"Our main reasons for choosing this hotel was due to its location and how close it is to London"
"This is a great location for a tube in to London especially a great go to for a 10 minute train to Wembley stadium"
"I had to wait 10 minutes to be booked in because the self-booking machine wasn't working"
"Possibly the worst Premier Inn I've stayed at in 20 years"
"1st night my van got broken into from your car park and tools stolen, and I had to pay for this privilege!!! must be a common occurrence as staff weren’t shocked at all nor bothered"
Our main reasons for choosing this hotel was due to its location and how close it is to London. There is a train station around the corner with direct links to London through the overground and underground links. The station is within zone 4, so we got an open day ticket for zones 1-4 meaning we could hop on and off What may out people off is due to how close the hotel is the the train line, they are very loud. However we found this didn't really impact us once we had closed the window when going to bed and that was with our kids in same room too. We had booked 2 family suits. Our room was crammed with 3 beds and it didn't leave a lot of room, but this wasn't really an issue as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Maybe something to bear in mind. The hotel has on site parking, which costs £5 for 24hrs and is only accessible via a barrier, so is secure. There is free parking on the street if you fancy your chances on there if you're not wanting to pay. The premier Inn has a beefeater attached to it which we found to have really friendly staff. If you opt for the breakfast it is recommended you book a time. We didn't do this on the Sunday morning and found that the kitchen was constantly trying to keep up with the demand. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel if planning on doing some sight seeing in London and would come back to this hotel in the future
This is a great location for a tube in to London especially a great go to for a 10 minute train to Wembley stadium. This certainly isn't a posh hotel and isn't one that the Premier inn brand have updated, it seems to have been forgotten. Where the advertising is all white and purple with big fluffy pillows,..... This one is brown on brown and a tad dated with flat pillows. The rooms are adequate but small. The bathroom was tiny with an extractor fan that made Heathrow seem quiet. This also has two buildings that back onto the Trainline.... We had room 123 which was noisy, trains run through the night, every ten minutes, so if you're a light sleeper, choose your room wisely! Breakfast was at the Beefeater next door (as most Premier Inns are) a standard all you can eat buffet, mass produced English breakfast and a few pastries etc. All good and as expected. The stairs into the block are high so if you have mobility issues, make sure you make the staff aware. There is a lift to the rooms, but still need to navigate the frontage first. Corridors and stairs again are narrow and dated. Overall, a good location, clean beds and a place to crash.

I had to wait 10 minutes to be booked in because the self-booking machine wasn't working. The receptionist named Abdul was the only staff working, booked me into a room which smelt of damp. When I complained about it, he moved me to another room which was the only room available that was not on the same side as the train track. This room had an extractor fan in the bathroom which wasn't working properly and making an awful noise, also two lamps were not working. I complained again Abdul came back with two bulbs but then he found out the circuits was not working. BBC One did not have volume working, he said it was down to BBC One but it wasn't it was the TV. The room was cold and Abdul turned on the heating but later I had to turn it off because it was not used for a long time and the whole room smelled damp. The room walls were so thin you could hear the man next door snoring and the upstairs people walking on creaky flooring boards. Abdul did try his best to try a remedy my issue with the room but as there is no Service during the day, he couldn't do anything to help with the noise in the bathroom or the lamps.

Possibly the worst Premier Inn I've stayed at in 20 years. On a positive note I slept well as the bed is the standard comfy bed. Biggest issue was that try as I might I couldn't get any hot water. I turned the heating up but it stayed freezing cold for my whole stay. The TV seemed to have a ghosting issue so I gave up on that. A couple of the sockets seemed broken - I couldn't push the plug into one. The shower curtain was hanging off, the shower head was manky. There was litter left on the sofa from a previous guest. The toilet was so ridiculously close to the sink that you almost smack your face every time you sit on it. I checked in late and by the time I realised most of these issues (after dinner) it was very late, otherwise I'd have asked to move room. I did ask for an iron and ironing board.. was given an iron that didn't work, and they had no ironing board. On checkout I was not asked if I'd had a good stay, and I was in a hurry to leave. Service in the Beefeater next door was appalling.

1st night my van got broken into from your car park and tools stolen, and I had to pay for this privilege!!! must be a common occurrence as staff weren’t shocked at all nor bothered. Awful squealing noise awoke me in my room at 3am, staff moved me to a different room which had zero natural light and again another annoying constant whirling noise of the bathroom fan even when off, not value for money at all. No lift and an maze like structure with an abundance of stairs to navigate to my room, ridiculous. This hotel needs knocking down and re building, out dated and vile!!! Would never stay here again even if you paid me. Disgusting!! I stayed for 4 nights in total and my room wasn’t cleaned once nor the towels replaced!! Only found out at check out that you have to let them know if you want your room cleaning!!! Rooms outdated and noisy, you can hear the neighbours and people up and down the corridors!! See video of the noise that woke me in the first room and the noise of the fan in the second room. Awful.
Everything was perfect. I booked two family rooms and was very pleased. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, clean sheets and towels, quick check in. Really good value for money from room rates up to lovely breakfast. Across the hotel there is a train station with trains running to central London and a Saynsbury supermarket. Definitely will use again.

Be aware that there is a train line running next to the hotel. You overlook the lines at the rear of the hotel. Bring ear plugs if you are easily disturbed. If you need to have a CPAP or need anything next to the bed then you will need an extension lead. There are NO plug sockets next to the bed. You can request one, but you will need to do this before you arrive (on booking). My toilet blocked, I reported it to reception and was repaired by the time I returned.

Hi, I'd love to say just how welcomed I felt, from the moment we stepped through the front door, to the time we checked out Glynis made us feel so welcome, you would have thought we were walking into her own home, we felt that welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We checked in extremely late at night, but this lady was as fresh as a daisy, and so happy to help, nothing was to much trouble. An asset to your company. The beds are really comfortable kettles work well. My only moan would be is the fan in the bathroom seem to take an age to turn its self of, ( but yhats a nit pick for the sake of trying to find some thing). Thank you so much Glynis for making our stay so welcoming.x

I stay here atleast once a month to unwind and just get away from the hustle at home and work. Last time I checked in, RIMA (not sure if that was her name), the receptionist was very helpful. Ive been seeing her when I go to the hotel but was never served by her til lately. She knows how to please their guest and make them feel comfortable. Requests, if possible from their side will always be granted. She works really hard and i think she loves what she is doing. Hope she wont leave the front desk any time soon. People like her should be acknowledged as I have encountered staffs from this hotel that acts like as if they are the owners and JUST say NO to simple request.

Service was great from Muhammed who checked us in for our stay! The rooms were good however the bathroom was very small and our sink plug hole wouldn’t flip so it filled with water - meaning we couldn’t use it. There are quite loud trains however it stops around 11pm-6am so it doesn’t disturb your sleep as such. The location is across the road from a tube station so it’s great for getting into London. We have stayed here 3 times now and will continue due to convenience and price. Thanks Muhammed and the rest of the team for helping us during our stay!

Very noisy, strange decision having a hotel parallel to a very busy train line. The rooms don't make it any easier you would think the rooms don't have doors considering how easy it is to hear anything and everything that's happening in the corridors. The heating system is very slow to heat the room and also very noisy. On top of all this no phone signal again which isn't uncommon for a Premier Inn as the majority of their locations always seem to have bad signal (which wouldn't have anything to do with the fact they charge for WiFi would it) oh and the WiFi doesn't work here so don't waste your money.

It’s not the best premier inn I’ve stayed in really. The room smelled doggy which isn’t the best start. Then the fan system in the room runs like a fridge kicking in all the time, you can’t turn it off either. The room above had creaky floorboards so any movement from above you could hear that too. Parking is £6 overnight unless you want to risk it on the street. The restaurant is definitely due a refurbishment too. This was more expensive than other premier inns I’ve stayed at and far the worst too.

We stayed here for a concert at Wembley Arena. It was so easy to get to and about a 10 minute drive to the arena. The staff were pleasant, friendly and always on hand when we needed them. The rooms were clean and well set out and the noise was minimal, if any. Only £5 to park for 24 hours if you validate your ticket at reception and it has a handy beefeater attached if you'd like food before you go out. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would say is that I didn't think there were enough pillows for 3 of us and they were all really soft and no very full.

Surprised this has the premier inn name. Staff are young / inexperienced / don’t seem to care at all about your stay. No professionalism. Room smelt musty and also of bleach, same as corridors. Rooms are old and creaky and can hear everything from every room around you. I had someone above me moving around at 2-4am keeping me awake. No plug sockets on the same side of the room as the bed which is a huge pain. Bad experience. Should not have the premier inn name. Not like any premier inn I’ve stayed in before.

Really great hotel, we visit London once a year and this hotel Is in such a great location. Jump straight on the bakerloo line and your in central London. Use pay as you go contactless on your phone and it will only cost a maximum of £11.70 per day. Hotel does look dated outside, but the rooms and the restaurant are great. clean fresh rooms and great car parking. Will deffo keep coming back to premier, harrow

Do not book this pile of garbage!! . Paid for a family room that was basically a normal room with two put up beds and no room to swing a cat as they say. Bathroom was even smaller and only has 2 towels!! . Reception thought we had booked 1 adult and 1 child for a family room. Numpteys!! Anyway premier inn won’t care about our little stay but hopefully someone else won’t make our mistake and avoid this place if you can. Crammed in a normal room and charged family room prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel to book, convenient modern and refreshing rooms, bathrooms were well stocked and had all the essentials, two rooms booked here and love how easy and convenient the process of residing here on our vacation is, Excellent service provided by Mohammed at all times for all sorts of things most helpful and genuine lad. Rest of the staff here are amazing too. Had left a bouquet in my room, came in to see it in a vase with water. Would definitely recommend this Premiere Inn to everyone.

Greeted by Antonio who was very helpful and polite, saw him dealing with a difficult family checking in and he kept his cool! Room was clean and spacious. Bed bit firmer than I usually like but the room had very good blackout curtains, and aircon which meant a good night’s sleep. Breakfast had lots of choice and hot options were tasty. Wifi was a bit temperamental which is only thing would say needs improving. Parking is £6, would have been good if was free.

We had a great experience at the Premier Inn! It is in a prime location, close to Sainsbury's and a "busy" street with restaurants, etc. No views and the rooms are simple but had everything we needed, including a blowdryer and shampoo/soap. The bed was comfortable and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Parking was easily accessible. Have no complaints and would definitely stay there again! :)

Clean and comfortable room. It's a little noisy getting close to a railway line but you get used to it. Happy with the service overall. I think one suggestion would be a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Close to local amenities and in my case st marks hospital. Good value car park and being attached to a beefeater it was easy after a long travel to get a drink.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Hotel and would stay here again. The Beefeater breakfast should not be offered as it is pretty much non existent. I paid for a buffet breakfast and all that was on offer was beans and eggs. I asked for a refund and was challenged by the Beefeater staff. The lovely premier Inn duty manager sorted it out though, and I honestly believe she deserves a promotion if she has to deal with that on a daily basis.

The personal at the reception was okay but clueless most of the time, the cleaning ladys did a great Job and were nice. But you have to book them the night before of you want your room to be cleaned. There is littel to no varaity at the breakfast. The Hotel is beside a train station that was disturbin especially at night. It was over all a okay experience but i find you can find better deals at this budget.
Similar room layout as with other Premier Inns. Apart from the noise from the vent (probably just my room), everything else was similar. This Inn is in a location that limits people's perception of it, though. It is close to many shops and the Kenton underground station is a 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Staff were very professional and helpful. There were some renovations taking place near the lobby but this did not impact me. The room was one of their new designs and it was very nice. The ONLY issue, was being in such close proximity to the railway. However, this isn't such an issue to me personally as I grew up next to one. Might be an issue for some though.
It's a well used hotel so a little rough around the edges but the staff are brilliant, the duty manager was very helpful on arrival and Muhammad is a credit. Bee-eater breakfast was good but a little cool theplates need to be warmer as your breakfast is cold before you finish it.

Hotel lacks lifts, so is NOT disabled friendly. However, staff did note and arrange for another room. Half the rooms overlook the train line, so don’t bank on actually sleeping, especially as the rooms are so hot that you cannot sleep. You have to pay for car parking, which is a hidden charge when booking. Mould in bathrooms, both black and green.
The room was in. A bad state of disrepair. Ceiling tiles falling down, plug sockets hanging off the wall. The location is great but the trains are loud! I know that can't necessarily be helped but double glazing and ear plugs would work wonders!
