Very beautiful online but when you buy it's either small to big and it just does not look like what it seems. I got something and so it matched I had to buy another 10 things i recommend but make sure it would fit without all the pillows shams and more or else you won't like it at all.

I expected a huge store like PBkids. A great display for a small, tiny place. Good customer service. Make sure you have what you like in hand if its furniture because they had a few beds and rest is duvets, bed linen, cups and so on. I guess I expected more to see and delight my eyes.

Pottery Barn doesn't warrantee its products beyond 30 days. I bought a sleeping bag for my daughter and washed it according to the instructions. It had several seems come apart while washing on cold/gentle and Pottery Barn won't replace it.
