nice clean bathrooms and a place to put your soap (which not all of them have) and changing rooms right across the showers instead of on the other side of the locker room which I enjoy. Only gave it four stars cause the PF’s with those showers that have their own walk in hallways will always be the best ones.

It's great for cardio and has some weight equipment. I'm currently on my second membership with planet fitness and this specific location. I currently have the $10 membership but originally I had the $20 membership and they charged me $59 to cancel. Ultimately I eventually want to switch over to 24hr but currently with my YMCA & PF membership I'm able to get 24hr benefits for simi cheaper price.

I hate planet fitness, I came in to cancel my membership and their computers were down so one of their emplyoes would take care of it since I had to go over seas. Now that I get back I still see charges for a membership I have not used in over six months this is shameful. They have over drawn my account and now I'm left paying for thanks for nothing!!! DO NOT COME HERE TO GET MEMBERSHIP

This location is very dirty ladies who like to take showers after you work out. The shower's smell bad as if some dried their hair and also the showe curtains are dirty. I told someone at the counter about it. The answer was we don't have a girl to clean today, she called off. Bur it has been like this forever. Management needs to visit this location . U stopped going there.

Don't come during peak times if you want Wi-Fi, that should be obvious so I don't know why people are complaining. They have plenty of cardio machines but weights are lacking in variety. I wish they'd get a few more cable machines, along with bench/squat racks. Overall pretty good though. I haven't had any complaints about the staff as of yet.

It's a great place to come and loose your desired weight. Personal trainers are optional but if you need help the staff is great with helping. They keep it very clean. Well worth the $10/month. Before this I would run outside at night because I got off to late and could afford the other gyms. There's no difference in work out equipment.

I just want to appreciate Kiadum for his hard work he has done for planet fitness and the overall experience he’s gave me personally. He makes me feel comfortable when I’m at the gym and what not. He makes sure there’s always paper towels and just making the Planet fitness an clean experience. Thank you Planet fitness and Kiadum.

I have gone to other Planet Fitness locations and I know each one is set up differently but this location is so dirty. The machines are dirty and the free weights and including the bathroom facilities. The shower curtains were missing the hooks to stay closed on the side, the water was cold. I would not suggest this location

Sherie is a great morning manager. Ive been trying out the gym all month long and finally got my very own black membership with her. Every question I had she knew the answer. Shes well spoken and really cares about her job and herself. Its good to see people with good attitudes and spirits!!! Love my gym ♥️♥️♥️ …

So space is not really sectioned for social distancing, it's up to you. As well as cleaning the equipment. I have never seen any associates cleaning equipment. They stay at front desk, but do wear masks and are very helpful. As I have been avoiding gyms for the past year, this was not what I was expecting in my return.

The staff here is awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. I love coming in and just getting my pumps in...Loleven if my day doesn't go to plan...which it hardly does. Hey, no excuses! This place is open 24 hrs...very convenient... treating myself to the massage areas make it that much more worth going! …

I haven't gone in 2 weeks but I've been with them for over a month and I've seen amazing progress . Sure they may have days were they offer pizza to reward you but in all honesty you don't have to take it it's not mandatory . I would really enjoy this gym much more if it were to offer more equipment .

Great place l, it's clean. I just wish some of the people who go there to work out would wipe down the machine they use after using it. Not everyone does it, only some. I always wipe mine down after using it so it is ready for the next person who is going to use it. Other than that, staff seems nice.

Honestly I’ve put grown all the machines here and been thinking about switching but honestly love the community and employees here Kiadum and Luis at night make such a safe, clean and soothing environment sometimes when there’s other employees or other times and honestly not the same!!

Nice staff, clean and generally a nice gym to go to. Only downside is not having heavy dumbbells and no free benches and squat racks, but that's not the aim of the gym so it really shouldn't be a downside. It does what it promises and that is a friendly place to get a nice workout in.

If I could I was give it a negative star rating. Staff is rude they have no experience on customer service skills, The bathroom is always filthy, the members never wife equipment after it being used and it's a meet market. Noone goes there to workout, but hook up it's disturbing.

Spacious locker rooms, clean showers, hydro-massage beds, and plenty of equipment to choose from are why I prefer Planet Fitness. Their prices are competitive and the luxury options in addition to the 24hr operating week is why I prefer Planet Fitness to similar types of gyms.

I'm a black card member and truck driver that sees PF's across the country. This one had the nicest cleanest showers I have seen, they had actual shower doors and not just curtains. Also that handicapped shower stall is humongous! If that helps anyone needing the large ones.

What's not to like? A giant warehouse basically with loads of machines and free weights? Reading some of these other comments, all gyms are going to be crowded during rush hour. That's just how it is. If you're training for Mr Olympia this is probably not the place for you.

I like planet fitness and their locations but as it a July 3rd, on their app, it says this location closes July 4th at 4pm but several cars including myself arrived to find the doors locked despite all the televisions and lights on and no one to answer the phone.

Love this gym! Lots of equipment for a great workout and the best part after my workout is getting to use the hydromassage tables and massage chairs. I also love that I can bring a guest with me every visit for free all for only 20 bucks a month! Can't beat it

Greetings always great but locker room , showers, dress room and toilet area completely filthy... even the windows. I've been to many locations across the country and this was by far the worst as far as cleanliness... felt really disgusted trying to shower...

No toilet paper at all in the locker room.. Seriously? Worked out as a guest and nope nope wont join. So disgusting.. When i went to the front desk they said they been out for a few days now, smh.. Handing out 1 roll at a time only when someone asks for it

It's a good gym for the money. Most of the staff are very friendly. The only issue I had was that it was difficult to get on the smith machine after work when I normally worked out. If they had more of those available, that would be a huge improvement.

The staff is always amazing and friendly. The only gripe I have being a black card member is that the Hydro Massage beds are always down or having issues with the water pressure, and the men’s room toilets are always out or very low on toilet paper.

I am very happy with my membership at Planet Fitness. I have the Black Card Membership so I get to use the water massager and I can bring a guest anytime I want. And it's only $20 a month. This gym is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

I had a membership. I could go everyday. You have support that will help you with a routine. If you have medical issues. Let them now. They will help you with a routine that will fit you. Just remember they are not doctors. They don't claim to be.

Our membership dues are supposed to be for the upkeep of equipment, etc but they have a couple of machines that they just put out of order signs on and dont fix. I need those machines PF!! I'll just change gym clubs. Thanks for nothing.

Employees are friendly, gym is clean and smells good. Restrooms are clean. I never went to a gym because I though people will stared at you. But definitely the feeling is better than I though.you can feel a good atmosphere.

Nice fitness facility, clean, with plenty of equipment and space. Just beware that the music is on really loud, you can end up losing your hearing over time working out there. I was there in early afternoon on a weekday.

By far the friendliest, biggest gym on the west side, and up to par on cleanliness most of the time. Great variety. Hot showers are a hit or miss and the curtains are very short compared to many other PT in the valley.

Coldest showers I've ever seen at a planet fitness and I've been to over 75 pf around the country. I skipped my shower, that's how much the low water temp bothered me. Pls adjust the water temp. 8 pm on Thursday here.

Great place for a workout. No longer super busy now that the new year resolutions are over. The black card gives you access to some cool features like tanning, an all over body workout and massage chairs and beds.

Always clean, plenty of machines to choose from too. I'm bummed I signed up last month and now they are offering an Amazon Halo with a PF Black membership which I had just purchased so I'll miss out on this perk!

It's a regular planet fitness. But the machine's here are so outdated compared to other locations I've been too. Stairs, treadmill, massage chairs and more all outdated compared to other planet fitness locations.

It’s a friendly environment staff and people are always great ! The machines are always clean and I’m working order . Not to mention black card members have a great way to wind down with a massage in the spa !

WARNING! THIS GYM WILL BAIT AND SWITCH! They lie saying your first month is 1$, but then charge a prorate and then after a couple weeks will charge a full month. They also make it very difficult to cancel.

Chill environment to come and work out without any body to bug you. Best time to come is at 8pm as the machines are mostly empty and gives people personal space. Areas are usually clean and staff is cool

Great handicapped shower! They have the fold down bench and the water pressure was very good. Hand held is easy to use when you have arthritis. This is the first good PF since I left Pittsburgh PA.

This gym was very spacious and clean that I can freely move and do my work out. They had a lot of gym equipment that I can choose from and use. I had already enrolled in their session. Love it!

This is the dirtiest, least equipped PF I have ever been to. Baskets in the locker room overflowing, multiple cleaning station out of towels and cleaning spray. Just gross. I will not go back.

This is my main gym its ok. The staff is nice. And mostly clean. But they dont change the water filter often enough and water down the disinfectant. Stuff like that makes it suck

Why has this fitness been close! Knowing this is the only fitness club we can come non black card members and still have to pay monthly payment for it to be close for nothing!

I’ve used this facility roughly 3 times per week over past year. PF provides all the equipment you need to accomplish your fitness goals. Clean environment and great value.

Hands down one of best of PF in Phoenix n I've been to 4 of them, showers could of been a little bit cleaner just glad there dumbbells goes up to 75.
