Was a premium access member and really enjoyed the airline until they started to delay passengers unnecessarily and provided no compensation. Many business associates of mine have experienced the same lack of commitment to service and have also started to fly Air Canada or Westjet. I gave Porter head office every opportunity to try to rectify the situations that seemed to have become a regular occurrence between Ottawa and Toronto, however was told there was nothing that could be changed. Was an easy change to Air Canada where they treat their elite members with the service they deserve and have a more.comprehensive and competitive rewards plan. If you are a professional and fly regularly on a route services by multiple airlines choose Porter as a last resort.

If I could give them a 0, I would... I booked with them only twice, and both times I ended up either a day or 12 hours later that I was supposed to at my destination... What is most incredible, both times I was left in front of the gate, first time with 20 other people, with seats in the plane... They just couldn't figure it out... The absolute worst airline I have ever flown... Not that the other I used previously were super good, but Porter doesn't even care to make the effort to lessen the pain they create... A terrible business strategy, if they have any... Stay away from them and tell others to do the same...

The flight was Ok but the customer service experience is by far the worst I have ever encountered and I've flown a lot. On my return flight checked baggage was paid for but not needed so I asked a porter staff member how to go about getting refunded. The staff member told me to call the phone number to which I responded "but nobody works There ( I had previously spent 20 minutes and then 30 minutes on hold) to which the porter staff member "oh so you have called the line". A refund is not a big deal but I would hate to need to contact an airline on a time sensitive issue and not be able to.

Very very bad experience. I had a flight this morning from Fredrickton (PD2376). The airplane was horrible, full of noise and shakes. Motor didn't work properly and shaked us all the way to Ottawa. All passengers had feeling of nausea and vomiting and complained. To come up with the problem, they immediately gave free juice to bring passenger's blood pressure higher. Even 1 is high score for this airline. Never go with this! Even in the middle east you can't find this kind of airplane which you can have in Canada for 247 dollars ride of 2 hrs long.

Best plane trip I have ever experienced!! The price was better flying with Porter from Fredericton, NB to Ottawa than taking the bus!! And it was a very short 2.5 hour flight!! The stewarts were absolutely amazing and personable. We were offered a free adult beverage, I took 2 glasses of wine and my boyfriend took 2 beers. They were full ones, and quite tasty both of them! I recommend Porter in a flash!! Best airline ever!!

A few months ago, I would have given Porter 5 stars, but they lose a star because they no longer allow for free rebooking of a flight. It now costs $75 if you want to change your flight time, if you book on their regular fares. The free beer and wine on the flights makes up for it... somewhat... so do the great cookies, but that $75 fee sucks.

Used to love this airline. Hate their policy of charging 75$ for changing flights to an earlier flight if you don't have a flex fare. Why don't they put you on standby and if there's room let you fly. So ridiculous. So inflexible.

One of the worst customer service ever experienced. I fly a lot, figured I'd give Porter a try. Wow! Very bad airline that will leave you stranded even when THEY cancel your flight. Book with any other airlines. Seriously.

When you work away from home. This is a how I get home. It’s quick and easy. Prices are good I hope they don’t go up. The working man can afford to use the service so see family.

The best airline in Canada in my opinion. Porter's service is second to none and they are the only airline that actually serves the Ottawa market properly.
