"have to give credit the Embassy finally heard the people and read the terrible reviews and acted on it-thank you -today we went in to collect our ID cards what an amazing experience from the last time we were there-the staff in the front reception area were an absolute delight friendly patient and a pleasure to deal with-gone is the rude long haired man who is now short haired and moved to the back away from the public- and what a difference it made the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly-good job on the changes well done & Thank you"
