The hospital is good in terms of the doctors and the staff. I was admitted for Dengue and spent 7 days there. The doctors and the nurses at the ICU as well as the new block 4rth floor are good with what they do however I feel the management can do a better job with the facilities. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been. The food also needs to be a little better, something a patient should be willing and able to eat. The most disgusting part was the washroom in the ICU. The ICU is where the patients are most vulnerable and needs the most protection from germs and unsanitary situation. However, this was not the case in the ICU. We were not allowed to wear slippers, so i had to walk around bare foot and the bathroom was the most dirtiest ever. The too there was no maintenance whatsoever, the door of the bathroom did not lock, it was filled with bedsheets, wiping tools and other stuff. I was admitted under Dr. Shivaraj reddy, who took good care of my situation and checked up on me frequently.

Had terrible experience with pediatric team of this hospital. Dr.Ruksana was excellent and her treatment was very good our only trouble was with pediatric team. This hospital is worst for newborns. Our baby was kept in N.I.C.U without any reason ,they just wanted to keep baby in nicu lying us about condition of our baby. Specially beware of dr.siraj and dr.meher they are lying about baby's condition and they both are fearmongering us about baby's condition.we have seen dr.meher treating our baby harshly and N.I.C.U protocols were not followed. Whole Pediatric team is mediocre better to move out of this hospital after delivery.if your baby has any issue move out immediately because treatment for newborn is inadequate and doctors are not skilled enough.

Happy to Say that Premier Hospital is my Family Hospital which is one of the best Hospital in city with very advanced treatments and specialities. According to my views, doctors and nursing facilities is very good. I was very overehelmed by their hospitality. My mother was diagnosed with blood clot in brain, they stood up for my mother’s health and got her back to normal in just two days. I was very impresed by their hygiene maintainance and security services. Nurses are very concerned about bringing the patients health back to normal. The way they are dedicated towards thier work is absolutely remarkable. They are always available in a bit of seconds. New block 4th flr. Dr Siraj is a excellent doctor. We met him during lockdown in the yr 2020 in a medical store , we were searching for a hospital which can give pending injections for pnemonia for my daughter. Luckily we met him in medical store and he advised us to go to premier hospital for the pending doses and gave us a slip signed by him. World is so small , we met him again 2days back and he treated my child who is fine now. God will definitely give fruits for the work u are doing. I also want to thank the duty doctor who was there in emergency room and in picu. My daughter was brought here in unconscious condition due to fids. Staff is also very good.

It was an excellent experience, though we are far away from our homes. I am mother of 2 kids , here the sisters treated me like a kid. The love and affection made me recover so fast. My heart felt thanks to Sister Soie and sister Pranathi who made me understand each and every phase of medication that I am undergoing. Thanks to all the nursing staff who is with me all the time. Room 403 - We were expecting child and our relative suggested to visit premier hospital for the dleivery . During the 7th month of pregnancy we visited the hospital and consulted Dr Rukhsana who helped us with all the queries and doubts also helped us in preparing for delivery. She was helpful at evry stage. On 2 dec we were blessed with baby boy all thanks to Dr Rukhsana and her team. Dr Rukhsana (gynac), Dr Vivek (pediatrician) and the nurses on 4th floor were cooperative and veryhelpful with all the queries providing 24*7 service to both mom and child. I have admitted my uncle few days ago under malleshwar sir and the treatment was very satisfying and AMC doctors, sisters and brothers were very cooperative But 4th floor sisters need to be more responsible towards patient's care....i felt like there is some communication gap between duty doctors and sister's . Lastly, I like to thank all the dietitian of the hospital there were very dedicated and influencing .. hospital diets are very good according to patients condition And diet councelling are very effective and helpful even after going home Thank you everyone

It's one of the Biggers hospitals from mehdipatnam to Chilkur Road, This hospital is run by a Marda Family. They have a good facility of Emergency ward full equipped, Scan, Xray, they have now started MRI as well which was missing for a long time. They have OP with a wode range of Genral physician, Ortho, Neuro, Gynac etc & IP with ICU ICCU AMU, etc. The wards on 3rd floor are not maintained well. Docs are experienced. They do run some promotions on complete body check ups and scans etc Over the weekends. Pl review and check.

I was admitted here for Dengue. The overall management is very efficient. Nurses arrive at one ring of bell, my doctor(Dr. Imran) used to visit daily and discuss with me and in morning some other established doctor with staff of 10 used to visit and check status everyday. There was dedicated dietician who used to discuss what I should have everyday for lunch& dinner and then food used to come in tailor made manner. I had cashless process and no issues there as well

Its a good place with reasonable price. Notice with smiling faces staff it makes me more comfortable. I admitted on premier hospital under Dr. Abhinand Potturi for maxillary surgery. He is one of the great expertise in Hyderabad for face reconstruction and he patiently answers for all questions. He always available in calls and chat for any type of queries. I would definitely recommend Dr. Abhinand for face reconstruction.Nurses on new block 4th floor are very friendly, I got good service from them and they will respond to patient queries immediately.

I have been experiencing bad flue and I decided to visit Premier Hospital emergency where i have received first class services. Luckily, they able to get me room and I stayed over night until the following day. They have treated me well with medication and Thank God i feel better now. Furthermore, the Doctors, nurses, management and the entire staff are professional and always welcoming. They were present for any questions and services i requested.

Bad and very bad,1st thing it's hygiene and neatness it's too worst ,rooms are very unhygienic and it smells like a toilet infact they are better these days but this hospital is very bad. Pharmacy -they only have one person and they do not have the prescribed tablets after waiting for one long hour. Can write an essay but it's waste of my time but writing for others who is seeing review and coming to this place.

Primer Hospital is very good Hospital. All staff that include doctors, nurses, lab admins and particularly wards BOYS work is phenomenal. Ambiance is very good. Emergency, followed by AMC(ICU), followed by 4th floor all staft that inclulde insurance billing team and room facility supporting team all collectively to support my fahter health when he was in critical situation grt. I can see God on everyone.

My mom underwent uterus removal surgery here. I want to say the hospital was very neat, clean & sanitized. Its staff including the doctors, nurses, janitors were all very polite, disciplined & professional. The cost of the surgery & follow-up visits was affordable. In my opinion this is the best hospital in khader bagh & towlichowki area, even better than care hospital of banjara hills.

dr siraj was late. we were told he will come by 6:30 but he arrived very late .my child was not feeling well and we had to wait for him for more than an hour. totally unprofessional behaviour from a doctor.

Lift arrangements are very worst..ICU security deepa is very worst....even taking deluxe room, still no cleanliness....Aishwarya nurse is the best nurse...she must be rewarded for all her best services...
