Turistické informační centrum ve Staroměstské radnici provozuje Pražská informační služba a turistům je k dispozici 365 dní v roce. Najdete jej ve dvou nádherných domech, tvořících dnes čelo Staroměstské radnici. Jde o dům Kramáře Kříže a o dům Mikšův. Uprostřed průčelí domu je nahoře pamětní deska z bílého mramoru s letopočtem MDCCCLXXIX, pod ní velký městský znak, nejspíš z pískovce, dílo sochaře a učitele na hořické sochařsko-kamenické škole Antonína Máry z roku 1933. Průčelí domu Kramáře Kříže se honosí velkým oknem dnešní svatební síně - prostřední je z doby po roce 1526, postranní okna byla přidána v roce 1731. Nad středním oknem je nápis PRAGA CAPUT REGNI (Praha hlava království). The Tourist Information Center in the Old Town Hall is operated by the Prague Information Service and is available to tourists 365 days a year. It is located in two beautiful houses, forming today the forehead of the Old Town Hall. It is the House of Kramář Kříž and the Mikšův House. In the middle of the front of the house there is a memorial plaque made of white marble with the year MDCCCLXXIX, under it a large town emblem, probably from sandstone. The frontage of Kramář Kříž House boasts a large window of today's wedding hall - the middle is from the period after 1526, the side windows were added in 1731. Above the middle window is the inscription PRAGA CAPUT REGNI (Prague head of the kingdom).

Reservamos una excursión para 8 personas en español con viaje en autobús enseñándonos malastrana, visita del castillo, paseo en barco con comida incluida en el propio barco y la zona judía. Nos dijeron q estaríamos solos. El día de la excursión nos recogió el autobus y nos llevó a x la guía y nos querían meter con otro grupo con diferente idioma. No vimos malastrana, nos llevó directamente al castillo. La guía nos decía q la excursion estaba contratada en inglés y la verdad q nos llevó todo el tiempo a la carrera y con explicaciones excuetisimas y con un castellano bastante básico. La excursión en barco, por supuesto no incluía la comida. nos llevó a comer a un restaurante en la ciudad. cuando le reclamamos todas estas cosas solo nos decia q eso era antes.q ahora se hacia así. Por lo q nos sentimos bastante engañados. Lo q habiamos contratado no se parecía en nada a lo q nos habían indicado

We bought a Prague City Pass (with the transport included) with my girlfriend and we had questions about how it worked in the buses and trams, and we were received very well, with additional informations about what we could do in Prague, especially with the pass. They also advised us to go on one of their proposed Guided Tour. (They are free when you have the Prague City Pass). We chose the old town city hall underground guides tour and also a tour of the old town with various info and we had a blast ! We had to leave early by 15 minutes and we were quite saddened because the tour was really interesting, you will learn a lot !

We went in to ask about Town hall and Orloj visit. Finally we've paid it double due to lack of information (no one told that ticket includes Town Hall and the Tower too). When we wanted to ask a lady at tourist information, she was just repeating phlegmatic '3rd floor, ticket office', not caring about the question (or not even understanding it). She seemed to make us feel we're the stupid and should not disturb her with questions, despite answering a simple question or actually informing us. So unless you speak Czech, better inform yourself on the internet in advance.

Tuvimos la fortuna de que nos atendiera Eva, una gran profesional, atenta, paciente, eficiente, amable y en un español perfecto. Nos ayudó en nuestra estancia en Praga en varias gestiones, siempre con inmejorable talante y actitud. Da gusto viajar al extranjero y encontrar personas de la talla profesional y personal de Eva. I went to 3 different tourist information during my visit to Prague, this was the only one that actually had time for me and wanted to give me impartial helpful advice. The young lady at the desk (11:30am 23rd March) was fantastic, she went above and beyond, apologies I didn't catch her name but she is a credit to the city of Praha / Prague. Word of advice to others, don't bother with prague castle t i they only give info about the castle.

We used a Prague Visitor Pass during our stay in the city (access to a large amount of popular sights, towers and museums + access to public transit for a very fair price). Though the visitor pass was launched only one month ago staff at the tourist office and all sights we visited were well aware of the advantages of the pass and were very helpful and willing to provide us with information and flyers and maps upon request.

Спасибо большое этому центру, находится в самом центре, информация есть почти на всех языках, люди на ресепшене говорят на нескольких языках, там сразу можно взять и карту, и куда пойти, и купить сувениров и пополнить свой европейский туристический дневник несколькими наклейками и фирменной печатью, обожаю туристические центры, где ни бывал, везде получаешь помощь и приветствия!

Wir haben die Tour „Alte Prager Gespenster“ auf deutsch gebucht. Die Onlinebuchung und Bezahlung haben ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Fremdenführerin war sehr kompetent, angenehm, sympathisch und hat sich unseren Wünschen angepasst. Obwohl wir über Prag einiges Wissen, haben wir neue Wege kennengelernt und neue Informationen erfahren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Una chica nos atendió en un español muy bueno de forma muy amable y volcada en ayudarnos. Además nos informó que hay una "happy hour" para pagar al 50% la entrada para subir a la torre del ayuntamiento antiguo y ver las vistas de la ciudad. Es durante la primera hora nada más abren de 10;00 a 11:00. Subimos y muy recomendable.

Super!, Biuro Informacji Turystycznej. Tutaj możesz się dowiedzieć wszystkiego na temat historii miasta, zabytkach i ciekawych budynkach. W Biurze Informacji Turystycznej udzielą Wam wskazówek gdzie i kiedy są otwarte muzea i jakie zabytki architektoniczne można zwiedzać w Pradze. Warto przyjść i zapytać. Polecam!

Went twice. One of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The other was really grumpy. They heavily promote their own walking tours. They also keep all the free brochures that you need behind locked glass cabinets and you have to ask for what you want and then they are reluctant to give them to you.

Definitely a place to start your Prague exploration. You can book a 2 hour city center guided walking tour for 300 CZK. Our guide Vlasta was very knowledgeable and very nice. She walked us through the main Prague center points, answered our questions and directed us to the places of interest.

Excellentes explications par l'office de tourisme avec carte et guides. La visite de l'hôtel de ville avec une guide francophone vaut le coup, belles découvertes et accès à des salles fermées au public libre. La visite guidée est incluse dans le prix du billet. 11h et 17h en Français.

The staff at the information centre are knowledgeable and helpful. They deserve 5 stars. However, the Old Town walking tour needs revision. Over 20 minutes on how the clock works. Way too much detail on just 3 or 4 sites. Took other tours that were more informative and interesting.

Prague city walking tour. We were really disappointed with our tour and given the guide and the information we would not recommend it. We paid for the tour as we wanted to get a bit of the history of Prague , instead we had a lecture about different architectural styles.

Architektonisch interessante Fassade gleich neben der berühmten Uhr am Marktplatz. Der Focus liegt auf dem Verkauf von Karten für diverse Prager Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zusätzlich sind reichlich Prospekte in allen möglichen Sprachen vorhanden.
