Do not order through them. Very unprofessional delivery service. I ordered a pizza which was on offer. I was told a delivery time of 1 hour which i think is much in small city like pokhara. After an hour when the food was not delivered i tried to call them multiple times to know about my order but to my surprise and anger no one replied. I texted and they didn’t answered. Eventually i called the pizza shop directly and they helped me a lot. I do not recommend them to anyone. They have past there delivery time by another hour as i am writing and still they haven’t delivered.

Personally I really love the service of Pokhara food delivery and really appreciate your hardwork but am so not satisfied with the delivery men, few days ago I order food and the delivery men he himself went to worng way ani he called me “ma yeta aaye kata ko” he told ani maile directions vane hai and again he called then I told “hajur ta dherai mathi janu vayo vaneko ta” he was talking with me so rudely like seriously. Beside him rest of the delivery men are so humble.

PFD needs to understand that customer is the key to prosperous business. Kindly coordinate with the restaurants prior to delivery to verify the orders. We can wait 5 minutes extra time for the verification but cannot have wrong orders placed multiple times. Hope you understand how HANGRY customers react !

I request foods delivery the day before, but all foods was too cold to eat. It seems that the home delivery service food was prepared hours ago and brought the leftovers. I will never use this restaurant again.the service is very very bad.
