I have had a Nissan vehicle since 2002. I now have 2019 Nissan rogue I find the service department very unethical. I am always charged for my oil changes even though I have a contract for free oil changes. Every single time I have to tell them to get the charges removed. I have only 33,000 km but was told I had to have brake service which cost me over $1,000.00. I do not trust this service department to tell me the truth about my vehicle. I am not hard on my brakes and should not have to have this done on a new vehicle with low mileage. I am either being lied to or the vehicle is low quality I have sent 2 emails to Ian Burrows the service manager who does not respond as I am still hearing the noise while steering. I love the rogue and was going to purchase the 2024 vehicle next year but I have decided to go another dealership where I can trust the information I am given and not charged when I shouldn’t be. I am happy to report that Jamie Basha did reach out to me. I returned to Nissan today and spoke to Ron Hoyt who is always friendly and great to deal with. The original issue has now been fixed

The Upper James Plaza Nissan team helped me select my desired vehicle. I was provided with sufficient information throughout; as this is my first vehicle purchase which made for an excellent customer experience. Information regarding my vehicle purchase was clear and concise. I recommend Holden as he was my sales representative. Holden was professional and personable. He answered all the questions I had before I completed my vehicle purchase. Holden also accommodated a last minute appointment for my sister and I to view a vehicle (as I was undecided on the colour I preferred). Overall, he was easy to work with and it was clear that he is knowledgable about vehicles and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I had a positive experience with Kevin as well. He took his time to thoroughly explain the financial components of my purchase. He was patient and provided me with valuable information about vehicle maintenance as well. Thank you to Mark for the vehicle orientation. I am loving my new Kicks. The driving experience is smooth and the vehicle interior and exterior are a sleek design.

I had my car in for oil change and Break Fluid Flush. I have very good knowledge of cars, and maintenance. Break fluid flush was not completed even though i had paid for the service. I have pictures evidence before and after, not only that they open the break caliper bleeder screws to show that they were flushed. New break fluid is supposed to be clear, and the old one is very dark. They Have not flushed the reservoir, but only flushed the lines according to what they said. I took the car back as it was leaking and confronted them and yet they refused to say that they didn’t do it properly. The service manager said oh the machine was not working properly!!!!!!!!They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of it. Had to leave the car for 3 days to get it fixed. This is considered scam and fraudulent charging people for a service you don’t get done. I didn’t expect that from a dealership. So please be aware of the service at this place. See pictures

I had the most wonderful experience here leasing my new Nissan Qashqai. Despite the original car not being on time I was met with a prompt solution from Patrick and Brennan. I felt very comfortable and taken care of during my whole experience here and never felt pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Patrick was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I never had to wait long for a response. Additionally, I had a fantastic experience with Raj Soni in finance. He was incredibly friendly and always had my best interest in mind. He was extremely prompt with responses and worked quickly to get me approved. Thank you Nissan Plaza! :) I will return here for my next car for sure. I would definitely recommend this location and this sales and finance team.

I have going to Nissan Plaza for the last 5 years because of the level of service they provide. It's not just the quality of service but the superior Customer service they consistently provide. When they talk to you, it's like you are all that matters; the team also follows up after a service has been performed, to see if you were satisfied or if you had any concerns. This to me is superior customer service. Thank you to Ron Hoyt and team for genuinely taking care of your customers. You truly care and it's very evident in your day to day work. As I entered the Plaza Nissan Marc McLeod was right there to greet me, he offered me a hot or cold beverage and we went directly to his desk, Marc gave me the exact price with my trade in that we had discussed over the internet. No adding things on or asking for more money once he saw my car! He was a wonderful gentleman to work with. Actually everyone at Plaza Nissan was great and I felt right at home. So, if you need a new or used vehicle please look up Marc McLeod, Sales Consultant, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with the dealership on my recent visit. I was kept in the loop by my service advisor - Corey - throughout my visit. I was in for changing snow tires and an oil change but had an issue with check engine light on. Corey was able to fully explain the issue and impacts. Given the situation, the dealership had me in & out quite quickly. Of note, the waiting area is clean and good size if you’re required to wait. Overvall, experience was great. Thanks again to the team and Corey.

Went in, first time, for an oil and filter change. I received a courtesy reminder call the day before. Gentleman who helped me was polite and courteous. We discussed the work and warning lights. He provided necessary information and did not push anything. He advised the car would be serviced within the hour, and it was. Additionally, the team hosed down/cleaned the driver side of the car prior to returning it. Great experience

Had an amazing experience at Plaza Nissan, where I bought my first car! Buying a car isn't an easy thing to do If you don't know what you want. But the boys at Plaza Nissan walked me through it every step of the way, easily anwsering any questions I had. Truly a no hassle no pressure experience. OUTSTANDING service! The service representative Ian Burrows, was very attentive to my special needs and was more than willing to make sure a vehicle was ready to loan me, and accommodate my special needs child, while my car was in the shop for a full day. They were able to find a set of snow tires for my Ariya and reprogram the inverter. It’s also the little things: they gave me a coupon for the nearest full service car wash. The shuttle driver was super friendly and chatty and was actually the one who called me to tell me my car was ready and he was on his way to pick me up.

A close friend recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. There were a few minor hiccups, but the staff was incredible in resolving them.
