DO NOT trust Precise Moving Company with your moving needs. The only reason we’re giving 1 star is because the movers themselves were very helpful and quick with loading and unloading our stuff. Contrary to their "professional door to door service" on our contract, they in fact were not a "door to door service" as our things got loaded and unloaded multiple times. We moved across the United States and not only did our stuff not get there on time, but not everything arrived either. They are a brokerage that don’t own drivers, and they have no control once the cargo is on the road. You’ll never get a straight answer and the dispatch doesn’t even know what drivers they have or what cargo. And that’s if you’re lucky enough to get an answer. Getting closer to our move day, we were calling at least once every 15-20 minutes and either got no response or put on hold just to get disconnected after begging to not be put on hold. For our three bedroom house, they hired a team without a motor carrier number and showed up in a Penske truck that didn’t hold all of our stuff because no one would take our calls to update our inventory. Their excuse was that the truck was in the shop. Then, when our cargo got delivered, it was by a completely different company and a different motor carrier number that the dispatch couldn’t tell us. When it comes to moving, pay the extra money with somewhere else because all Precise Moving gave us was a headache and missing items.

Are there any honest movers out there? Not here. We hired Precision Moving & Storage for a full pack and ship within Los Angeles County. We were told the move would be billed by the hour and we would be responsible for packing material that could not be reused - generally packing tape, paper and bubble wrap. They would reuse boxes. The team arrived at 10am and was very careless with our items - we asked them to stop, explained that every item needed to be wrapped separately and the continued with the move. They worked very quickly so we could not see what the two teams were doing at all times. The first half of the move took 5 hours (for a 2 bedroom apartment) with only one bed. They charge 2x the duration of the move between locations. The second half of the move also took 5 hours - the team slowed down - a lot. At times, 3 men were in the truck while one was moving items into our new home. We were presented with a bill for $2,800 - $209 x 10 hrs plus $700! for packing materials. As we unpacked the boxes, items from different cabinets, drawers, and rooms were thrown into the same box. The only packing material was one or two pieces of paper to hide what was done. The moving company has not returned my calls to discuss my complaint. I would take my chances with another company.

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, they most definitely bought them based on my HORRIBLE experience. I scheduled a weekend move between the hours of 8AM-9AM. Once 9AM rolled around, I called their office which no one answered. I kept calling a few times and still, no answer. They call me at 10AM and tell me that apparently their guys had went to the wrong job. (Doesn’t make sense AT ALL. Obviously trying to maximize their day and used me as collateral) He tells me they’re on their way and can be to me within 30 mins to an hour with promise of a discounted rate due to their error and inconvenience. An hour goes past so I call both the numbers that called to tell me their mix up, and no answer. Super unprofessional! Thankfully, I had already scheduled another company as back-up when they didn’t arrive at the agreed upon time of 9AM. (Adept Moving, very professional and accommodated same day move, not to mention WAY cheaper!) This company is BEYOND unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers. Update: They call me back at 11:30AM to tell me that it’s not their fault, it’s the office’s fault. Like you really think I care? It’s your ENTIRE company’s fault. Talk about adding salt to the wound! Beware!

I had to rush a move since my apartment got flooded and was deemed unlivable. I called Precision Moving with less than a week from my move-in day. Although they were fully booked on a Saturday, they had no issues coming on Sunday. I worked in the moving industry before so I know a little bit about moving and I've heard about all the nightmare scenarios. Day before move: got a reminder call which was very professional and appreciated. They told me they will call again 30 mins before arrival. Confirmed that I'm ready. Day of Move: my schedule was 8am to 11am. 7:30am on the dot, I got the call from Jose L. that they were on their way with ETA 7:50am, 10mins earlier than pick up. I'm so glad they came on time, even early! I was almost anticipating they will be late. Everything from packing, loading, driving, unloading, and setting up items went PERFECT. Again, I worked in moving before so I know what a really bad move is from a really great move experience. JOSE and OSCAR are top notch. Efficient, fast, but very careful, polite and friendly. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an easy, stress-free move. Gracias Jose and Oscar!

Very much wanted to use these guys and enjoyed speaking with Delores who handles their office work. She was honest and forthright, we discussed how Uri the new owner had bought the company a few months ago and wanted to right some of the wrongs that had occurred under prior management. Delores gave me a reasonable quote and I asked for a cap so that it would not exceed either of our expectations. This was something that other movers are willing to provide. Unfortunately, the estimator came back with a cap that was 2 1/2 times the original quote and more than two times any other quote I had received from other moving The estimator was focused very much on trying to jack up the cost of the move to a point well beyond anything that could be deemed remotely reasonable. Either Uri has to teach his people to be fair and reasonable with customers or he’s going to do no better than the former owner. A real disappointment and caused me to cancel storage that I was planning to obtain near their offices for convenience for everyone.

First of all, they sent us 2 contractors and one of them told me it was his 2nd time working. Those 2 movers sure took their time. I mean really long time. It was about 1/3 of the truck-load so we did not have many stuff or heavy ones like refrigerators. The biggest and heaviest item we had was a dinning table. We’ve moved a lot and it was first time using these guys but we realized we’d better watch out even for the ones who have “5 star ratings” next time. Anyways, we called the office to place some complaints but they closed. I can understand it was Saturday but… don’t people usually move in weekends? Also, the driver (also one of two movers) said if they get a parking ticket, it’s on us!!!!! as if we are liable for their own truck? By the way, the truck they came in wasn’t even Precision’s. Maybe it was one of those days and maybe we were one of those poor unlucky people 1out of 100… Believe me, we will never use these guys again.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said in the hundreds of reviews? From beginning to end, Precision was fabulous. I contacted at least a dozen companies for help loading our 40 ft shipping container for a move overseas. It’s a bit more complicated than a ground move, since the container has to be balanced and the weight distributed evenly. I contacted Eden and, after several conversations, I felt good about my choice. Jesus and his team of four showed up on time, with a courtesy call that they were otw, and they were amazing. Polite, fast, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Before we knew it, five hours had passed and our container was ready to go. They made, what could have been a super stressful day, pleasant and manageable. I am forever grateful! Highly recommend.

Wow! What a week of moving! I was a very anxious because of covid however the team took all the protocol. They wrapped my furniture carefully especially my glass furniture I have. I want to give a special Thank You to Emmanuel and Mark they asked me if I had a special requests for rapping my glass furniture and I am happy they remind me. I had them pack several stuff together to keep them together and like the team they move really fast and still followed my instructions which was amazing! I definitely recommend them. They kept my furniture all together no damages .loved the positives attitude and assuring that everything was going to be fine because I was overwhelmed. I definitely recommend them!

Precision Moving is my go to moving company in Los Angeles. I've used Precision for 3 different moves since 2020 and each time I've been happy with the service. Booking is easy. They have always been able to accommodate my requested move date. They show up on time, and even call ahead to let you know they are on their way. Even after moving 3 times in 3 years, I'm still frantically packing and closing up boxes when they show up. The team that most recently helped me move was great. Communicated up front the cost and any add on cost for supplies. Very helpful and super respectful of my things. I really hope I don't have to move again for a while, but if I did - I would definitely call Precision.

Update: August 2020 - we used Precision movers again to load our massive moving truck for a cross country move. They were on time, organized, and packed it so well we will get money back for using less space! So thankful for their professionalism and for making a stressful experience easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! July 2019 - Precision movers did an amazing job unloading our moving truck up into our new apartment. Juan and Carlos were courteous, attentive, and well prepared. They called ahead of time to let us know when they'd arrive and were right on time. They managed to get our entire 16ft truck unloaded under the limit with no damage to our belongings. Highly, highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They moved us twice and I was very impressed both times. Our last move was cross-country and very stressful, but the team was so calm and professional that it had a big positive impact on our experience. We felt safe and in really good hands. They also gave us a more fair estimate than other moving companies. They ultimately ended up beating their own price, which really surprised us. The guys were respectful, nice, and hard working. They helped from the very beginning, packing our things and loading them carefully into the trucks. When we unpacked, everything was in great condition. I would highly recommend precision!

Outstanding moving company ! we had a lot of furniture and boxes to move, and we needed someone who could help us with all the heavy lifting. David.M and his team were absolutely great ! They were amazingly friendly and outgoing, and even helped us out on where to put some belongings. they showed up on time, got right to work, and didn't stop until the job was done. This is our 2nd move in 15 months. We used Precision for that Nov 2021 move. We had THE best experience with them and their staff/employees that we decided to use them again Feb 2023. Super impressed with this team of movers. Having three guys that work so well together definitely saves time. Joshua was extremely communicative and kept me in the loop regarding any changes or potential extra charges — which there were not! The guys were super nice and even seemed to be having fun! On my initial call, the sales team explained things very clearly and took the time to point out the value and security the way Precision runs their business with large clean trucks and teams of 3 movers that wrap and protect your stuff with skill. Highly recommend using them for any move any time!

After 12 years in the same house, we had to organize a move very quickly. I asked everyone I knew for recommendations, PRECISION MOVING CORP came up. I had to empty a storage unit, my old house, and bring everything (in order) to the new place. Zarko at Precision asked questions I would never have thought of, making the whole move work logistically, and Marco and his team on the day were fantastic. They solved problems (including a fridge that had to be disassembled to get through an old doorway) amazingly fast, and we are settled in our new place. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY HIGHER!

Amazing work by Ernesto, Rene, and Kevin A. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently. I could not believe how fast they moved my heavy furniture and also placed it inside the POD with care. They stacked my boxes and items strategically, and you can clearly tell these guys are highly experienced. They helped me placed unwanted items on the curb for pickup as well, and Ernesto made it so easy to pay and sign off on all documents. I recently moved with these guys and I have to say they really are the best I’ve used so far. They were super fast and actually ended up costing a lot less than the company I used before. Nothing was scratched and it even took less time than their estimate. Mark who was in charge kept me in the loop the entire time and was super nice. He made sure that all my requests were being met and that my things were moved as safely as possible. I think these guys definitely deserve 5 stars and I will definitely be calling them in the future for sure

Steven an Ernesto made our move SO easy. We moved into a 4 level condo with a ton of stairs. I know this had to be one of their tougher assignments but they were so helpful and offered to help move and rearrange anything we needed. Of course it was the one hot weekend we had in May as well! They were both very polite and the move was carried out without flaw. No damage or casualties - everything was perfect. This is our second move with precision and we'll continue to not only use them ourselves but refer them to anyone who will listen.

Precision Moving and Storage recently moved my daughter and family. She highly recommended this moving service. The staff of Precision, from the initial consult with Jessie in the office, to the staff who did the move was smooth and straightforward. Precision follows up to check on an appointment. Wow what a great service! We needed storage to clear out our garage and turn it into a mini gym, and we didn’t feel like moving everything ourselves. They came all the way to our house, picked everything up and ended up saving us money on our monthly rent cost compared with a self storage. The movers were pros and handled everything really well. It was the worst moving experience I ever had. First of all the crew was very unprofessional and careless, they were throwing the things that I told them as fragile and broke my guitar. My mother recently moved to a board & care facility and I hired Precision Moving to pack her 1 bedroom apartment and move everything to storage. I used them for a move and my stuff were infested with roches and bedbugs. Very slow. The move is minimum 3 hours. Everything was packed except they just wrapped furniture. The move took almost double the time. Here is an email confirmation cause they say I’m not a customer.
