Venosan Fanboy. I'm glad my Insurance covered the cost of these ridiculously overpriced Orthotics. They are of poor quality and I could have gone to Shoppers and picked up a better set from Dr. Scholes. He was frustrated and made things kind of difficult and tried not to damage his ego by the fact we asked him to make us a new pair. I pretty much gave up and put them off to the side several weeks later. I paid 120 for a pair of Nike Monarch which are far superior in many ways. The fact he charges 500 just blows my mind and from the picture that I’m posting you can clearly see the difference and there is no excuse for this. I recommend you see someone else. He is very rude to women and in some Cultures, this can be common, or expected of Men to act this way. You can also let your Daughter deal with customers picking up orders instead of running to you. NOW for the Compression stalkings… Let me just say I’ve been wearing medical compression stalkings for 12 years and Venosan are by far the worst ones in terms of quality. They are extremely fragile and easy to rip. The way he shows you how to put them on they’ll rip regardless. As a Construction worker, I want something that will hold up well and last me all day and all week, for the “six months” they’re supposed to last, and these don’t. I’ve gone through 4 pairs and It hasn't been a year. The ankle has a serious weak point and many times they ripped on the foot while working, or walking on rough terrain. The Compressive strength gives out early on. This made things worse for my leg because I suffer from Post Thrombotic Syndrome. I always used Sigvaris and they never had this problem. They will always be far superior to Venosan. I eventually went to Ontario Medical Supply and even they don’t like them, or have inventory. If anybody sees this and I can convince one person to look elsewhere then I did my part. Thanks for ripping off the Native population and charging top dollar for poor quality stuff. I’ve been a customer with Sal for several years, since he was at old location on Montreal Rd. I never bothered to look anywhere else, despite being far from where I live. The service has always been excellent, and his orthotics have always been great when I put them on and last me for a long time. I also like the new location, being roomier than the old location, and he’s now got larger collection of orthotic shoes on display.

Wow what a difference in the store. Beautiful lay out and amazing ,outstanding customer service . Wonderful shoe expert Jelene helped me find excactly what I was looking for. I always buy my orthotics from Orthomedix’s the staff are always very positive and friendly.All the covid protocols were in place everyone coming in by appointment only .It was nice seeing Gary and all the staff .My orthotics were perfect as usual and my feet are extremely difficult to fit .But as usual Gary and his nephew came through . Thank you !

PodoCanada is amazing! I have had multiple pairs of orthotics made with PodoCanada, and I am really happy with the results. Sal is an expert in the field, works with integrity, and maintains a transparent relationship with his clients. Highly recommended for anyone who needs foot inserts and orthotic shoes!

I just want top state how excellent the service is with OrthoMedix. I had two pairs of custom orthotics made, one for sports the other for every day use. amazing experience with PodoCanada. Staff is very welcoming and Sal is very experienced. Definitely recommended as their orthotics and foot inserts are great. i always felt pain in my feet and after visiting Sal i have been feeling so much better!

Mr Hayes is the only orthotist who has really helped me. It took quite a while to get the correct adjustment, but I was able to go back to him several times for him to tweek my orthotics at no extra charge. I would gladly recommend his services.

Professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I needed to get an aircast as soon as possible and they were able to book me in the same day. All services and products are currently only available by appointment due to the lockdown.

I've been suffering from plantar pain for several months and it was gone in a couple of days after I got foot orthotics from PodoCanada. I fully recommend it.

Even if the website doesn't tell you to book an appointment - book one. Cold reception at a locked door - drove an hour there and back for NOTHING!
