Personnellement, j'ai vécu une très bonne expérience à la suite d'une erreur. Policiers très sympa et compréhensif. Parle bien anglais. Ouvre et ferme la porte de la voiture lors du cheminement au poste. Accompagne jusqu'au toilettes et vérifie si je ne tombe pas. Par la suite, j'ai pu utiliser mon téléphone et ainsi écrire à mes amis et je n'avais pas les menottes contrairement à mon voisins anglais. J'espère qu'il va mieux ? Je remercie les officier pour leur temps et leur énergie qu'ils m'ont consacré. Cordialement le français en moto BMW GS1250R qui à pris un sens interdit,

I went to this police station early in the morning, and I definitely wasn't looking forward to dealing with the local police, mostly because I had heard bad things about it. I spoke to a young lady (the translator, I assume?), her English was perfect and she was very kind, patient, and helpful. There were only a few people in the office at that time of the day, so it was quiet, and everyone there was nice and relaxed.

I actually am not that bummed over a stolen wallet all because of the amazing experience I had in this police station :D Inspector Radek was so helpful (and humorous, too!). I can’t thank him (and the two translators/ employees who all helped with the process) enough! Just the most awesome and welcoming people! All the best to you. Oh, and.. catch the bad guys!

I came to the station with low hopes of any help. They took my case seriously and didn't leave any part behind. The officer was really nice and tried to help me. The young lady who spoke to me later on spoke English very well and asked me all necessary question to make sure no detail was missed. The case was not yet solved but the service was very good.

도난신고를 하러 갔는데 영어를 잘하지 못하는지라 같은 단어인줄알고 한 단어를 잘못얘기했다가 아주 지x지x을 하네요. 물건 잃어버린것도 서러운데 랩하는것도 아니고 엄청 따발총처럼 쏘아대며 뭐라 하더군요. 화가 나서 영사콜센터에 전화해 받아보라니까 안받는다네요ㅋ결국엔 해결했는데 이번 프라하 여행때 경찰서,상점등에서 인종차별을 겪어보니 정말 기분이 말이 아니더군요. 못난 제 자신을 탓하기도 하지만 기본이 안되있는 사람들이더군요.정말 최악이네요. 한국분들 꼭 참고하시길

Veľmi nepríjemní a arogantní policajti. V čakárni sme strávili nezmyselne 2 hodiny a to sme išli len nahlásiť stratu dokladov. Na celom oddelení pracuje aktívne iba jedna osoba. Nakoniec nám stratu dokladov ani neuznali. Veľmi nepríjemný zážitok.

Ils ne sont pas là pour vous aider. Ils parlent bien anglais, si vous avez perdu vos papier ils feront un papier mais ne prendrons pas votre plainte contre un loueur malhonnête.

도난신고하려고 방문하였는데, 자기는 영어를 못한다고 대사관에 연락해서 통역사와 다시오라하네요 내일출국해야하니 보험사에 제출할 서류만 작성해달라했는데 자기는 번역기도 안쓰고 통역사랑 내일오라는 말만ㅋㅋ무한반복과 소리를 지르시더이다. 풝큉폴뤼수맪 결국 다른 경찰서갔는데 30분?만에 끝났어요. 갋짉맔셃욜.갷같앓욭.

Nice place witch friendly police offisers. You must enter to the hide door and then ring and wait in front of bars. Only there are interpreters for foreigner.

Wurden fast Opfer von Betrügern vor einer Wechselstube, die Polizei wurde sehr schnell auf die Situation aufmerksam und hat und geholfen.

Very unfriendly and useless police dept. They don’t even try to listen and just keep bullshitting. Choose another department.

Friendly staff, spoke good English and took my report of a stolen wallet seriously. Appreciated it a lot.

They have English translator. It's nice but generally it was not nice experience there.
