It's been 4.5 yrs since I got to know about this place. Healthy and Quality fishes I must say and genuine advice they give before selling. I have been purchasing from this gentleman Magesh at Poorvika and he has been genuine and has patience to explain it out even if it is very simple things we ask. Initially he also helped us setup our 1st integrated planted tank. He gave us valuable inputs and advice. Now setting up my 3rd tank and I still visit here for valuable inputs and quality fishes and accessories I highly appreciate his efforts and would recommend this place to anyone who are interested in cultivating a aqua hobby.

Amazingly good experience. Magesh holds a very good experience in what he is selling and he understands customer's requirements quickly. Also sells branded products only and is the only person in market who gives guarantee for the motor. He sells only Boyu aquarium which is no. 1 in market. Also his customer service very satisfying. My review is after being a customer for 4 months. Definitely recommended place before you go elsewhere. He had given 4 fishes free and also had given guarantee for those 4 fishes for 20 days, Later he gave another 4 fishes. Till now, by god's grace all the 8 fishes have outgrown and are healthy.

Poorvika aquarium was highly recommended by my friend so I visited it when i decided to setup an aquarium in my home. I was quite impressed by Mahesh's knowledge about aquariums and fishes. He helped me select the right tank and canister filter to go with it, sent the tank, filter and other things very next day and came home for 2-3 evenings to help me setup the tank and filter. It's been 3 months since and he still responds promptly to my calls or text messages if I need any aquarium related advise or help. Great service, Mahesh!!!

I have become a regular customer at this shop for the last 2 years. Great service, reasonable cost, lot of choices of fish. The owner guy has pretty good knowledge about fish keeping. If you are new in fish keeping you will get the best advice. Initially I had a 100liter community tank purchased from this shop and was very happy with it( especially the choice of fishes he suggested). Recently I have purchased a 300litre customized tank from this shop due to my interest in keeping a pair of big oscar fish.

Highly Recommended !! Very Good Place and Service !! This is the only shop where the interaction went beyond the purchase. I bought my first Betta fish here. The fish were really good and exotic. But due to frequent water changes fish fell sick and the other one died suddenly. Maghesh not only took the sick fish and fixed it but also gave me a complimentary one from the next lot and spent 1/2 hr giving tips on Betta fish keeping. This goes a long way in building customer trust.

I visited this place after reading so many positive reviews online and really everything is absolutely true. His support is immense and he is always approachable irrespective of time of the day. The fish got sick after few days and he just took those back & gave another. I did not like few decoration plants and he took those back. I haven't seen that kind of dedicated customer support & enabling customers to be really at ease with this wonderful hobby!!!

Really very supportive and friendly person. Purchased aquarium in Dec 2019 and until today he is supporting if any query. Today (6-Feb-2023) I observed that tank motor is not working and messaged him over whatsapp for his support, I received his response immediately and suggested few steps to do and see if it works. I just followed the said steps and fortunately it worked out. Thank you so much sir for all your support until today.

There are good variety of birds and fishes available in the shop. I have purchased both fish and birds from here and I am very satisfied mostly in terms of assistance provided by the shop owner. The shop owner is really passionate and caring about all the birds and fishes. He assisted me with my bird a lot during the initial days. Will recommend checking out this shop if you are interested in adopting a pet.

I went here as it is closer to my home and seemed good on reviews . But alas the experience was different. I have been there 2-3 time. The lady who works there is quite helpful alllbur the guy who works there just seems so dis-interested. The charges are high and he makes you feel as though he is doing a favour by answeing your questions. So post my 3rd experience I said bye bye to this place .

I can easily say this is one of the best pet shop in Bangolre and Magesh is very friendly and patience to explain about birds and all your doubts, even after you brought bird he will keep ask Status of the bird and take more cares. The service is quite good and the guys are very professional. I had my first fish tank here and it was delivered to my place, setup and explained how to maintain it. People are equally responsive post installation and take care of first few cleaning schedules.

Good collection of fishes. If you are a betta fish lover this guys has tons of it. I especially liked the guppies collection. He gets fancy guppies very often. Good knowledge on aquascaping and will be happy to set the setup at home with budget friendly rate.

Worst maintenance of aquariums in shop. I use to buy fishes from this shop as it's closer to my house. Since last 2 times I m getting fishes with white spot disease. Completely ruined my well setup aquarium.
