Whilst my dog received an acceptable groom, I will never return to this business. I suffered quite an inconvenience due to the business owner confirming my dog's appointment via their Facebook page, to unfortunately be advised upon arrival by the friendly and apologetic staff that my appointment had not been in fact been made. It was evident to me that this was not the first time this had occurred and the accommodating staff rebooked my appointment and suggested I message the business owner regarding the incident, which I did only to be met with the most insincere attempt at an apology stating "mistakes happen." I expressed my disappointment to the business owner regarding this clear inconvenience which was met by quite passive aggressive responses. I will certainly not be returning to this business, due to being confronted by rudeness and was victim of personal attacks at my character by the business owner. To the friendly staff I spoke with, I feel for you having to work under such poor management. I will certainly not be a returning customer.

Have been taking my mini poodle to get groomed here for a a couple of years now. Initially they were great with very reasonable pricing however the quality has deteriorated, the last groom was uneven and when I got there recently I reconfirmed the price of the groom and the lady told me the price was 15 dollars more than what I had been paying for previous grooms. When I told her the price I had been paying she very rudely denied it and said that price isn’t for dogs of my poodles size, it was only for smaller dogs despite them having his breed in the system and most likely a history of what I would have paid for previous grooms. If the price has gone up then this should have been confirmed on the phone prior to turning up and wasting time and petrol. Safe to say I didn’t proceed with the groom and this last experience just lost a regular customer.

I went in to pet warehouse to support local. I purchased this kong and some treats. The shelf said $9.25 and the item itself had a ticket on it saying $9.25 the worker said initially that’s the price for the small one, I showed her it was the small one and then she stated “she discussed the price yesterday with the owner and has chosen to charge $15. I still decided to pay and when we got to the register it scanned at $9.25 she then manually typed in $15 saying they are a small business and if I want it for that price I should go to pet stock (in which I will from now on!). Poor knowledge of consumer laws, I was happy to support local until the local business tried to rip me off! Rude staff, wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE unless you wish to be subjected to rudeness, insults and constantly increasing charges. Was previously a loyal customer of over 4 years until the owner recently became a constant presence in the store (no wonder my dog was shaking every time we arrived). Always wondered why there had been such a high turnover of groomers and now I know! The owner will try to charge you more and more each visit and if you dare to question...watch out...you will be on the receiving end of threats and public abuse. Awesome customer service, were really friendly and really good with my Beagle, considering she's not the calmest pooch! And when she had an accident whilst I was paying, I was so embarrassed but the customer service assistant was in incredibly chill about it and made it out to be no big deal, which was really kind of him. Great price as well, only slight negative was that no one answered the phone BUT they did they to send them a message on Facebook, and got back to me within half an hour, with an availability for the same day!! Will definitely take her back ‍

Highly recommend Platinum Pet Warehouse for dog grooming and all other pet needs. I've been bringing my doggo here for the last 2 years and have to say, I would never go anywhere else. The lovely Marilyn has my dogs groom on a recurring booking for every 4 weeks and always accommodates me if I need to change. Bree is the most wonderful groomer who genuinely cares for and loves all the doggos that come in to see her. My friends are also now taking their dogs to Bree after I recommended her, and can honestly say, they also have never been happier.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. A lot of people are commenting on the lack of stock on the shelves but we were told they were clearing old stock to make way for new! Which was a bit annoying since it meant they were out of our favourite brand of dog food, but there was plenty of other quality brands still on the shelves. One employee looked pretty young and obviously new to working retail, but was doing a great job and the other employees were a good help to her. 5 stars!

This shop treated my elderly mother so terribly and upon the last visit gave out her private information without consent to a stranger to us. We have been taking our dog here for some time but will never return and actively will not recommend this store to others due to the awful experience that stemmed from this action. Additionally, they cut off the fluffy tail of our dog and he doesn't look the same!! Give your money to those who care.

I bloody love this store. I have been coming in for the past few months and have been getting great advice on my very naughty and aggressive Rhodesian Ridgeback. The staff member Beck has been so helpful and even just started doing training sessions with us. Proud to say Smokey is now becoming a real gentleman when we leave the house!! I had my little poodle Narla groomed here, and it's the best haircut she has ever got by far! She is usually really anxious and difficult to groom but Clarissa was so patient with her in the grooming process, i've never seen her so comfortable with anyone before. I highly recommend Clarissa if you have a nervous pooch like my little Narla.

Wouldn't shop here. Staff are unfriendly and when you offer to volunteer you get told we will contact you. That was two years ago. Went there on the weekend and the staff member looked like she didn't want to be there. She is being paid to be there and can't be nice or smile. And I was willing to give my time for free.

Took my husky today to get a groom after lockdown and he looks amazing!. Shoutout to the groomer on Sunday, she was great and after 5 hours made him look brand new. I've been to many other groomers before and this was by far the best care for my dog. Great value for money, dog friendly and definitely recommended.

Our family have been coming here for several years now. We have 4 dogs and they all love mixing it up with the Dim Dims variety of pet food on offer. The staff and owners are fantastic. Today Indie visited the groomer for some pampering, thank you to all for your patience and great work ❤️

Marilyn is an absolute gem! Our cat has a very sensitive stomach and her advice on the type of food was amazing. We don't go anywhere else. Our fish tank is also thriving and all thanks to her.

Really not sure how this pet store has people giving 5 stars . From what I gathered after walking in , is there basically isn’t a great deal of quality dog foods to choose from.

Couldn't recommend this place more highly after getting our first puppy. I was anxious and searching for a local down to earth petstore, that is not run by giant corporations.

I had my cocker spaniel groomed there. She did an excellent job. My boy is a bit difficult and she didn't even have to muzzle him. Happy and friendly team. Highly recommended.

Used to be quite a bad place, but is now under new ownership and has much better stock and options, would definitely recommend and the staff are always willing to help.
