August 2023- My son has decided to play hockey and I went to Play it Again without any clue what I was doing! Edvin spent so much time with us, ensuring everything fit perfectly and taking the time to double check products and ensure a good overall fit of all equipment together. He was also so encouraging with my son! We walked out with everything we needed to start the season. I am so grateful for such a positive experience and my son left the store excited and prepared for the season ahead! Thank you so much Edvin! July 2023- Just bought used skates and a new helmet. Nathan was very patient and very helpful, and my son is very happy with his new equipment :)

I needed help with equipping my son for leisure hockey and wanted to sell some Used equipment. Max was amazing! He assisted with all our needs, was patient, engaging and provided a lot of useful advice. Caster assisted with taping our hockey stick. It was a busy day at the store but everyone was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Store was well-stocked with used sports gear and well-staffed with plenty of employees available to help customers… Including Liam, who answered my many questions and provided guidance on how to select a pair of skates. He suggested several pairs of skates and patiently guided my selection process while I tried each pair on.

I bought a high end used black hybrid bicycle on May 03, 2023. The bike mechanic assists me in a truly manner and very knowledgeable Staff. Store is very neat and organized, some Staff will approached you in a very good customer service.

We went in today to get our children's first skates and helmets. We don't know much about skates and were blessed to have Liam's help. He was approachable, knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and infinitely patient and kind. 10/10!

The store helps you find things quickly, but the people who work there are not very nice. It feels serious instead of fun and sporty. Also, watch out—they might suggest more expensive stuff if you're not careful.
