Amazing place to workout, it's a bit small in size but the atmosphere is beyond encouraging. The music is on point and hits your adrenaline just right. The receptionists are very friendly. The owner Mr.Nadeem is very welcoming at all times. The couches are very helpful especial thanks to couch.Sambo. The area of the gym Kafr Abdo is very comfortable and safe and very near to most areas of in town Alexandria. The monthly subscription prices are well priced. All in all, I highly recommend this gym if you are into small comfortable gym areas.

Good equipments.. nice spot .. but not easy to find a parking..no cotches .. its not crowded.. prices are not bad there are some healthy food stores near by .. finally it's not the best but it's good and affordable

A bit expensive but generally has everything you'd look for in a gym, open for most hours of the day, and the people there are nice. The gym environment makes you want to go all out with the fitness life.

A good gym. Clean,reliable most of the machines are clean and working . Opens from 6 am which allows you to go early. I prefere to go on morning as it is super crowded at night

It’s good not bad, on the morning the best time people less come, but in the dawn or sun set it would be crowded with a lot of people but price is good and love 5 stars

Small gym..slightly overpriced .. no room for proper stretching. No room for weightlifting ( deadlifts , snatches , standing OHP's , bulgarian splits.. etc..)

One of the best 5 Stars Gym in Alexandria, located in the heart of kafr abdo, i recommend people to make a visit and enjoy the place while working out

So many new machines that in a very good condition clean nice place . Only bad thing that locker room is not clean neither organized enough

Most of the machines there are not well adjusted and cause injuries , free weights are fine , staff is freindly , not recommended
