The gym truly is one of the best place to workout. Equipments are not so modern but yes the gym is best for its price all the Machines are of Jerai Fitness which are very good I have a deep attachment to this gym because i am with this gym from the time it was started. Trainers here are calm and obedient one can easily ask approach them.

Nice air conditioned gym , all the equipment are well serviced and are in an excellent condition , all gym trainers are friendly too. Crowd is not too much. Audio system is also installed for the music motivation. CrossFit equipment like battle rope are also here.

The gym is spacious and has AC. They have trainers to ask if you are new. It is not very expensive too.If you want personal trainer you can opt for that as well. There are not a lot of cardio machines though
