The lady who checked us today was very unprofessional, not only did she get my child's name wrong,(it's not that she mispronounced , she had a totally different name with my child's info on it she, she didn't Apologize for that), She proceeds to walk and not acknowledge the parent of the child who is a minor nor the child. She had a sad, not interested look. Then we see Dr Church whom we don't normally see- he doesn't introduce himself . For this apt I took 2 kiddos so I was going back and forth from one room to another making sure the kids were OK and wanted to chime in on what the hygienist had to say about their teeth as it was done around the same time. Dr church was aware the parent was there. when my other child needed a consult for a orosurgeon, he mentions it to the hygienist instead of speaking to the parent directly who was very present but in the other room . I drive an hour to see these people and it's disgusting to be treated this way. To make matters worse, I get a call from the office that i needed to make more payments because she miscalculated. Not sure what that's supposed to mean. I told her that I was driving and could not pay at the moment and to mail the bill. She did not seem to like what I said and stated that she needed the payment over the phone. I told her to mail it. I don't normally take time to put in reviews but I thought this was important to do. Just so you know what you're getting into. There is no caring whatsoever but very quick to ask for money. Overall a very bad experience and your paying a ton of money for this kind of horrible service.

We were referred to Preece Church and Associates by our family dentist. My 4 year old needed to get a tooth capped and a sealant due to poor enamel development and the dentist thought it would be best to go to a facility that specializes in pediatric denistry. I'm glad she did! The dental assistant was super nice and able to explain to my daughter exactly what she needed to do for the X-rays and the day of the actual procedure everyone was kind and understanding of a 4 year olds fear. Dr Church was extremely patient and kept my daughter from freaking out. He was even able to give her the shot to numb her mouth without her getting upset. The dental assistant was right there to soothe her when she did get a little scared too. (We were in the room also, but felt it best to stand back and not intefere as the staff was doing such a great job). The office staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Lastly, I thought it was really great that the afternoon of the procedure, Dr Church himself gave me a call to check in on my little one. He reassured me of a couple of common things following a procedure (possible swelling and bleeding) but also let me know that if I felt anything was off to give him a call. I appreciated everyone that helped us through the check up and procedure. My daughter enjoyed going to this dentist office and left wanting to go back! Thank you Dr Church and all the wonderful ladies that helped out!!

2 months ago my son had a spacer put in to prepare for braces in the future and the spacer fell out on its own. We took him in to have it put back in since it never should have fallen out and were charged $111! This is entirely unacceptable as the spacer has to be in his mouth for a significant amount of time and it's not right to pay for the fix when the cement was not done properly to begin with. So the expectation from the office seems to be that every time they do not do their job properly that patients fork over another $111 for them to fix their mistake. Good to know! Not one offer to make this right, just a promise to "do it right" this time. In response to the office below: we addressed this with the staff at the office on the day of our visit. The only reason an office visit was needed is because the re-cementation was necessary to begin with. He was not in need of a cleaning or more x-rays or any other service. We only had to come in because the spacer did not appear to be installed correctly the first time. The office and staff have been great in the past which is what makes this all the more frustrating when we get pegged for $111 due to a poor installation which is the only reason it would have come out in two months. There is never a time when a customer or client should be hit up for costs incurred due to the fault of the service provider, that is my only point.

My 7 year old had his first extensive bout of dental work done this week. I think we can all agree that dental work stinks for everyone. But watching my kiddo with a different set of sensory challenges navigate through the nose mask with nitrous to keeping his mouth open with various tools going in and then come back down from the nitrous and feel a pain he had never experienced before brought me to tears. This experience brought me a monstrous appreciation for this dentist, Dr. Roshan, and his assistant, who were patient and talked him through all of it and even checked in on me lol The previous dentist would not even consider trying the nitrous. He "wasn't interested" were his words. The only option was sedation. We didn't like that. My son had an infection and abcess last time that dentist saw him and because I wouldn't do the sedation and all the recommended work at one time, that dentist refused to even treat the infection. I'm super thankful for Preece Church and Associates and everything they have done so far to help my son. I'm thankful they were willing to listen to what I needed for my son and give it their best. Plus, we were able to schedule quickly. This office provided this mama with a huge relief this week. Thank you so much for doing what you do and doing it how you do it, for our families and our kiddos.

We came to see Dr's Preece and Church shortly after a pretty traumatic experience that landed our son in the hospital. Dr Preece was so kind and understanding and got us in with Dr Church very quickly to have a tooth taken care of. I was, and am, so impressed with Dr Church. He was gentle, he talked my son and myself through everything he was doing in a way that was informative to me and in a way that my son could understand without becoming fearful and he was quick. He had three teeth worked on and we were in and out of there in 30-45 minutes. I was so impressed! My son was also never sore and has yet to complain about pain. I've talked to Dr Church on the phone personally numerous times since then - once, I called the North office with a question and he was at a different office, so they reached him and he called me back personally within 15 minutes, which I think speaks greatly of his character and professionalism. My son is actually looking forward to his follow up appointment in a week. From the front office to the dental hygienists to the staff we met while checking out and paying, I can't say enough great things about everyone!

Went in on the 28th of June, my son needed to get a sedation done due to cavities, I was quoted $1048. with insurance prior to leaving office, stated they couldn't schedule me since lady was on vacation that did scheduling, I would get a call back. I called 3 times that within the next 9 days. Finally after I said I would canceled they booked me for July 20th, they told me it would not be more then $1550. Today 7/14, I receive another email, apparently it will be $1550 + $755.40. I understand they may not make the prices. Their lack of communication is horrible, they don't care to call you back, nor do they care that you are frustrated. When I ask you what is the amount I need to take in hand, don't quote me BS Numbers, take the time to give me accurate numbers. 2K within a 2 week period of time is not nothing! Their professionalism is horrible, attention to detail was awful!

Embarrassingly, my 3 year old son came in with terrible teeth from drinking loads of pediasure to gain weight. Dr. Church has been so kind. He has good bedside manner and has been so positive. He also did amazing work on my son whose entire mouth was practically decaying. His new smile is beautiful. Their staff has been awesome too! Scheduling, booking, communication, etc. The day we came in for his major appointment to have almost all of his teeth worked on my son had milk that morning and they rescheduled him the next day at 5:30am due to safety concerns with the anesthesia. They didn’t even complain! They just got us a new appointment as soon as they could. Worth every effort to see this doctor!

We had an amazing experience taking our ASD son and NT toddler. They weren't pushy and they really have experience with special needs kids like my son and NT toddlers like my daughter. I was very impressed with the clinic. They followed covid protocol and were very safe. Dr. Preece is very sweet and sang to my daughter to ease her nerves lol. Although I cannot promise you that he will sing to every child, but I'm sure he has more calming tricks up his sleeves. We are glad to have found this office because not everyone has the patience for special needs kids. My son was scared but he let Dr. Prescribed check his teeth. Oh and the front and back office are amazing. Kristen was awesome!!!

Oh my. After finding out that my dentist of 10 yeas no longer took our insurance I was stressed to find someone for my kids to go to. I called and spoke with Ariel at the North Fort Worth office and knew the second that she picked up that it was the perfect fit. I am down away at how kind she was. The time that she took to make me feel comfortable and reassure me that my child with some higher needs will be comfortable will not be forgotten. I am blown away at the level of service and hope the office knows what a gift that they have in her. That first impression is everything and I am just so thankful that I found them!

I have been taking my son to this office since he was 3 years old. All of the staff is great and helpful. My son is now 11 years old and he loves it. Dr. Church has been his dentist he is always been great. My son had an accident at school when he was in 3rd grade and he broke his two permanent front teeth. I called the office and they told me to bring him right in. Dr. Preece did an amazing job and glued the peaces back on. Unfortunately my son has not followed Dr. Preece instructions, and has had to get them glued back on two more time through out the years. The staff and doctors have always done a great job.

Sad that Dr. Khan is no longer there. My daughter had a previous extraction done by Dr Khan and she was excellent. Today my daughter went in for a 2ND extraction, this time it was Dr church. I found him to be very unprofessional for pediatric dentistry. He said no introduction or anything to my daughter trying to calm her. Just came in and tried to put the injection straight in her mouth. She freaked out and tried to grab it. The y refused to try the procedure again. In my experience it works best not to show the shot to the kid before administering it. Will be looking for a new dentist.

All my kids go here and have been for years. We were referred here after my daughter needed dental work and no one could ease her fears or give a reasonable estimate/payment schedule. They took care of her and worked with me and they have been going ever since. The whole staff is great. It doesn’t matter who sees them, they always have a great experience. Their office decor is amazing and my kids enjoy coming. I really appreciate the attention they give and even the follow up calls after they have had work done. I recommend people here all the time and will keep doing so! Thank you guys!

The staff was great. I had to get my 3 yr old son into the office for a dental emergency (being a boy he shifted his tooth) my normal office did not have a pediatric dentist available and the team at Preech and Church fit me in to the schedule. Ariel was beyond amazing hearing a mom in distraught and even offering comfort. They made my little one feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Preech even called me after hours to check on my baby and ensure he was doing okay. I really do appreciate the team going above and beyond the dentist can be traumatizing for a little one.

My daughter saw Dr. Preece for the first time yesterday and we were very pleased! The Covid precautions made me feel very comfortable. The staff were super-friendly and the office is clean, bright, and cheerful. We both loved Dr. Preece! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, particularly with my daughter's cleft lip & palate, but he is very child-centered and put my daughter at ease. We have struggled to find a dentist with cleft experience, and I am so glad we found Dr. Preece! Game-changer in getting the right dental care for my daughter.

My son, who gets VERY anxious, needed to have multiple teeth pulled. We went to the general dentist by our house and it did not go well. I called Dr. Church and they worked us in for a consult immediately. The front office staff was so kind and reassuring. Dr. Church and his nurses listened to my concerns and came up with a plan. We went in today for the extraction and we made it out of the office with 5 less teeth and a kid that was not screaming and crying. I am so grateful for this professional and compassionate team that met our needs.

Today was our first visit with Dr. Preece and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and the office seemed to be a very efficient and happy work environment. My son had to have a tooth pulled and he was really nervous but Dr. Preece has such a cheerful and reassuring demeanor that my son calmed quickly. I was very impressed how they routinely checked his blood pressure during the procedure and continuously checked his comfort level. We are very thankful that we found this dentist for my son and will return.

Dr Preece is so warm and friendly, as is all of his staff. I especially appreciate Shauna's professionalism when cleaning my daughter's teeth. She spent quite a bit of extra time yesterday, removing adhesive that was left on her teeth, after her braces were removed at the orthodontist. Shauna could have just sent us back to the orthodontist, which would have been completely within her right to do so, but instead, she went to work taking care of the job someone else was supposed to do. Thanks Shauna...we appreciate you!

Dr.Ash and her team worked beautifully with our 3 year old who, despite lots of prep talking and playing and even watching Daniel Tiger go to the dentist, was pretty freaked out by the whole thing. Dr.Ash showed compassion and flexibility, she encouraged and applauded our little one's small steps to victory and a very positive visit overall. All this while sitting in Mom's lap while baby brother waas nursing The team didn't skip a beat! Very family friendly and child-centered clinic. Thank you!!

This office is amazing. I was super unprepared as my family switched to tricare when my husband got deployed and I didn’t have my ducks in a row for that before our visit but Ariel was so informative and assuring that we would work it out and I felt very well taken care of. They are so good with children my oldest does not do well with the X-rays and he did so good with this staff. Thank you Preece and Church for making me feel less stressed and for making my son feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!

When my 2 year old son chipped a tooth, this is where we came. He ended up having it pulled, and we were all nervous and afraid but Dr. Church really took his time to help us with the process and was so good with my baby. The experience itself was something that could have been so awful, but Dr. Church and the entire staff were patient, kind, and helpful. All four of our kids go here, and we've always been taken care of so well. I can't express enough gratitude for how everything was handled.

My daughter has baby teeth that won't come out on their own, and Dr. Church has done awesome with the extractions. My daughter isn't even scared to go in for the procedures. She didn't want to leave the chair since her movie had barely started. He's a great dentist, excellent with children, and I highly recommend him and his office. Waits have never been too long. It's clean and very kid-friendly. I even had great experience when I had to use their emergency number after hours.

Brought my daughter in for her first dentist appointment, and it went very well! I was able to complete the requested paperwork online before our visit, so we really didn't have to wait in the office at all! The jungle theming in the office was really cute and fun, and Dr. Preece even sang to my daughter while he worked cleaning her teeth--I was impressed! The staff made sure our first visit was very efficient and my daughter had a good first experience.

We started going to this practice after a bad experience with my daughters at another local pediatric dentist. I am so glad we made the change! Our experiences are always positive and professional. My girls absolutely love Hannah and Dr. Church! As a mom, I love that my girls look forward to their visits and are comfortable and chatty with all of the staff. They aren’t scared or fearful at all! I appreciate their professionalism and care for my girls.

My 13 yr old has going here for a year now. We have seen both dentists and are happy with them equally. ALL staff are friendly and helpful. They have made my teenage boy want to take better care of his teeth!! This last visit, Preece and a very gentle hygienist heaped praise on my son for his good dental hygiene habits. He left feeling so proud of himself. Now it's a competition to him to see how good he can do for the next checkup. Great job guys!

My 7 yr old was having severe pain in her upper and lower teeth. I was referred to Dr. Preece and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with him and his team! I was able to get my daughter in on the same day, which was really important to me. The office staff was friendly and genuinely concerned about my daughter. Dr Preece was able to take care of her pain and was really great with my child. I would recommend his team for your Pediatric Dentist!

The very friendly staff were patient with my 4 year old autistic daughter during her first appointment. Their approach with children was very natural and made my daughter feel safe. They took things very slow for her first appointment, I was very impressed and relieved it went so well. Dr. Ashe was very knowledgeable and attentive! The facility itself is clean and kid friendly! Will definitely continue to attend this location!

Staff is welcoming. My son is autistic and they are very understanding and acceptable to what he allows them to do each visit. I.do have to remind them of trigger words at our 6 month visits but they catch on quickly. We've been there 2 yrs now and each visit my son is more comfortable and services are a little easier. We have had the pleasure of seeing both Dentists. They are friendly and don't force unnecessary work.

We've taken our 2 children here for years. We are very confident in every dentist's expertise here and we've seen all of them. We moved a few years ago and tried a pediatric dentist closer to home. We were told it would be a 2 month wait to get a cavity filled there. I called Preece, Church, and Associates and had my son in within a couple days. We highly recommend them and won't take our kids anywhere else again!

Went for my child's first appointment. She was immediately comfortable as we walked into the waiting room because she saw they had Toy Story playing on a TV. The staff was so kind and on top of that, everyone of them wore a mask. The doctor was so nice and had a peaceful presence about him. Although my child cried, he explained that this was normal and he wasn't frustrated or annoyed by it. Made me feel better!

Overall I really like this office! The dentist and hygienist are great, front desk is great! Recently took my child for cleaning, there was a person checking temps at the door and was asked a set of Covid screening questions that I was asked on the phone and online (total of 3times I answered these questions) The lady we checked out with is not so great, she is either very sad or dislikes her job and it shows.

I took my five year old here for his very first dentist appt. I was nervous because he has sensory processing delays. We never know what to expect in a new environment, especially one where they are working in your mouth. But it was a flawless experience. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Church was very nice. No crazy or unnecessary recommendations. Great experience overall.

I took my 3 year old in for his first visit. The whole visit was phenomenal. The ladies who took his X-rays were so patient and they worked with him to get the pictures. Dr. Preece sang during the exam which was so peaceful. The whole team works well together. They are there for the right reasons. Well trained and loving. I’d recommend this office all day every day!

Both of my children have been to the Heritage Trace location several times. Each time they are quick to call us back. The hygienists always introduce themselves, which is important to me. They talk directly to the kids, but include the parents in the conversation. We have seen 3 of the 4 docs at some point or another. All have been friendly and professional.

Dr.Preece has an amazing gift working with children. He removed 4 teeth to manage severe overcrowding. She was very comfortable the whole time. He called from his personal number to check on her in the evening to make sure she was still comfortable after her procedure. Hats off to you Dr.Preece! A second generation of my family seeing you! Still amazing!!!

Every interaction with the staff and Dr. Preece was great! They were patient and kind to my anxious son every step of the way. He was worried about the tools they would be using but was quickly put to rest when the hygienist showed him how easy it would all be and let him watch what she was doing with a mirror. My two sons are patients here and we have always been happy with the care we receive. My oldest son had a cavity filled recently by Dr. Ryou who was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about this dental practice and office. Everyone you come across in the office is so kind and great at their job! From the receptionists, to hygienists to Dr. Preece and Church- they are the best at what they do! They are also extremely timely. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen, which is amazing.

From door to door, Dr. Preece and his incredibly friendly and organized team gave us the most amazing experience. We had a frenectomy and we’re SO glad we did! My son has Autism. He has been coming to this office for years, and the staff are always patient, kind, and friendly with him. They take notes each visit, so they are familiar with the strategies that help him stay calm. They have always been able to clean his teeth, but in the last visit they successfully took x rays as well.

Absolutely wonderful experience, my child had to have work done and they were so good at keeping her calm, explaining everything in a language they could understand and could relate too. I would recommend them to anyone. They staff is Incredible from the time you walk in to the time you leave they make you feel important.

My son went to Dr. Church since his first check up in 2008 and we’ve loved every visit! They always make my son feel comfortable. Everyone here is amazing to work with. We have been coming here for 3 years now and have had extensive work done. The Dentists, hygienist and all the staff are very understanding and helpful. Even when I am sometimes not the most patient they go the extra mile and are very patient.

Dr Church is truly gifted working with kids. We’ve been seeing him for all three of our kids their entire lives and we have had regular check ups and even teeth that have needed pulled. Their office if fun and staff as well as hygienist are wonderful! We love Dr Church!!

My 6 year old son has the worst fear of going to the dentist but the staff and dentist at Preece Church handled him with care each and every time! He’s not the easiest patient to work with but they exceeded our expectations every time. I highly recommended this place!

They are trying to charge more fees without even informing clients. I know everything is getting more expensive but that is not the perfect way when you practice medicine and take care of people health. You should put a clear policy when it comes to money.

Took my daughter here to fill a cavity, Dr Preece was God sent. I couldn't ask for more or better services. I have finally found a dentist who is great with a nervous 4 year old. Keep the great work guys!

Went in for an emergency for my son. Called and they got me in right away! The staff was amazing and Dr. Preece made my son feel so comfortable! Definitely going to make this my kids new dentist!
