Unprofessional Diagnosis and Missed Infection led to double costs, travel plan disruption and suffering. I do not recommend Premier Dental Care. My experience there was deeply disappointing and ultimately harmful to my health. During a visit in November for severe tooth pain, the doctor dismissed an X-ray as inconclusive and attributed the pain to misaligned wisdom teeth. They proceeded to remove my wisdom tooth unnecessarily during my travel time, significantly disrupting my trip and leading to a difficult healing process. While the pain initially subsided with antibiotics, it returned even stronger within two weeks. A second opinion at another clinic revealed a badly developed and ignored root canal infection. The doctor expressed shock at how the infection could have been missed, since it was visible on the X-ray from Premier Dental Care (Surprisingly, even I could see it!) My trust in Premier Dental Care is completely shattered. Their unprofessional diagnosis and missed infection caused me unnecessary pain, travel plan disruption, and double the cost due to subsequent treatment at another clinic. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to avoid this practice.

Premier Dental Clinic in HCM is by far the best dental experience i’ve ever had and I'm making a point on making time to leave a review here. From the first day I visited the clinic I’ve been cared for. First, the team's efforts on stretching their schedule to accommodate my short notice appointments were lovely. Then, the professionalism and genuine kindness of the entire team is outstanding. Ms Kate has been kindly checking-in post surgeries to ensure that all is well. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about!!! Dr Albert's explanations are clear and transparent, and the final treatment decision is made together. His dexterity and efficiency for each procedure is mind-blowing, truly. Having some traumatic dental experiences in the past, I've been totally appreciative of how gentle all the procedures were run. The assistant-hygienist caring presence and support is also remarkable. Dr Albert and his team are definitely the best professionals I’ve ever worked on my teeth, and I'm totally confident and comfortable pursuing my treatment with them. Highly recommended

I was honestly a little skeptical about all these 5 star reviews, because Premier's pricing is quite high for Saigon (though still cheaper than US dentists) and I wondered if tourists or expats were just easily impressed. But no, believe the reviews! As a semi-local (I split time between Saigon and NYC), I can honestly say the service and level of care here is a step beyond. They advise you clearly, putting your care above trying to steer you towards services that will make them money. Case in point, I came in for a cleaning and teeth whitening. After hearing that I would start Invisalign in a couple of weeks, the dentist shared clearly some drawbacks to getting whitening done now, so I opted not to. I was especially impressed that I had asked the receptionist the same question in advance, and the receptionist had given me basically the same answer (with a little less technical detail). The cleaning I did get was very thorough. Additionally, their English & Viet are both very good - I switched between the two during my service. You can be certain I'll be back.

Dr Richie is my dentist and I'm so happy that I found him. He's a very careful and mindful dentist. He takes notice of your mental and emotional tension and allows you to relax back into the chair when the work gets a little stressful. Going to the dentist is never really fun for most people so having a dentist with a delicate touch is such a relief. He's literally the best dentist I've ever had. He rectified some issues that had been plaguing me for a while. He replaced old fillings and removed stains from childhood. Whether you are a local, an expat living in Saigon, or a tourist who is just in town for a visit, if you need some dental work, even just a cleaning, go to see the good people at Premier Dental. Their service is really amazing, they will follow up with you if necessary and, by they way they treat you, you'll feel how much they appreciate you coming.

I have been a customer at Premier Dental ever since day one. They have always been incredible at making me feel at ease when performing the annual check up procedure and providing thorough explanation, if there's any. Any standard procedure that I had have with Premier has been spectacular. The usual wait time is around 10-15 minute each time, depends on how crowd the office is. The front desk ladies are courteous, personable and professional. They always take care of me when I first step in and make me feel well taken care of, which is usually the case. One particular experience that I find pleasant is the changing into the office slippers, instead of wearing your own shoes. Overall, my oral health experience at Premier has been a wildly positive one and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for their next dental service!

There's a reason this place has more 5 star reviews than any dental/implant specialist in Vietnam! They take EXCELLENT care of you, the work is top notch. I went in for a tooth extraction + implant installation. Dr. Albert and Dr. Jason took really good care of me, and even asked me to set additional appointments to make adjustments to get the look JUST right - a level of perfection I wouldn't even have known to ask for. Kate and the office team took incredibly good care of me, checking in with me after each appointment and throughout the weekend after my surgery. If you're worried about having serious dental surgery overseas, this place is the place to make you glad you went through with it.

I unexpectedly required some dental work after arriving in Saigon. After doing some quick research on costs and quality, I decided to visit Premier Dental in District 1. I am very happy that I did. The quality of care and professionalism was outstanding. The equipment is as modern as it comes and all at a very reasonable cost. I also can not speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone, from the moment I arrived, did everything in their power to ensure I was cared for in the highest standard of care. A special thanks to Dr. Richie for his fine work and to Kate for her dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend Premier Dental to all.

Really honest service. Signed up for whitening services for my family of 3 but the dentists recommended that one of my family not get the procedure done because they didn't think the results would be worth the time and money. I think this level of transparency is commendable because they're honest with foreigners and not trying to make a fast buck. The dentist and their aides were very diligent and quick and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. You can tell they take their profession very serious here. I paid 6 million dong to get my teeth cleaned and then whitened. Pretty fair price! Will definitely come back next time.

After google dentist clinics all over the city and check the price list i found out that all places except 1 had the same prices (one of the clinics i looked at took 5 times the normal price?!). But This one had same price as all the others. The best things with this clinic is that they speak very good English everyone. And it seems lite many people recommend this place too. After one of my bridges become loose i went to this place to re-cement it and they did a good job! For only 500 000 VND. Cant be happier! Also super friendly staff!

Very good dentist - Dr. Andy and all the support staff and hygienists are very friendly and helpful, and very gentle! I had a very thorough clean, a detailed xray, a gentle filling, and a lovely scented fluoride treatment. Cost is very good, and they are very transparent with what they are doing and how much it will cost. Special mention of Kate who is super friendly and helpful. Easy choice if you're anywhere in Vietnam to come here, and it would be worth a trip from neighboring countries to get this level of quality.

I have been going to Premier for several years now. I've had regular cleanings and minor procedures done. The facilities are all clean and modern. The staff are all lovely and the dentists are great. They have an excellent English level, and they take the time to answer questions, and explain things to you. I feel comfortable during cleanings since they clearly take care in what they are doing. This place is so good that I continue to come despite no longer living in HCMC!

Recently visited Premier Dental and saw Dr Ritchie. It was only a check up and clean which was completed very professionally. He noticed a couple of small problems and explained these clearly (in English). With the aid of an x-ray. Coming from a family of dentists I was happy with the diagnosis, how it was explained to me and my treatment plan.. The cost was extremely reasonable by Western standards. I was very happy with this all round professional service. I will return.

Excellent and very professional service at this dentist. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy opinion, come to this place. The high-tech equipment and practices here are unmatched. I was told I needed a root canal from my US dentist, but turns out that the gum pain was from deeply stuck food, not nerve damage. So a water pick and some healing time solved most of the issues. I will definitely come back here if I’m in Vietnam again and need dental work.

Originally from Canada, I had never had dental or medical work done outside my home country but I would absolutely recommend this place to my fellow foreigners. I thank everyone involved in this business, from the receptionist to the excellent doctor, for their exceptional treatment. The results from Natalia's treatment are world class. Their recommendations have been honest and directed towards the patient's wellbeing rather than pure profit (they talked us out of a teeth whitening as it was not appropriate for her long-term).

Premier Dental does an excellent job. Ms. Kimberly (Phương) was very helpful, gentle, and precise in cleaning and filling my teeth. The equipment seems modern and the procedures seem well-planned. The staff were very clear in ensuring that I knew which procedures and expenses that I could, and did, choose to have. My visit was comfortable and informative.

I was in Saigon on holiday from Australia when one of my composite veneers broke. My mum came here for teeth whitening and was so impressed with the treatment so I decided to also have my tooth repaired. Great dental office and they charge reasonable price. Equipment they use seems to be quite advanced. The office is very clean & hygienic. Dentist Ritchie explained in detail how to care for the teeth. Staff are all very nice and friendly. Kate even checked up on me after my cleaning. Highly recommended.

In Ho Chi Minh for 5 days, arranged an appointment easily over email. Got a clean and 2 fillings for 1,600,000 (very cheap compared to Australia). My dentist Dr. Richie, the nurse Trang and the reception attendant Kate were very warm and welcoming. The dental care was excellent!

Mình làm lại răng sứ và chữa tuỷ ở đây. Bác sĩ làm cho mình là bác sĩ Thịnh rất có tâm, tư vấn chi tiết và không đau như những chỗ trước làm. Cả bác sĩ và mấy chị tư vấn viên đều dễ thương, nhiệt tình.

Cơ sở vật chất hiện đại. Bác sĩ thân thiện, tay nghề rất tốt (rcm cạo vôi răng và nhổ răng khôn). Bs thường có nhiều lời khuyên hay tuỳ tình trạng răng của mình lúc khám.

Bác Sĩ Anh Thư làm răng chuyên nghiệp, rất chu đáo và tận tâm với khách hàng, luôn hỗ trợ và quan tâm khách. Phòng khám sạch sẽ và mọi người đều rất thân thiện, mến khách
