They have veryyyy bad customer service , and the worst cleaning service ( Actually they don’t clean at all ) I have them a white blazer they didn’t clean it I had to return it several time and now I have them a comfort they didn’t clean it well it’s faded - Honestly very bad service never ever going back and never recommend them …

And now, after you charged me for express services, I'm forced to cancel my graduation ceremony because you couldn't keep your promised time. And guess what you just handed over? A wet gown. First we were told they lost the 2 piece dress, and then after many calls they said it’s ready, guess what? It wasn’t clean I can still smell my perfume on it and the spots that were dirty, still there. Nothing posh about this place. I would say avoid.

I would have given 5 starts, had it been like it used to be. But from the way they handle guests to the neatness of the washed cloth changes as to the point as ordinary laundry spots.
