One star is even being generous. I went there yesterday with a group of people which included my mom who was not bowling. My mom was under the impression that is was okay if she wore her shoes if she was not on the floor bowling. She was approached by a woman working the canteen and was spoken to with no respect, my mom could not hear very well and the woman proceeded to mock my mother and belittle her within a minute of being there. The woman then went to the front desk to complain about us. When I then walked up to the front desk to turn in my shoes for another size the woman walked away. And an older lady at the front clearly didn't care about my complaint about her staff, she carelessly said "I'll talk to her." Then throughout bowling the woman who yelled at my mom walked to where we were sitting to see if my mom put her shoes back on (she didn't) plus other non-bowlers were wearing Street shoes and she never yelled at them. The worker continued to watch us, especially me, for the entire hour we were there. Once I noticed she was staring me down, I began to stare right back at her. And she got mad every time we took pictures in the bowling alley.. it was a birthday of course we're taking pictures. Just like everyone else was! On my way out I even caught her looking at me again and on video. I will no longer be spending my money here, instead I will be going where the staff treat customers with respect and don't have a problem with the coloured.

5 pin bowling alley with glow bowling at night. I went here on a date recently (Saturday night) and it was busy! First, the location is hard to find! It's like this random door behind a dumpster in polo park mall. There is a sign pointing to the door, but we had to ask a security guard where it was. You go through the door and down some stairs and hallways and then you're in. Which honestly now that I know it's there, is kinda cool. Not sure if they were really swamped when we arrived but it took a long time for us to get a lane. We weren't really even acknowledged and people that arrived later than us were helped first despite us being directly at the counter. There are two beers on tap plus options for snacks. The alley was clean and the lanes functioned properly. All in all it was a good time.

Slow service rude staff I brought a party of over 20 people we paid for 6 lanes and ordered from their canteen because we aren’t allowed outside food but they’re being so rude and when we ask how much longer because we’ve been waiting for 3 hours now they just keep saying they have too much orders I’m paying for this business to host a party I expect human decency but it seems they left that at the door some staff are racist waste of money waste of time DONT COME HERE

My son and his cousins tried going there to kill time. My son had a new card he was trying to use and inputted the wrong PIN twice and the employee was blurting out “Je$us effing

Manager tried his best, but the employee of the month that "Wasn't trained to pour a pitcher of pop" was the highlight of many errors. Food started off smelling good until 5 minutes passed, and the smell of cooked pizza was replaced with the smell of burnt to a char pizza. If your coming here for a quick game or 2 you'll be good but if planning a party I would reccomend looking elsewhere.

Bowling is fun, drinks are nice. However, the DDR Extreme machine in the tiny arcade is run down (horribly maintained) and possibly even rigged. Songs I could easily pass on heavy mode, I fail halfway through. Kinda sus ... Other than that, the bowling lanes are nice, the drinks are nice and the jukebox thing is pretty awesome. Tons of fun memories there.

Been going there since I was a baby, very nice place. Bowling balls are small too, so its good for kids. Only complaint is the Dance Dance Revolution machine's second player screen is lopsided, so its impossible to see all the notes and play. But I've been told they don't own those machines, so probably not their fault. Definitely recommend going there!

Very clean and well maintained center. Bowling systems are pristine and work well. Very friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. Decent prices for what you get. Would highly recommend going here for a fun afternoon. Also doing a great job keeping areas sanitized for COVID. Thanks so much!

Male staff person scoffed at our group when we asked for bumpers for out lane. Our group consisted of people with disabilities. Worker acted extremely condescending during the entire interaction. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

This mall is on the more high class side. It has very strong appeal, but most of the stores are expensive or small and dont have room for sale items. If you are looking for good deals then dont go to this mall. Otherwise its an excellent mall.

this location at one time was the location where they taped the program Bowling for Dollars and it was a league sponsored program and I know this because the league I bowled on made it on the program and the staff are very helpful and friendly

About 5 - 9 years ago I went with my mom, her friend and her friend's grandson and I gotten a turkey (3 strikes in a row) and it was with NO BUMBERS I gotten like About 208 points. It was a good day. Staff was friendly, great bathrooms.

It was quite fun. The only thing I didn't know going in was that it is a 5pin game not the 12pin one. But regardless, it was a great place to go with the family. Also they have a section that highlights tons of awards they won here.

Great atmosphere even if you a not a bowler. If Rod can bowl well so can you. Clean place, busy club teams. Grab some shoes pickup a ball and enjoy a few games in family friendly environment. Small snack bar with cool ones. Strike

The Arcade was Horrible!!!!! $20 gone down the drain only won a 1 inch Pop it Horrific I will not be back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit The Yelled at My Family For Not taking there shoes off even if we were not on the lanes.

The bowling alley was nice and the staff were quick to serve. However, finding the entrance from the parking lot took me into some strange corridors and maintenance areas - would have been easy to get lost.

Awesome atmosphere, glow bowling is SO COOL. Didn’t know it was 5 pin going in but first time for everything. Having a blast and will be bringing my girlfriend by soon! (Go Leafs Go!!)

Hosted my daughters birthday party here. Prices are reasonable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Best part is that the place is never too busy or too loud.

Someone stole my shoes, told the employee. Staff said they’ll call me back and it’s been weeks already and they haven’t updated anything about it all. Never going here again.

I called to see if the manager was in at 1:30 today.. and the woman who answered was very rude. Hello is the manager in?.. are you the manager? Her: SURE!... get new staff

Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facility was clean. I would recommend this venue for anything from birthday parties to corporate events.

One of the workers there seems to hate his life and has no personable customer service skills. The other one was great. If you go you'll know which is which.

$25 for 30 minutes on a lane, during slow time, with only 1 other lane in use, seems very excessive. Plus shoes. Its no wonder I don't go often.

A little noisy when it's busy but that's expected at a bowling alley. They have a good food and drink selection. And the staff is friendly.

Staff always good. They provided the bowling ramp for the person in our group who was wheelchair bound.
