Plaza M is truly a luxe experience. No better a place to pamper yourself. They have polishes (gel & regular) that you can't get anywhere else and the interior is abs beautiful (pedi chairs are super comfy!). Location is also a huge plus-will def go whenever I'm in the area. Veryy happy with my overall experience!

i’m leaving three stars because the receptionist and all the other staff were wonderful. however, my manicurist seemed the she wanted to decapitate me when i smudged my polish by accident. she gasped as though she just witnessed a car accident, and proceeded to tug and pull at my hands.

I’m sure this is a great spa but after watching them let their staff throw lit cigarettes and trash onto the street I decided to not go to my appointment. If they’re willing to throw their garbage on the street I can’t imagine how clean their establishment could possibly be.
