Order a sofa in January was given a tentative date of late May. They changed their systems over and the date changed to late June. When I queried it I was told the date was probably wrong but to check again soon. Checked again delivery date adjusted to 1st May. I had my old couch removed to prevent issues with delivery. Now being told maybe 3 more weeks. Samuel was incredibly rude and told me to speak to his manager about a refund. I explained that I still need a couch and what am I supposed to do apparently I'm ' one of those people'. I had called the head office and waited a day for a response and still haven't received any. I guess my small sofa bed isn't important enough to receive decent customer service. When I said I was going to complain he told me ' complain away lady' and told me I was behaving like a child Guess I should have gone somewhere else.
If you want to wait 7 months for your sofa (it still hasn’t arrived so could be even longer!) then Plush Furniture are your go to furniture company. Original delivery date was May. I emailed head office and Highpoint store with no reply. Not really into writing negative reviews but this is beyond ridiculous. Definitely do NOT recommended Plush. EDIT: After direct email contact with the store a refund of my deposit has been approved. Basis for refund was that I was unaware the item was manufactured and shipped from China, which meant Plush were unable to guarantee delivery within a reasonable time due to ongoing supply chain disruptions.
The worst customer service I ever come across. We stood at cashier desk for 15 mins. Nobody attended us. One of the sales persons came to us and said sorry won’t be too long as he was attending someone else at that point of time which is fair but the he started serving someone who walked in after us and he totally ignored us as if we were not even standing there. The person at the cashier desk then goes we are too busy now do you want to come back later. What a waste of my time !! Staff here is so Racist... never going to any of the plush stores ever again.
Worst service ever. I ordered in Jan too and was told that my sofa would arrive early May. Then they changed the date to late May and early June without any sort of communication. Now we got an email saying its delayed again and wont arrive until late June and it wont be delivered until early-mid July. Dont make us waste our time by giving us fake delivery time frames. We could’ve ordered somewhere else in this time and had a couch by now. They never answer their phones and haven’t responded to any emails. Disgusting service. DO NOT waste your time here.
Covid did impact my experience as it took around 5 months to complete the process. This is not Plush's fault. Also my sofa stopped reclining after delivery (motorised). Turned out to be a loose wire that i didn't detect. So I am giving them 5 stars. The service i got in store was very good. The leather sofa is gorgeous. Fergus gave me very good service. I would recommended Plush to everyone. Take Covid out and I would upgrade the stars to 6. I shopped around and their prices are competitive. So far its a big
Really disappointed with Plush. I ordered my sofa in January and was quoted 12-14 weeks for delivery. Just short of the 14 week mark they emailed to say my order was delayed and is not expected until mid-June. That will make it a wait time of 5 months for my sofa. This is hugely frustrating and makes me question whether Plush was ever in a position to deliver my lounge in 12-14 weeks. I am very suspicious that they actually lied about the timing to entice me to buy. I wouldn't buy from them again.
Cushion collapsed getting fixed under warranty. Little hesitant with the other cushions build quality . Wrote to customer support but no reply. Update. Still waiting for part after a month ,been told 10 to 12 weeks total for one part. Which takes the same time to build a whole couch. Got promised delivery fee of 90 dollars refund but yet to see that fulfilled. There owned by fantastic furniture it seems so might be a quality issue since fantastic furniture is so cheap
Very pathetic customer service. They charge customers if they are not home at the time of delivery but do not have any answer if the delivery gets late. Upon asking why they charge customers then if they don’t pay for the late deliveries, their answer is its their policy which only works in their favour. Very disappointed with their delivery service.
A BIG thank you to Joanne at Plush Highpoint for her excellent customer service and willingness to listen to what we needed. I explained what we were looking for and she found us exactly that, and did us a great deal on 2 leather couches and she genuinely wanted to help, not just sell us something for the sake of it. Amazing service, thanks so much!
Don't buy from plush they were supposte to deliver my mums sofa booked a date and everything on delivery date they called and said its not going to be delivered as it belongs to someone else we waited months and are still waiting horrible they are so unhelpful and only care about making a sale
My partner and I have bought 2 sets of sofa from Plush in Highpoint. One set is already 6 years old. But they are still looking very good and very comfortable. We had fantastic experiences in both purchases. The staffs there were fantastic. We will definitely buy from Plush again.
I just want to thank the staff at Highpoint for their friendly and knowledgeable help whilst buying my sofa.. no pressure was given, felt very comfortable and the showroom is located with huge big windows for clarity in choosing colours... Thankyou Highpoint l’ll Be back :)
Terrible Customer Service Would definitely not recommend Plush. Its not what it used to be. They contacted my Parents telling them their sofa is coming in 2 days that was over 3 months ago and still no sofa and they dont know if its coming or when it might come.
I bought the Snuggle Petite today and was helped by Joanne. She is very friendly, patient and informative. It was a lovely experience. Customer service has suffered a lot recently so it was a nice surprise to be treated so well. Thank you.

Just visited Plush Maribyrnong with my family to purchase a couch and we experienced fantastic customer service! Fergus in particular was very helpful and we are very grateful for his assistance.
It is disappointing that we order our sofa in July 2022 and it was delivered this morning in January 2023. Upsetting. Please think twice while you are buying something.

My sofa cost a bomb, but ended up being poorly constructed, and then they refused to repair under their 10year peace of mind warranty. Avoid like the plaugue
