Great service and price! I’d had a dripping shower mixer tap for over a year. Talking to Mitch on the phone he was really helpful and I got the vibe he genuinely looks out for his customers and tries to provide the most reasonable quote possible (better than the other quote I’d gotten). I was still keen to try fix myself since I knew it was probably just the ceramic cartridge that needed changing but after a couple of failed attempts I booked in an appointment. The plumber allocated to the job was Matt - he was lovely to deal with. Answered all my curious questions and was very tidy, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along with. He opened up the mixer tap then went off to the local plumbing store to buy the right replacement cartridge. Fixed it all up again and now my mixer tap is working perfectly for the first time since I moved to this place! I’m very happy with the service and pricing. I highly recommend Plumbing Bros. They are reliable and trustworthy and really try to find a solution that is cheaper for their customers! Thank you.

Plumbing Bros were fantastic… responsive, did a fantastic job, went over and above to provide what I wanted and charged a very reasonable price. My previous 3 experiences of plumbers left a bad taste in my mouth… paying over a thousand dollars for a 20 minute visit to replace a couple of plastic parts. The plumbing bros were here for 2 hours (some of which was to get the parts required)and installed brand new copper piping under ground, a great looking new tap and mounted on a post for strength all for about $400 Thanks guys… Will definitely be using plumbing bros again.

First visit advised me issue was empty gas tanks, which was incorrect. Subsequently had Elgas come out twice to try to fill them, however they were actually full. Elgas have now advised me I will be charged $100 for the futile call outs (which they tell me is actually a 50% discount). On second visit your guy was able to resolve the problem which was great, however I’ve now been invoiced for that as well. So what should have cost me around $150 has now cost me close to $400. Plus a significant amount of time chasing Elgas which could have been avoided.

Plumbing Bros Chastwood supported my renovation works on my bathroom and made the process very easy. Jeremy and George undertook the drainage modification the way I wanted. They prepared, cut, installed a complex drainage system in a day and shown me the change anything during the process. Mitch project managed the work and made sure I am happy with the result. This team knows what they are doing and will make sure they do it right. Also, they were able to come 1 hours after I called! I recommend them.

Had a complete renovation in our ensuite and main bathroom. Everything replaced to perfection. Pipes chased. Plumbing moved and redesigned both bathrooms. Very patient workers. arrived promptly and attended on two separate occasions. they addressed a broken stormwater pipe overflowing into my garden. they located the pipe blockage, removed an underground section of broken pipe, and restored the flow and site with minimum dispruption. mitch and harry were helpful and efficient and I was very satisfied with the work done.
