Seen a advertisement on a side of a van, thought id give them a ring to book a MWB transit van for the weekend. when I rang up to enquire about the van i was informed that it wasn't available for my weekend. Instead of leaving it there like most van rental companies would have, liverpool practical gave me a free upgrade to a LWB which i thought was fantastic as i wasnt too sure if the MWB was big enough to begin with. I couldnt have been more happy with my visit and would certainly recommend practical liverpool to all my friends and family. Lovely customer service, went the extra mile to make sure i was happy. Fantastic value for money, will be using this service again. 10/10

Don't bother,the worst kind of money grubbing con artists,.Rented a van to a 72 year old lady from our church on a state pension to move some things for a charity auction, she walks with a stick after having 2 replacement knee ops ,she used her christmas savings to cover the £250 deposit.When her knee swelled so badly, from driving a van with a stiff clutch all day, she couldn't return it next morning, so she asked her son to. .practical chose to breach her contract and keep the £250 along with rental money for doing so. why would you choose to take an old ladies christmas savings? when you lost nothing? van was in good order and returned on time

after a bad experience with a well know company I found myself at practical car hire. I cannot praise this company enough. they were efficient, helpful and made process simple. no small print to navigate and no ridiculous excess and no hidden extras, plus they work on a full tank basis. I also had deposit refunded immediately unlike other company who still hold my deposit despite cancelling car same day. not an enterprising company who do this to customers. Always top service from practical, been using them for few years now cant fault them. Fast reception team to get you In and out. Garage, reception and toilets are spotless. Always looked after us to get us back on the road. Went in Monday 4pm with worn brakes, Dident even have a booking, was back on the road by 5pm with new brakes all round, no other garage would Consider this at this time of day but practical. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely be returning Thank you

Couldn’t rate this company highly enough.... from the initial phone call enquiry, to the returning of the van, they were brilliant. Nice clean vans and pleasant people to deal with also very good rates for rental. The manager was also very helpful explaining to me how a DP filter works and how best to look after it.

Best van hire in Liverpool, parking when you get there, cheapest available and van was perfect. Deposit voied straight after so nothing taken. Would 100% reccomened and use again.
