Disgusting customer service, the manager Sarah is absolutely disrespectful always talks over you has no patience and does not show compassion whatsoever, she covers for her workers disrespectful and abusive behaviour and hangs up before we are even done talking. I have never had such a bad experience as I have with the whole team at Plympton Park Day and Night surgery. The doctors I saw are inefficient and just want to be finished with the appointment, disregarding completely the patience’s needs and minimising our concerns. Overall I am appalled and disgusted in the service that this clinic provides. Customers are not their number one priority at all and this has been proven by their service to me my family and many friends.

The receptionist are wonderful here, I generally have severe anxiety when dealing with reception spaces but they are so polite. I had booked an appt and my doctor was extremely busy so the wait was longer than expected, which we understood, I was with my 4 year old son and the doctor was apologetic and still took care and patience with my appointment instead of rushing. It can be hit and miss for others, but i have had wonderful experiences. Every receptionist I’ve come across has been more than welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised on my 1st appointment at this Clinic. Firstly a friendly greeting from the Reception Desk. The Clinic was full so I thought I'd have a long wait for my appointment. I was called only 10 minutes over my booking time. The Doctor I saw was attentive, thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all. I have been looking for a new Clinic, and I think I've found it. It's early stages, but I was impressed.

My first visit to the surgery today was a wonderful experience l. Right from the word go the male receptionist was absolutely lovely on the phone so polite and friendly and a pleasure to speak to. And the best part is they bulk bill. The other receptionist staff were lovely and a doctor was so friendly and very thorough too highly recommend I will definitely be making this my new surgery and it's closer to home

There are some good doctors here, I think. I've had good experiences with Dr Ekambaram, Dr Kanniappan, and Dr Tibor. I originally came here because it used to bulk bill, and a standard consult gap is still $30, less than many practices. Check the other reviews for doctors to avoid, see if any names come up repeatedly. Even so, they're still good for repeat prescriptions if you're desperate.

I have been attending the above Surgery for some time now and I have found the present Reception staff including the "Boss Lady" to be very caring, friendly and knowledgeable along with my doctor, Doctor Tibor and the Nursing staff. If you are looking for a Medical Practice I would highly recommend the Plympton Park Day and Night Surgery to meet your needs.

Worst worst service from doctor and reception. The lady at reception , one of the worst customer service ever in the history of customer service record. I will write her name will report it to with a proof to concern dept. She was blaming a patient who is on pain. Donot goto this play ever again. Concern dept should take action againt for this level.

receiption was careless, wouldnt tell me how many ppl are before just keep saying the doctor was late . I waited 40mins extra(i had booking) the doctor told me i only can talk to u for ten minutes so i couldnt finish my question and she was saying its ok to all the health issues i said. I was socked and i was so scared the way she talked to me.

Reception staff are helpful however I haven’t had much luck finding a doctor that genuinely listens or takes a compassionate interest. Seems to be a numbers game for this practise with 5-10 minute consults. From my experience, the GP’s will not dig deep and ask relevant questions, instead preferring to finish the consult on time.

Friendly reception staff, great medical staff, Dr Abdul Jabar is amazing, pays attention and listened to me about a lump in my breast when other doctors in other clinics blew it off like I had no concern, I take my son here too for his immunizations

Dr Ernie Saunderson is an outstanding GP who truly cares about his patients' well-being. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns and address them in a thoughtful and professional manner.

You call yourself a Day and Night Chemist and you are only open 1 night on a Monday till 8pm. The rest of the nights you are closed, but according to Google you are open. Update ypur hours on google please so people dont waste their time.
