I'll give it to downtown, I do see EFFORTS being made, I also see an infestation of individuals who simply do not care, are not in any state of mind to care, and are violent. Along with theft from ZARA, cars getting broken into quite often at SMART PARK, security arguing with individuals who can't even comprehend the argument. And for the most part, these people are swept away to the next street over, scurrying away like roaches and rodents. Acting like them too. I pray and call on Jesus Christ to help us find a way to continue making progress and lessening the harm that's being done to everyone involved.
