Worst experience ever, the after sales service is pathetic. I purchased 25k inverter in Feb 22, after 8 months, I experienced some issues with the inverter and even after chasing the electrician appointed by this store for 7 days the request went to deaf ears. I regret purchasing inverter, water purifier and geyser from them, I purchased all those items from them at the same time, now I feel I should have purchased those products from Flipkart or Amazon. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied.

Awesome shop. I purchased original philips earphones and charger of 6 months warrenty each. After 5 months both became defectable products. But staff n patkar sir is so co-operative such that shop gave me on the spot replacement of earphone and charger within 10 minutes by checking whether the product is really working or not.

Very bad. Zero after sales service. Call for repairs only at on site and that also before ascertaining the problem and cost. Never give or let your equipment to be taken to this shop for repair or you will lose both money and your equipment. Cheater shop.
