I applaud the services I got from this office. Upon collecting my parcel from the 2nd office, the lady with hijab at room number 3 and the lady with hijab and the guy with spectacles at the custom section were all nice, professional, helpful and prosocial. I enjoyed their services and the customer service provided. On the other hand, the logistics get a zero star. My parcel arrived from abroad since a month ago and there has been no contact to the recipient whatsoever. Yet, I am obliged to pay for the communication, handling of customs in Tanzania. If things are not properly handled yet the fee is always the utmost thing wanted, why should we pay for inconsistent services? Just annoying! Services is also slow, as a Tanzanian this makes me livid. It took hours to get my parcel, its always "wait and you will be called". Things are always written on a paper, I guess innovation is lacking. It takes time to get a parcel. I hope things change because this should be a top tier services where locals and residents feel safe and their parcels are secured.

Service is Slow, Some staff are Incompetent. Need to walk some rounds before you get want you want. Its an iconic place in our history, and no matter how slow you get served. Waited for a package for 3 hours die to arragonce behavior and the poor customer service of some service providers at the counters. I could see the package yet they made unnecessary rounds, not willing to listening unless they know you. Worst post experience. Some were quite friendly and supportive at the tracking counter, but at the registers counters the worst of the worst. Had to edit my review to bring light on my concerns as a caring citizen they needed to speed up the process and do some capacity training or restaff to boost customer service experience.

Jamani boresheni huduma zenu. Kuchukua DP packages ni makwazo kwa wengi hua mara kwa mara nachukua small packages and mtu anaweza kaa lisaa kusubiri mzigo. I don’t know if it’s an arrangement issue but do better
