WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE STAFFS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS AND HAVE ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED WITH THE JOB AND STORE KEEPING AS MANY PEOPLE ARE STEALING.

Products are wide, but sometimes i feel that prices are almost same compared to Lidl and Aldi for snacks. Some of the household items you can get in cheap price. Good for kids as they have lot of chocolates on display.

A good value store. It also sells food sandwiches and pastry with fillings. Popular brands of chocolates for a pound is really unbeatable value. I am pleased for having a Poundland store here in Leicester.

Only 1 behind the checkouts. And 2 filling shelves. Please tell me why? And if someone suggests "we can't sell it" unless it's put out. Yes you can't sell it, unless someone buys the previous items also.

Usually a bargain to be had here, staff are on hand for any enquiries or help with locating things, prices increased slightly this is to accommodate for the cost of living most things are now £1.50+.

Can't go in without buying stuff that I don't need! Like all pound stores, be aware of small size products. Annoying to see so many pound stores with silly £2, £5, £10 offers!

I buy loads of items from here.it sells so many household items ...cheap stuff but if your in a hurry and just want to get everything in one store i think its ideal.

Ok not been in there for years still the same but seemed a little cleaner than it use to be back then. Also a little less gloomy. Staff at the till was ok. Pleasant

I always visit my local pound store to pick up a few things which is handy. They always have everything I need which is great, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Went into store looking for Halloween decorations and remembered it wasn’t Halloween, decent place though would recommend visiting if you’re in the area …

Didn't stock the item I wanted but bought a bunch of other tat. Can't complain, though the pack sizes do seem to get smaller with each visit.

I found it very handy for simple day to day stuff at cheap prices. It's very similar to dollarama. It has great Tupperware and flip flops.

As usual the store was fit for purpose. Able to purchase everything we required. Staff were helpful, and the store was not crowed.

Today my experience was very bad.We couldn't go inside to buy.The place smell so bad that make go outside very fast.

Been coming here at Poundland for quite a while now. Always got interesting things on sale all year round.
