There should be a designated box for drop off and ready-to-ship parcels. It’s ridiculous that we have to wait for our turn for long periods of time before we spend literal seconds passing the parcels to the counter. For such a simple task this process is really inefficient and slow. I’ve also seen officers loitering behind empty/closed counters when there are long lines waiting to be served. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to improvise and think about efficiency.

Came to buy money order but later found out from the recipient that the money order not valid and non claimable as it was not even stamped by the issuing post! Wth?! Im just dumbfounded how negligent people who work here can be. To such extend. Thanks for teaching me never ever to trust you or expect any professionalism to get things done here. Would not even rate a star if only google gave me a choice not to!

Good POS point to buy your roadtax during this rush timing, as JPJ or UTC or other Pos Malaysia are jam pac, even under hot sun or heavy rain, not many people here. Staffs are very relax as others have commented, basically the one served me today was playing with the phone when halfly processing my thing and let me wait unnessarily.

Came twice here but keep saying system is offline, with no written notice at the front to prevent wasting other people's time. Tried calling many times too before coming but no answer (apparently all staff working at front counter). So don't bother calling the number for this post office

Staff name Masturah is very rude. Not only she ignore my question she purposely left me waiting at the counter while she went back to get a drink. Such a bad service and bad attitude. It was a very long wait to just by a piece of stamp.

Left a card to say you are not at home when my postal address is @ Popbox. The card also says to contact them for a 2nd delivery but the number given is not responding. Try calling the office but no answer. Very poor service.

If you do not want to answer the phone, what's the point of providing it. Also, due to MCO everyone is at home, and you put a card saying I am not at home when you delivered the post ??!!

Came here to pick up parcel. They asked me to ring this bell in counter 6. No one comes out even after ringing it 10 times. Loud music playing in the room. Total waste to time.

We came to this post office to renew driving license. The place is not very big with around 4 counters. There is ample parking outside and service was efficient.

Rude counter service. Especially the Malay lady. Emotional and downright disgusting person. Not suitable for human interaction. Avoid the female staff.

Saya pos barang ke Indonesia.. Express kata 3-4 hari sampai.. Bayar mahal.. Tapi dari 8hb12 hingga skr 18hb12 barang tak sampai lagi.. Hmmmm

Big post office with plenty of parking spaces. Fully air condition with easy access to 7/11 store next to it.

Came early on a saturday. I renewed my roadtax in only 2 minutes! Friendly staff. Ample parking.

Came here few times to renew my road tax, in the morning around 9am. Done in 2minutes …

Terbaik... Buka pada masa yang tepat cuma urusan bahagian renew roadtax dan lesen agak slow.
