No signage showcasing term length maximums for mall stays @ City Square Location. They charged even when compliant. NOTE: Some business's within the mall only have 1:30 min validated instead of 2:00. This is not indicated anywhere, and don't take my word for it - please try looking. The manager of both businesses within the mall will tell you the same. Complete lack of any honest business practice. Employee on phone rude and argumentative.

Absolutely ridiculous. They charged me 7$ for a parking ticket under 2 hours that was validated. They did respond to the call on the exit. I asked for a refund. They first asked that I send an email with the receipt, then they wanted a proof that I am a gym member. Now they are asking me to fill out a long form, and provide multiple documents for a 7$ refund that was their mistake in the first place.

Garbage! They are crooks and should have their license removed! Shame on City Square Mall for using them
