Please never think of buying products from Google.. they just ruin your day.. no proper delivery timeings.. they just want deposit for the bag in which they deliver .. you do shouppping of thousands and they don’t provide a 20 rupees bag .. how horrible. No Co operation.. asked if you could leave the bag or if required we would deliver it again he was so arrogant.. and just wanted deposit of 50 rupees.. also he has board outside indicating 10 percent discount on all products on Sunday but they don’t provide so.. so don’t fall in trap here..

Employer shouts at their employees publicly in the supermarket in front of it’s customers’ and that is the reason, some customers like us feel intimidated while shopping here. I now skip this store because the main owner doesn’t greet it’s customers nor behaves well. If you are a local or from overseas you will not be treated well even if you shop thousands here. Though this store gives discounts like some other stores nearby, but you will not have a pleasant experience.

The owners / managers are very rude and sometimes cannot understand their logic. Theirs schemes and offers are manipulative. Even with home delivery service they make a big fuss and act funny. Their delivery terms change each time with regards to minimum order value etc etc. And if they are in mood to earn more money they will charge extra for delivery and sometimes they won’t. All on their mood. I don’t recommend this place.

We placed a order for grocery and the delivery guy left it all at the security gate without putting them in a bag or anything . If they don't provide a bag they need to inform the clients in advance so that they can come to collect the stuff carrying a bag along and not come to the gate see there is no bag and again go home to collect a bag. I'm very disappointed that even though the order is big they cannot provide the bag.

The icecream kept in the freezer had a few boxes leaking and upon telling the same, owner is saying ice cream hai so it will melt. If it is in the fridge how can it leak unless the temp is not appropriate or it was off during the night. The person at the billing counter (assuming he is the owner) most if the time is grumpy and sometimes even rude.

Superb experience. I am localite from marol I have saved a lot of money once I started shopping from Poorti. The staff is very humble and helpful. They provide huge discounts on all Sundays and they have discounts on regular days too. The best part over here is that they give freebies too and you get discounted groceries free home delivered .

As a first time traveler to India, Poorti Supermarket is a decent grocery store that is very kind and friendly to foreigners. Our things were secured while we shop local food items from the store. We bought every goods at a local price. Upon checking the receipt, they also gave discounts automatically. Everyone loves a good bargain.

All products available and some great offers are always running at the store. Excellent choice of products and the owner and staff are really very polite and nice. Very well stocked super market. Every household item of daily needs is available, including home made things as well. Good quality and very reasonably priced. They accept cash, cards as well as mobile payments. Great discounts. Everything is sold below mrp. Attentive and prompt staff. Great discounts at weekends

Customer service is disaster. Simply dont care about customers at all. Staff fight against each others. Staff name Pooja, she is the worst staff i have ever seen. Never accept expired items but they sell.

Very poor service rude staff will just sit n not help delivery boys are always short. Better go for food choice or go for tanvi ... totally useless store.

Staff picking phone has zero manners. There is a guy who picked up phone and spoke rudely. Educate him to speak properly.
