PBT recently organised my business trip to Samoa. Joshua was a true professional, working around the clock to get me the best connections and travel conditions, all whilst dealing with the last minute requirements of my client. Joshua is also incredibly thorough, always thinking of the little details (e.g. the validity of my passport, visa requirements, smart traveller warnings, insurance, risk of delays when connecting, airport transfers, frequent flyer points, and all the other things people usually forget). Thank you Joshua! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

PBT is fantastic. Having tried managing my own flights, hotels, transfers and insurance I learnt I don't have the time nor experience for complex multi-leg international travel. George and all the team are my super organising and arranging team. Plus - they are my lifeline back home should something to wrong. PBT says: " Call us anytime day or night wherever you are in the world and we will be there to step in for you". So far I have not needed to make that call!

I have been traveling extensively all over the world with the help of the team from PlanetBlue Travel for over 25 years. The levels of service has been exemplary like the occasion of an emergency (wife comes down with illness the night before we were to fly to Europe) and having them reschedule our flights at 11.00pm at night ... amazing! With apologies to American Express but I really mean it "PlanetBlue? ... I wouldn't leave home without them!"

I haven't travelled overseas for more than 20 years. I wanted to visit a few countries in Europe with my daughter. I kept putting off doing and was a little stressed about it until I decided to use PlanetBlue. I rang them purely on their reviews. You know what it's like when you call for advice or help and get off the line feeling as if you are still in the dark. Not with PBT! You get off the line feeling like you have been dealt with as a person! Nothing appears to be a trouble to them and they go out of their way to provide service with a smile you can feel down the line!! This travel company has won my business!!!
