Have always used Car Washes as they are more convenient than doing it at home. Have been using this place for about 12 months now. Regardless of when I go the place is always clean and tidy and I have never had an issue with the equipment. I have used the normal car wash bays as well as the automatic wash. Both were good . I have met the guys who run it on a few occasions Andy and Jarred. Both were really lovely guys and more than happy to help me out if I needed it. The place is well lit, which puts me at ease when my wife or daughter take their cars up there. I have recommended it to a few mates in the area as well. A good business overall!!

Had a problem here with one of the machines the other night but I called the number thats listed on the machine and listed online and got some of the best and most helpful customer service from Andy. The fact that someone was there to answer the phone and provide help at 10:30 at night was awesome. Most car washes in the northern suburbs do not provide the same customer service. Hoping to see some great upgrades in the near future while under new management.

Car wash bay 1 is broken. Took coins and did not work. Edit response: Hi, thanks for responding. I pulled into bay 1 yesterday and put $2 coin in the machine. Nothing turned on or activated. I tried to press buttons to use required cleaning tools but nothing happened, no timer etc. I looked in the return coin slot and saw coins jammed. I couldn't see a number anywhere to call on the machine displayed.

Hi guys, I would be given 5 stars for the self-service car wash. However, I found the vacuum system is not satisfied. It just doesn't have as much power as I expected ! I felt my home vacuum works better than here. I was using No.4. And I left before I finished the sessions. Please let me know if others have different opinions. I am happy to change my rating and learn how to use it properly:)

Highly recommend this carwash. As a regular for several years with no problems, my car was slightly damaged. Spoke with the new owner Andy who actually wanted to help rectify the issue. Andy was super friendly, professional and actually took time to ensure I was happy with the end result. It’s nice to see that people still care and take pride in there business. Can’t recommend enough.

It was pretty straightforward, except the prices are not displayed at the front so when its your turn at the entrance into the car wash that's where you will find out. ($14 delux or $16 ultimate). You either wasted your time stuck in the queue or you're happy with the price. Also have cash on you because most often the credit option is declined. So its a cash business

Great place in general. As a woman I don't feel comfortable here at night cause it's tucked away from people but I frequent here during the day. Is fun to do, easy to use, a practical way to get rid of loose change (can pay by card too) and my car Jack comes out looking super happy and sparkly.

The change machine was not working on the weekend. For $14 the scratches were deteriorated on my car with the laser auto carwash. The windows particularly the windshield were very unclear to see through while driving on a rainy day, I had to immediately hand wash my car in Watsonia!

Half way through cleaning my car, tried to top up using Apple Pay and would not take payment. Very frustrating despite trying two different payment methods. Last time I went vaccum didn’t work either after taking my coins. Won’t be returning to this car wash again. Too unreliable.

The blowers not drying car properly as it goes fast, and polish and less chemical spraying, also, after car gets rinse, and dried itself you can see little stands in the windscreen due to the chemical spraying process and not rinsing properly.

Machine took my $2 coin and did not register that i had put it in.. after reading other reviews seems like a common problem that won’t be acknowledged by owner.. pressure washer hose was leaking water from fitting directly at me and left me

We went to the dog wash at the car wash. It’s nice and clean and take card, so you don’t need gold coins like other dog washes around. It’s out in the open, with no under cover area, so make sure it’s a great day when washing your doggy.

Don't waste your money here, they're a scam. Very poorly kept. More than half of the vacuums don't work. Fragrance machine don't work either, but all machines are happy to take your money. Wasted a lot of money here. Obviously it's not

Once again I used the dog wash at plenty rd car wash and paid $10 to wash my dog with plain water because all the shampoo and conditioner was empty. This happens every other time I use this dog was . I will never use this service again.

Looks like ‘new management’ haven’t done a thing to keep this place functional and worth your time. No indication of price vs minutes provided and vacuums are held together with duct tap. Paid for one that didn’t work at all Avoid

Great customer service from Andy. Accidentally tapped twice for payment. Called the number listed and he answered and rectified it straight away.! I was actually in shock someone answered and delt with it straight away.!

The best drive-thru wash! Always see the owner around so you know it’s well tended, and have had to contact them before and would you believe it, they answer their phone! Super nice and helpful. Happy it’s my local

The car wash area is decent but the tiles are damaged. Everytime I try to pressure wash my carpet on the wall, the paint on the back of the wall sticks to my carpet. There is also garbage in the area

Pretty good to have a 24h car wash in the area! Easy to work with! Two things to improve: - some of the buttons of the device do not work, esp. tire/engine wash - check the hoses! some have leakage!

Well maintained car wash. Used it today, the Ownner or Manager was helpful as there was an issue with the tap on pay system. He kept on apologising and reset the car wash and it was all good

Found a laser car wash was so happy as my regular place shut down. The only reason i give 4 stars is because it only took 1 type of payment and the deluxe wasn't as good as my regular place.

overall really happy with the service! there was a sensor error with the laser wash and i ended up having to pay twice. however after one quick phone call the money was instantly refunded.

Half of the stuff doesn't work, they don't keep up with their stuft at all their only in it for the money. Wasted my money just for the foam washer to not work do not recommend at all.

Pretty good that it's a warm water car wash, but the spray nozzle was loose and was spraying water everywhere out of the fittings which made it pretty frustrating to use.

Missed air drying machine for car Which is broken it needs to be fixed. It's not there in service for a long long time Other than that car wash is excellent in service.

Bays need to be more frequently maintained. Every time iv gone here (weekends mainly) the bays have been filled with mud and dirt from all the 4wds.

Very happy with my weekly laser wash, and if I have any problems, very quickly rectified by Andy who is very happy to help solve any problems.

Did an ok job but there was still some dirty and dust on the car afterwards. Convenient location, easy to get in and out etc.

The brush is not good, price is ok. 2$ minimum. I had to tap card (minimum $5 with extra charge) to make my car all clean.

Does what it needs to do and always seems to be busy. Well maintained given the high volumes it needs to provide for.
