We have Heating and Plumbing Paramedics came to our house to replace our Furnace, Water Tank, and also add an AC for the upper floor. We are also so happy, thankful and excited that we won one set of furnace and AC via a contest from the company. Our house has two furnace so replace the other one at the same time as well as the water tank make sense. When we decide what brand to use for the furnace , we go with the GE modulating model for the Furnace and it has an 98% efficient and amazing warranty in labor and parts. The AC is also GE with same warranty. We have our kitchen stove range in GE all our lives with good reliability and durability and prior not really knowing that it also does Furnace and AC so that give us confidence to give that a try. We all so far satisfied with the temperature consistency and comfort of the house. My wife noticed that at night the temperature is more consistent throughout and the air breath better with the thicker filters. The AC will definitely help with the inconsistence heat wave that we experience now in Calgary. The Wifi Honeywell Thermometer also works well for each floor and I can manage the system away from home on my phone. We also have a new water tank. From 2 to 1 for the four of us. The old ones despite two sometimes still have to wait between showers but have not found that to be case with the new one. The water tank is Bradford White and it also comes with great warranty. The electrican and technician are both great and complete the job thoughtfully and seamlessly. Like the location of AC behinds french door, holder underneath each furnance, cleanliness and visually appeasing… etc. Price-wise, are also very reasonable when compares to other energy efficiency brands and models. The company also offers a good membership and financial program. Everything passed City Inspections and now our house is up to speed for being much more energy efficient. Will definitely recommend Heating and Plumbing Paramedics! I also let the company sign sits in my yard !!!

My experience with Plumber Paramedics was top notch right from the first phone call to the driving away of their van upon the emergency replacement of our hot water tank over the weekend (why does equipment always seem to fail on a weekend - it's probably a conspiracy). The technician dispatched to the job (Matt) was clear, concise and professional right from the get-go. I was pretty certain of the problem myself which he confirmed in short order. The existing tank would need to be replaced. He gave me 4 clearly laid out options and the price tag associated with each. As it was late in the day we mutually agreed it would be best to dive in to the work the next day (Sunday). In order to facilitate the job, one of the owners of the company (Kellen) arrived first and got to work removing the old tank. Matt arrived soon after and they both worked to facilitate the removal and subsequent replacement of the tank.Once the new tank was positioned, Kellen then left as the space to work was too confining for both to do the install. Matt worked diligently and quietly ( as was possible give the tasks at hand), and did a very tidy and well laid out installation in a very restrictive location. I think the thing that stood out to me the most was at the very end of the process, after all the tools were in the truck, the mess completely cleaned up to better than it was when he arrived and the invoice paid, he was running through the care and maintenance of the tank when he happened to notice a screw that wasn't completely sucked down. Purely cosmetic - it wouldn't have affected the safety or proper functioning of the device whatsoever - he returned to his truck to dig out his tool bag to tighten up the errant screw. At the end of a long day of crawling around in a restricted crawlspace of a 100 year old house, I can't imagine many technicians that would have had the dedication and professionalism of that act. Kudos to Matt and Kellen for providing such a top notch service.

We have Paramedics Plumbing and Heating replaced the entire house Poly B to top grade Pex and Brass Fittings week of July 10 2023. From the start Julian Belec plumber / assessor provides comprehensive and knowledgeable explanation of the process and options. The company also has a membership program that make sense to save money upfront for the project. It also offers up to 6 months qualified 0 % interest delay payment plan. He met us week of July 3 and the project is able to start and finish by July 14. Andrew Stauffer the plumber that complete the project is professional, knowledgeable and kind to deal with. In the unfortunate event that in the process not related to the Poly B replacement that the city also notified us that there is a leak in our house underground pipeline which means we are out of water until that is fixed. Andrew is able to problem solve with my husband at the time to ask permission from our good-hearted neighbor to borrow his line for the time being so we can have water access until we can locate a company and go through insurance to get that fixed. Ane he is so considerate and kind to do it without extra charge. We are really happy with Paramedics Plumbing and Heating Services. It also has a recommended drywall and paint company to close up the openings. On the note of the openings as attached, the holes are intentionally open on the wall as much as possible to ease the afterward drywall and paint job as compared to opening up the ceiling which for those has popcorn ceiling means the scrapping off and respraying the entire ceiling surface. Another added care from the company to show care to the customers.

We came home to a good sized puddle in our basement and quickly called the Plumbing & Heating Paramedics (via a referral from someone in our neighbourhood) . They were very quick to respond and got back to us after we told them our issue within 5 minutes with a course of action. Being an after hours call I was expecting a very long wait-time, but someone was at our door within 30-45 minutes of us calling. David was our technician and was very thorough and explained everything as he was checking out the issue. He did not leave anything out. Very prompt. Walked me through the cost breakdown and was extremely pleasant to deal with. From the time we found the issue to the time he was done and out the door it was max 2 hours ( and this was after hours). I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone. Their price was reasonable for an emergent situation. Excellent Service

My room-mate/landlord and I had a leaky old toilet that required multiple flushes (big water waste!) that started running continuously. It being ancient--late 70's to early 80's model--and we being morons, we tried to fix it ourselves but the bolts were corroded and the threads stripped. Spent almost 100$ on supplies to only make the situation worse as it was like trying to unwrap a 5000 year old mummy with a bulldozer. By the time we stopped everything was mostly still in place but now loosened so the toilet was close to unusable. Precision was booked up but very kindly fit us in, and we now have a new and water efficient toilet. All the staff from the office personnel to the plumbers Nick and Carlos were friendly and professional. Even did a quick over-all plumbing inspection :). Had the team out to install a new furnace. Turns out the old furnace was installed partially on the city water line. It was cut and leaking when the new furnace install was attempted. Fast forward a day, the temporary fix found the line was leaking below the foundation. That resulted in an emergency line pull repair from the city line in the front yard. From start to finish everyone at the Plumbing Paramedics took charge of the project, organized the contractor, kept me informed on the status and had the new furnace installed within a week of crazy water line issue. I definitely chose the right company for the furnace install and I was grateful for the Plumbing Paramedics even more when the install went sideways. Great people and great company. Highly recommend them.

Had Ben in today to fix a very blocked pipe in the kitchen. Arrived on time, assessed everything and gave a quote and went to work. Finished the job quickly and left the area spotless. I have a monthly contract with PP and has saved me a chunk of money. Would recommend them to anyone Once again Plumbing Paramedics have outdone themselves. We had a problem with our hot water system and Matt and Nick did an excellent job both on quality of work and dedication to get everything installed to their usual high standard. Plumbing Paramedics displayed care and concern for our inquiry right from our initial phone call. They were prompt to respond, and schedule our Poly-B inspection. (required by insurance co). Andrew S was the technician who arrived at our home, on schedule and presented his business card upon introduction. He then proceeded to put (indoor covers over his shoes to enter our home (which I truly appreciate)! He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and walked us thru every portion of the detailed inspection explaining all details. The really nice customer care lady has made my day. She is efficient and got my problem solved with one single call yesterday. After calling 5+ diffent services provider to get our furnace looked at , this place was the only one that could dispatch someone the next day with a reasonable dispatch /diagnosis pricing. I also like the text confirmations of my bookings, and diaptch notification, as well as prompt reply to my inquiries over text. One bonus was they also allowed same day cancellation as long as it's before dispatching. No hidden costs. We have used these guys multiple times so when we needed a new furnace it was an easy decision and they did not disappoint. From getting the financing, to getting a quote to the install it was amazingly easy. Every technician who came in was incredibly positive and kept me up to date with every step. Andrew came to do the annual inspection on our Navien tankless hot water system as well as the annual 360 check on all the plumbing. He went through all the bathroom, sinks etc explaining what he was checking and why. He was very knowledgeable on the Navien system and left the area that he worked in near and tidy. I am pleased I am a member of the Plumbing and Heating Paramedics monthly payment plan as it has a lot of advantages including all of the above being included in the monthly fee. Would not hesitate to refer Plumbing and Heating Paramedics for anyone who has a plumbing issue.

I would highly recommend Paramedic Plumbers !! Every time I called with a question or request I was able to talk to Sam, who was extremely helpful, polite & could answer all my questions. This is a huge plus, instead of getting an answering machine. The other huge plus, is that I was able to get service within a day of calling. Ben, the technician, was punctual, explained everything in detail & what would it might entail. He solved my plumbing problem. I was 100% happy with the service & the reasonable fee!!! I had hammer knock with every sink, toilet, bath tub and we couldn’t find the cause. It was so loud I was scared I pipe would break. It took a couple of hours to track down the problem cause and repair it. Ben was awesome, explaining and giving me options with every turn. He was neat, tidy, pleasant, polite and answered every questions no matter what it was. Very competent and patient with me. The solution was not what we expected and easily fixed…. I would ask for him for any future job, he is experienced and a very hard worker with an awesome attitude!

This company was excellent to deal with, start to finish. They were responsive on the phone on a weekend, and had a plumber out to deal with an emergency (burst pipe) pretty immediately. They were clear about the timeline, and were in regular contact to keep me in the loop between my initial call and the technician arriving. The representative who came to help us was incredibly helpful and able to fix the problem quickly, smoothly, calmly, and for a very reasonable price. These folks will 100% be my first call for any future emergency.

Dave came installed my new furnace ! He was quick, friendly and professional. He did a great job explaining all of the work he was doing. Would recommend. Update: I was a bit annoyed during my recent install of AC where the tech (not the above) accidentally broke the signal wire to the AC. Since there was no other way to access the remainder of the wire, he had to cut into my brand new drywall. This lovely gypsum slicing service only cost me $108. Confused at why I have to pay to have a hole in my wall, and for it not even to be fixed

Very impressed with my experience with Plumbing Paramedics. I submitted an inquiry on the website one night and received a phone call immediately first thing in the morning the next day. We had Ben come over to fix our toilet issue within a couple hours of the phone call. Ben was very kind and knowledgeable about plumbing/toilets. Nick came to my house on a Saturday to unclog a kitchen sink. It turned into a very confusing mess thanks to improperly installed pipes and the job took much longer than expected. Nick went through a number of steps troubleshooting multiple possibilities. In the end, Nick fixed the drain, cleaned everything up, and provided me with info on what I might do in the future about the improperly installed piping. Great work, highly professional, on time, and Nick was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Love this company! A plumber was available to come in two days (as it was not urgent). She was very knowledgeable and helpful, nice, fun, and professional. She replaced my garburator , giving me several options from which to choose. She was a great troubleshooter and did not try to force any upsells. She did, however, let me know about a few issues in my house that may need addressing later on if I wish. Had an emergency leak and Ben showed up to the rescue after hours within 30 minutes. He was quick to provide answers to our questions and resolved the issues in no time. Living in an older home always has surprises with plumbing and Ben was kind enough to make some recommendations for us to consider so we don’t end up with a nightmare down the road. They called to give us our water heater flush and inspection of all plumbing as part of our membership. Nick H came and did all the inspection and we decided on a new water conserving toilet installation as well. The next day Andrew came and installed it and fixed a couple of faucet leaks that Nick had found. All done promptly, no issues and well documented for future reference. Very impressed with how professional and efficient these guys are and am glad to be a part of their membership plan.

Awesome experience with Nicholas from Plumbing Paramedics (Great name too!). They managed to get in the same day and repaired the issue along with some others in the home. Quote was provided on-site. They were very professional and provided an overall inspection pre and post remediation. At the same time, there was a leaky bar faucet that was near IMPOSSIBLE to get to, but they still got to it and replaced it. Great work! Would gladly recommend and use again!

Great communication and great service! I've used plumbing and heating paramedics twice and I'm glad they sent the same technician (Nick) so he was already up to speed on what needed to be done. Got a turn around time faster than all the other big companies including Action Furnace (5 days without heat in the fall in Alberta) when my furnace motor went out completely. Heating and plumbing paramedics prioritized us and fit us in ASAP.

Had Plumbing Paramedics visit to quote on a main water valve replacement and the estimate came in at over $800 which seems incredibly overpriced for a 30-60 min job. Ended up calling another reputable company which came in at <1/3 the cost. I'm disappointed to be stuck with the $50 estimate fee (which others were willing to do over the phone for free) but have learned to avoid this company and their price gouging in the future.

Nick M was very knowledgeable and efficient when clearing up the sewer backup in my home. He explained the work thoroughly and kept me apprised of his progress. 1.5 years ago we had a water tank fail and they were quick to arrive and replace it. This week we had a pin hole leak in a connection and they were just as responsive to come address the situation. In fact the owner came himself because this shouldn't have happened. He was friendly, professional, and took his time explaining the cause of the issue and how to prevent it.

We purchased a dishwasher and thought we could install it ourselves. Half way through the job we discovered this was a bad idea and we called Plumbing Paramedics. They were super quick to send a technician who was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Overall everyone was absolutely fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this company to others.

I had a handful of companies do a house call to give me an estimate for the work I needed done. The estimate I was given from plumbing paramedics was reasonable and Andrew went through my options and explained everything better than anyone else had been able to. He started the work right away, there were no issues, and I am super satisfied with the end result.

Called them short noticed and they had a tech out the following day to check my hot water pressure and solved the issue for the shower. Impressive turnaround time, Robyn was professional and very clear and what she could do (options) and was so informative on any additional inquiries i had regarding water softener and other plumbing questions. Very satisfied.

Ben came to figure out why our tankless hot water heater would not work intermittently. He is was professional, knowledgeable, patient and shared information in a way we were able to understand. He was also very conscious of how much his service would cost us and aimed to find the best solution possible. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. Great service.

Andrew and Carlos, were very thorough and professional. When they called tech support they were given incorrect information which didn't sit right with him. Andrew did some more digging and ended up calling a second tech support a second time and was able to properly diagnose my water heaters problems. They gave me options right then and there for the fix.

Theo was great. He did a furnace inspection and explained everything and made sure I understood. And because I'm a member, it was free. The membership is worth it. I also had Andrew and Robin in and the replaced 2 toilets, put a valve in, and a pressure tank. They were also great and quick. It was all installed much quicker than I thought it would take.

The whole work should have been assessed to let me know all that was required. Rather, I paid for what they said was needed. Then the whole thing was found not be working properly. I contacted them and they now tell me there is more to be done and paid for. I requested for the work to be done but they refused and left without doing the work!

Ben came out to help us fix our toilet that wouldn’t flush properly, he broke down the methods and prices and explained thoroughly what he would be doing. Thankfully the first method worked and he was in and out within 10 minutes. He made the process super easy and he was extremely friendly! We highly recommend!!

Theo gave me a call prior to showing up. Also received a text and photo of Theo prior to arrival. Theo inspected the furnace taking pictures of all the relevant parts. Once done, he reviewed what he found and provided suggestions. He later sent quotes on what it would cost to repair the two issues he found.

Ben was excellent. He showed me exactly where each issue was and gave me prices before he started work so I was not shocked when I got the invoice. Cleaned up after himself and generally gave me his best. For some of the issues I now know how to fix them on my own, which is invaluable. Thank you so much!

Nick was friendly and explained things well. We tried to install our new DW but ran into problems with where the water supply needed to access this new unit. Copper tubing needed to be replaced with flexible braided hose to get the water connected. Nick got it done and checked that all worked properly.

Andrew again did great work with the installation of replacement fill valve, flapper and supply hose for two toilets and the installation of sweat shut off valve to prevent water leakage below kitchen counter sinks. Andrew will continue to be the "go-to guy" for any plumbing work for me in the future.
