I saw reviews while looking for open times and I must admit that staff is Extremely rude.Security woman last week interrupted my conversation and shouted on me. They completely let themselves go with worst behaviour. All i done was I was asking about my parcel as I had email that They was supposed to receive my parcel past their working hours and I thought maybe there was a chance it was delivered before on the same day as there was just an hour difference between scheduled delivery and sometimes parcel updates come in delay so I asked about it and the person who worked just told me it wasn’t without taking a look anywhere so I asked him how does he know as he didn’t even asked my reference to see information about my parcel and he started Beeing furious that I asked as he wasn’t looking anywhere, as I didn’t have time to go during the week I am afraid my parcel will be gone or will be sent back...They also refuse to scan QR codes.
Moved here recently. I've had to post a bunch of parcels, several times and I found the staff to be great! They are polite, well mannered and patient, even when dealing with my multiple Amazon returns. I always get a "good morning" and in turn ask them how they are. I have definitely been to bad post offices before, where the staff are rude and try to rip you off by claiming the parcel is overweight or too large. But honestly I've had none of that here and I'm only writing this review because I don't think what people have written is indicative of the service. It also seems to be back to normal operation hours, but I have only gone in the morning during weekdays so far.
I'd give no star for this branch if I can. Only a couple of professionals work there, the rest of them are unfit and should be retrained. One of ladies, Freya or Farah, can't remember her name, definitely should not be in service. She does not respect other's mobile phone after checking QR code, she has no understanding what sales is when she attempts to sell Broadband package. "Who's your provider? how much are you paying, tell me!" - if that's the result of the training then she shouldn't be interacting with customers.
This post office is located in a great place and does everything you need. My only complaint would be that the lady who wears a headscarf is extremely rude and her communications are awakward, and those who I know to visit the same post office has said the same thing or agreed. I dread when I see I have to be served by her, how these people get and keep these jobs with such a stink attitude is beyond me. So just a warning, but other than that its a post office and is there for when you need it.
Most of the staff I met, have been friendly and helpful. They gave me all price options and explained the differences. One lady (Chinese- forgot her name!) was extremely nice last time I sent a parcel outside to Uk, as she gave me an option to save more money and also discounted my expenses that day. Generally enough staff working at the same time, to prevent long queues especially during this pandemic period. Not all Post office are the same, this one seems one of the best in the area.
A lovely Post Office that is well staffed at all times and has professional and friendly staff working there who always greet you with a smile. Even though I don't live in the area and have a large Post Office near me in Golders Green , I prefer to use this Post Office as the staff have better Customer Service skills. The only downside is that parking is difficult in the area as the area is permit parking only. There are however numerous bus routes that are local to this post office
I went there few times. I have been served 98% by good staff and 2% are very lazy staff and rude staff that nation is always rude and mannerism is poor .I believe that everyone that have to works in a field where they have to serve customers must do a customer service course. They sat down on there chair looking at customers and don't announced the counter numbers. That's the first fault I find with them. At the end of her serving me she didnt even say thank you for coming.
I have been using this branch for years now.The staff here on the whole are very helpful but one female member of staff seems to have a problem with serving mixed race,Asian or white people,I have observed her many times acting friendly and warm towards members of her own community but her attitude towards others is nothing short of disgusting ..Hopefully she will retire soon as she looks about that age if not beyond it already.
I would not recommend this place. Some staff are efficient, some are plain lazy and refuse to help or do any work just comment we don't do this here. As someone who had the service in the same branch by other staff member who actually bothered to do there job some just give back attitude and have no interest or customer service skills, basically zero skills
Most staff are nice, but one member of staff is so rude. She mumbled and I had to ask her to repeat which annoyed her. Her body language said she didn’t want to be there. If she doesn’t want to be at work on a Saturday, she shouldn’t, I’m sure other people would love her job. Rude, unprofessional and unnecessary.
I give 5* to the staff as they go above and beyond to help their customers but 1 star to the systems their contactless services went down then tried to use my card and they don’t accept Mastercard?!! Had to run around and get cash these guy are still in the 90’s.
I love our Cricklewood post office but it really would benefit from a ramp for wheelchair users. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff, many of whom have worked here for years. All types of packaging, boxes, bubble-wrap, envelopes etc along with greetings cards.
So far the best post office around the area. I have been sending parcels and letters from here living in Cricklewood for 3 years. They are always friendly and professional. Now I moved to Kilburn but I am still coming up here to use their services. Great!
Always under staff and busy. Some of the staff are so lazy it pains to see them they are and ruining it for the other staff who go above and beyond. Specially the two ladies r just waste of space it better if they are not there then being there.
They closed the door before the closing time. I went there 5 minutes before the closing time and I waited till someone came out, and when they did come outside, they shamelessly denied that. I felt extremely because they were very rude too.
Every single time I come to this post office (usually twice a day!) every member of staff is nothing less than extremely helpful, welcoming and genuine. I am always grateful to be helped by such a great team of people here! Thank you always
29 December, Christmas time, all people extremely needs post service and instead of this they have to wait in a long queue ignored by Royal mail. Time is 14-10!! But no one bother to pay attention on people.
2019 The number of times I've had issues with this branch cannot be counted no more, only a minority of them are professional and helpful, the majority are not. Update 2023 - they have improved a lot.
I am so glad this Post office is my local one, staff is super efficient and nice. I've been to other post offices and there is a huge difference in terms of training, waiting lines and kindness.
Well, I've been here quite long time ago and I sent some gifts to my friends but until yet, they didn't recieve. I pay for standard service. But I think they already lost my parcel. I wasted £50
Place really needs upgrading Has no accessibility for mothers with pushchairs or disabled people with wheel chairs. Blatent disregard for the other members of this community?
Amazing service, every time I go in, each staff is amazing, Hitesh thank you so much for all your help your lovely to greet in the mornings, thank you for your services.
Some staff are very rude, especially one particular woman who mumbles, scowls at people and doesn't even say please or thank you. Needs training in courtesy and respect.
Brilliant branch with the best staff! I’m so glad this is my local! Jenny is an absolute gem. Always happy to help. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. :)
Hitesh in the Cricklewood Post Office goes out of his way to be so nice and friendly whenever I visit the office. He is professional and a pleasure to work with.
It gets the job done, I guess. I don't like how they try to get you to pay more by automatically choosing the most expensive delivery without consulting you.
Bad service as usual. Everytime i send a parcel here they always make sure that they charged you the most expensive service even you didn’t ask for it.
Small but efficient. The staff is friendly. However, I recommend buying your envelopes somewhere else since the prices here are quite high.
You didn't update the google opening times you duffers! You're open just from 7am to 9am! It's unacceptable for a main area office.
Poor customer service and some times rude, especially that lady who has glasses on. Job gets done but maybe they can more friendly
Jenny was give us the best help with an evelop for the Consulate of Italy and the best support and customer service ever!!thanks
