"The machine wouldn't accept my money"
I see some people say bad service but I have to disagree I have had a stellar experience. They reimburse for human mistakes that even I have made in the past. They run sometimes, literally, scramble at a misplaced key, They are polite and the guys open the door for me. Courteous. They ask how we are. How My kids are. They don't skirt the tires at all like the last valet company at butler 500 s ervay. They strive to do thier best and that's what counts is feeling the effort. The managers are trying to be something more than typical I just got a hotel level experience and offer for a simple mistake. Turned my frown upside Down. Platinum thanks for not being shiesty which is rare these days.
This is a well-known scam parking location, run in-part by the owners of the Fairfield Inn across the street. DO NOT PARK HERE. (Google 'PRRS Dallas'). It looks like one giant lot (no barriers, no clear indications or signs), but depending on which space you park in, you could be on the 'Platinum' parking lot or the not-labeled-on-Google-Maps 'Parking Company of America' (look it up on street view, you'll see what I mean!) Which means even if you pay they still fine you $87. Absolutely garbage human beings. Do not stay at this Fairfield Inn until corporate straightens out these scammers.
Not 24 hours like it says on the sign. Bought our ticket at 11:08 AM and it expired that night at 11:08 PM. Also the parking arrangement is asinine. This is the only parking for our hotel. When you buy a ticket, it is only for one stall number. We bought a parking spot, left for the day, and when we came back it was gone: someone else parked in it. Now we're parked in a different one and who knows if its someone else's stall number.
Website has 10,000 pages but not a single one telling you the cost of a given parking garage. Assuming they make it up when you get there to charge the maximum amount of money for doing almost nothing. Calls it a “service.” Lmao.
The machine wouldn't accept my money. I had to find another lot which only accepted cards which I was lacking in. I eventually found an attendant but too late. I ended up missing my employment exam at city hall!!!
Scam that gives you only 12 hours and you can't just pay for more. You have to come BACK and pay again to reset the 12 hour timer. $75 fine otherwise and amply staff to jump on you the MINUTE you go over.
!NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! We found an apple car play cable still plugged to a dash board of our car. It looks like the vallet went for a ride with our car. No answer to our claim. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Good place to park. A few blocks to downtown and the bulls. Dirt and gravel not tarmac. Price is good. Wouldn't recommend for a single woman in the evenings. Fine for groups. Plenty of space.
Dont park here. Confusing payment schedule, unreasonable tickets when that schedule confuses you, and unwillingness to work with you when you explain the situation to them. They are a scam.
This place is horrible with service. They say youre paying for a daily rate and then only give you 12 hours. Then they put an insanely expensive ticket on your car.
Tourist trap! I payed for the service and I still got a parking violation notification. Just add +20 bucks and park in a safer place such as St Elm hotels.
Not even a full 6 hr timeframe. Came back out at 5:50am to repay and it printed another ticket that expires at 6am (10mins) for 5$. Do not park here
It's a great secure spot to park and walk to the Kay Bailey Convention Center. I wish they had an online option to reserve spots in advance.
$6 for a day parking lot. I only parked there for 2 hrs, not sure if longer will be safe. I saw many homeless go around asked for money.
Took them 2 years to send me a bill from these parking lot scammer. These platinum trash be hidden so you dont see them.
It’s a scam. As others have said, the clock resets at 6am and 6pm. They want to give you fees, don’t support them.
Convenient, but, at $6/day, a buck more than nearby lots. Shop around, especially if to be used often.
right across the street from the Earle Cabell Federal Building - Courthouse. $12 for the whole day.
6usdbparking. Card payment There is 5 usd parking just next to it which i missed …
Bellissimo posto! Ho passato una bellissima serata con amici all'insegna del divertimento:D
DO NOT PARK HERE. Bought a parking pass and still got a ticket! This place is 100% a scam.
I've paid when I parked my car in there, but still got a parking violation notification.
This place is trash. Their aim is to make money and that’s it. Zero customer service.
My truck was stolen and I can never talk to anyone to talk about my problem...
Has automated 'Find your vehicle' machine. Elevators too. Covered parking.

This place is a scam. Ridiculous tickets and unreasonable appeal staff
$5 whole day parking. That's best price in downtown.
Avoid this place. They are unreasonable and a scam.
