Absolute excellent 5 Star Customer Service, a small business with great staff and great expertise on both the products they sell and also their repair service. I would highly recommend you go to these folks with any of your needs with phones. I needed a repair on my phone which needed to take a few days due to parts delivery. I thought I'd be without a phone for that time however to their complete credit, they supplied a loan phone at no extra charge! This took away most of the inconvenience. The loan phone itself had a few issues, and when I mentioned it to them, they offered to replace the loan phone! I've also done my phone protector screen (Hot tip, get the Gel ones, not the Glass ones, Glass ones crack/shatter sooner than Gel) as well as a cover for the camera, which they did well, and they've assured me if there's any issue with it to bring it back to them to get it sorted. I cannot re-emphasise how awesome the staff here were, how committed they were to customer satisfaction, and how I've walked away completely pleased with the work they've done. If you get quotes and they end up being a little dearer than the average Asian guy in the middle of a shopping centre, it's your call, but I'd rather pay the extra for their wonderful service! (Oh and please ignore the 1-Star ratings they've seemingly been given. By the looks of it, they're just disgruntled boomers who don't properly understand smartphones, trying to cheat this honest small business, or just miserable sods)

We just purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 from Panda at Pop Phones. We are best described as not very tech savvy or annoying boomers. Panda not only took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various phones but also transferred the data from my old to new phone, and from my hubby’s old phone to the iPhone I’d replaced. This is outside our skill set and took some time and patience as there were some challenges. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Panda you are very kind and patient and did not make us feel old or annoying.

One of the best phone accessories store I have been to, the staff was very professional and had complete knowledge of the product requested. I purchased a wallet case and a screen protector from there and my phone is one of the oldest models of Samsung, I was unable to find the needed stuff anywhere but they had it and they gave me a good deal on that too. Arguably some of the worst after sales customer service. The phone accessories sold are terrible quality. They are quick to upsell you their product range but make you jump through hoops to rectify their problems. Both the phone screen and camera screen have broken since purchase under a month ago. Stay away.

Got charged $189 for a new phone case, screen protector, and camera protector. Nothing is priced and i didn't get told the price of anything before I said yes. So a bit on myself. But absolute rip off none the less. And there is a line right through the middle of the screen protector, which is annoying.

Paid $390 for screen replacement and water damage fix, the phone was "not repairable" got it back with the back missing and front screen broken and not even stuck down. I no refund or store credit, it was on store for 4 months!!

Went in for a new screen protector, $40. 1 day in my pocket at work and completely shattered. Went in for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible. Worst customer service just a bunch of rip offs. Don’t go here.
